These are very comfortable! I really like them. They definitely run true to size. If you need arch support, they won't do that for you though. I think they are reasonably priced, for UGGS.

I have a few pairs of these boots but I bought this pair because the color is so unusual. Not red or pink but somewhere in between. Luscious and, of course, quite warm. There is mo real support but then again they are not for taking a long walk or hike.

I normally wear size 7 1/2 and size 7 fits perfectly. I am replacing a pair I've had for years. Couldn't live without them!

This is my third pair of Uggs. All ordered from Zappos. All arriving the next day, just in time to keep my toes toasty warm!

I get why Uggs are so popular now. For years I didn't quite understand it, but then I came to appreciate the style with wide-leg pants. They are well constructed, warm, and very comfortable. I'm very happy with this purchase. I bought the black Uggs at first, but exchanged for the Chocolate color because the black didn't quite look right in my opinion.

I just love these boots. They're too cute! However, I recommend you buy your normal size. I'm always a size 12 in boots. But I read that you should go one size down so I purchased an 11. Big mistake! Way too small...couldn't even get my foot in the shoe. Sent it back and ordered a 12. Much better but I have to wear a thick sock with it. Bottom line--buy your actual size - these run big!

This is my first pair of Uggs and I'm in love. They're so comfortable and warm and seem like they'll last me for years to come. I live in Los Angeles so I won't use them anywhere near as much as someone in a colder climate but for winter here when it can get close to freezing overnight, they've been wonderful. They slip on easily and although I normally take a wide shoe, these fit just fine so if you're concerned about that, don't worry. They're comfortable to walk in for moderate distances and for just walking around the house I could easily keep them on all day. The only thing I would caution anyone about is that the black dye on the wool inside the boot has a tendency to stain your feet or socks and I don't even have very sweaty feet!

Bought these for my 31 year old daughter. She absolutely loves them. Says they are the most comfortable boots she's ever had. Keep her feet really warm too. I personally don't care too much for the style, they look clunky, but that is my taste.

These shoes are perfect! The even more amazing part was that I got these as an exchange for another pair of shoes that did not fit correctly. And it was the easiest exchange process that I have ever had! They exchanged the shoes no questions asked and got me these the very next day. Amazing customer service!

My wife wears a 10 regular size shoe, but sizes down to a 9 for the Ugg Classic Short. These are well made and warm. She loves them.

I've been an Ugg wearer for years! Every 3 years (that's how usually long they last for me) I get a new pair. I absolutely love them! Comfortable, warm, stylish, it works right for me. Though I do not wear them in rain. They can not get wet. The size always run small so get a size down.

These are very comfortable. I could wear them all day. They fit true to size. They do stretch in time.

My first Uggs. I normally wear size 6.5 and ordered these in size 6. They fit perfectly. I do not wear socks with them. They are unbelievably comfortable and warm. My feet do not over heat or sweat when wearing. I did spray them with a sheepskin protectant - Ugg makes this product. These are my go to footwear for indoors. I found them so comfortable I decided to wear them indoors only. Highly recommended. I love the boots and I love Zappos. They have great customer service. Very easy to return items. Delivery is within a couple days.

A great purchase! I've had them week and they are comfortable and warm. Note - order your true size! The site encourages to order one size down and had I done that, they wouldn't have fit. I ordered my true size and they fit perfectly.

I'm a size 9 With ugg boos you need to order a size down I ordered a size 8 and they fit like a size 9 Don't send them back b/c they stretch out Zappos has the best customer service of any company! Zappos' team Members are the best people; I cannot say enough about how well customers are taken care of. It's hard to fathom how much effort the team puts in to supplying a customers wants and needs! Zappos is a positive giving company! If this is your first time shopping with Zappos I'm sure it will not be your last. This company gets it right the first time and if you are not happy with your purchase they will go above and beyond to make it right! I don't typically write reviews but Zappos & Zappos team members deserve 5 stars! I ordered short black ugg boots and received the correct boots on the day the team member told me I would. I shop online and last month paid for express shipping with a well known company and was disappointed that my items did not get here before my trip to Japan. Not only does Zappos have free shipping both ways you actually get your stuff in a day or two! The company is the best and I tell everyone everywhere I go if they are shopping online go through Zappos. They are a giving company! Thank you for the opportunity to write this review! I know this was suppose to be a review about short black ugg boots but I had to yo let you know about the positive customer service Zappos freely gives! BTW true story, Zappos not only exchanged a persons item but encouraged that same person to donate what they had first ordered to a different company who accepts donations for children. Zappos team members are smart, funny, and actually know their stuff!

This boot is very comfortable and warm. I live in the south, so no a boot I could wear daily. But will be perfect for days when it is freezing. True to size but if you like to wear heavier socks I would go up 1/2 size.

Got these as a gift for someone. They are perfect! Price was good. Zappos shipped them quickly and shipping is Free! Decent price too.

Love..duh! They're classic Uggs. Color is between a burgundy and a pink. Really lovely. Order a size down if you're wearing them barefooted. I am a 9 always and got the 8. Snug for about an hour and then....ahhhhh.

Best price on Zappos! These replaced my Classic Tall Uggs. I'm 5'5" and feel like these are a better option than the taller styles. They fit perfectly under my boot cut and flared jeans, whereas the tall style prevented my jeans from fitting properly. Great investment. I'm a size 7.5 in open-toe shoes and an 8 in closed-toe shoes. I ordered an 8 and they fit perfect.

I have Uggs in every style and color. These are the most comfortable boots in the world. Some people say they are ugly, but to me, anything this comfortable is beautiful.
