Do not order a size smaller as suggested by other reviewers. This style runs true to size. Initially ordered the wrong size but customer service was great and got me another pair just in time for Christmas.

Love these uggs. Keeps me warm during the freezing winter days. No grip though so I can't wear them during the snowy,icy days.

Read most reviews and ending up buying normal size and they fit perfectly! They were a wonderful Christmas surprise. I didn't think I would like or my daughter would like the color, however, it was true to the pic. These are wonderful boots, warm and comfortable and I am thrilled with the product! I have three pairs of these, and once the temperature drops to 40, I live in them. I'm always cold, and these do a good job of keeping my feet warm all winter long. It sucks that you have to buy the kit to winterize them, I sort of wish they would come pretreated. I haven't worn my newest pair yet because I haven't had the time to deal with it. The sole can get worn down pretty easily, the pair I wear the most is almost totally smooth around the ball of my foot because of how much walking I do in them, and they have zero traction on ice, so while they're ok in regular snow (once you treat them,) you will very likely slip on ice.

Product was excellent...fit was true to size expectation. A simple, classic Ugg look - that made the receiver of the gift oh so very happy. Delivery was earlier than expected during the Christmas holiday rush. Thanks of great customer service!

Love my UGG. True to size and they feel like a cloud on my foot. I have athletic calfs and these for just right. I compared prices and Zappos was cheaper for UGG then most large retail stores. As always Zappos Customer service is awesome.

Excellent quality boots. I ordered these for my daughter in her usual shoes size and they fit her perfect. She says they are very comfy and warm. She has been wearing them every day since she got them. Will be ordering again in another color.

Very comfortable, I usually wear a 6.5 but I would recommend going a half size smaller as the cushioning eventually breaks in.
