Great boot but not for narrow feet, and also no half sizes is a problem.

This is a good everyday boot. Make sure you buy the correct size though. One year my daughter had her toe wear a hole through the front.

I've been waiting to buy Uggs for several years and finally took the plunge. They are very warm and cozy. I wear them without socks and they fit very true to size. I'm on my feet a lot at work (teacher) and they are not great for that. But, I get a lot of compliments on them!

I am a long-time Ugg loyalist, and I have over 20 pairs of the boots in my closet. The first pair I bought has held up well despite having been purchased some time ago, and I adore every pair I've purchased since then. The new colors are fantastic, and I love the variety it adds to my closet. My only critique is that I have noticed a drastic decrease in quality in the Ugg Classic styles. They are more stiff, they do not shape or adapt to my foot or how I wear them as well, and some of the dyed fur on the inside feels coarse (though I've noticed that depends more on the color). I am pleased with my Uggs, but will no longer purchase the classic shorts or classic tall boots due to the decrease in quality. The size 7s were at one point the perfect size, and my foot has not grown at all, but I have noticed I no longer order the half-size down - I now must order my regular size (or round up, because I am a 7.5-8, and now I must order an 8). I am disappointed, but alas, the boots that I had purchased previously are of such a high quality that I am certain they will last as long as I am okay with being seen in public with cankles (wink). I still love my Uggs, as I said, but I am more careful in my purchases as I am not 100% satisfied as I once was.

Gray, it's the new black. I actually had to order a second pair of these boots because the first pair was a bit tight on my smaller foot, so you do have to watch out for sizing issues. Elegant they are not, but warm and comfortable is what I was looking for. I like the versatility of the Short rather than the Tall, and if you want more warmth you could add some leg warmers, this year's hot new trend. Under a pair of boot cut pants, you almost don't notice how clunky they are, but for most of us who buy them, the clunkiness of part of the appeal. I have several pairs of Uggs, so I avoid wearing the same pair on consecutive days, and this gives them plenty of time to air out. They are great for travel, to slip into on the plane, or to function as slippers at your destination. This is my first pair of Classics. My other boots are more styled, with leather outers. These are much more casual, but will perhaps need more babying to keep the outside clean. However, they are my new favorites. I recommend the total care kit sold here on Zappos, since it has a cleaner, protector, as well as a refreshing spray for the inside of the boot.

As usual, I placed an order and it arrived right away packaged very well. It felt a little snug so I contacted customer service and the very next day I had a larger size. This was too big so I kept the first pair and returned the second one. Zappos customer service has to be one of the best I've seen yet.

The color washed out in one rain storm! Now they are like faded denim. That's good if your a hippie! Do not buy!

So I finally broke down and tried on a pair of these boots. Prior to wearing them, I honestly could not understand all the hype because they weren't particularly stylish (in my opinion) and they are expensive. However, after putting them on, I have to admit that I've changed my mind. These things are amazingly comfortable that I want to walk around in them all the time. They don't have any arch support which I thought would bother my feet but they still remain really comfortable. There is enough structure in the ankle and heel area that your heels don't slip which was a problem I discovered when trying on other brands. So despite my initial skepticism about these boots, I have to say I'm really glad to have purchased them. I also purchased my regular size despite the description to go 1 size smaller and they fit perfectly when barefoot.

My Ugg boots had some threading coming off the tip of the boots, and the customer service team replaced them for free.

I bought these for my daughter who wears a size 7. Unfortunately, they were too small. I ended up buying a size 8.

I bought the classic short for my daughter. She loves them. She says they are soft and comfortable. It does tend to run on the smaller side so order a size up (the first one we got was too small).

Runs big ... like everyone says... I usually wear 6 in shoes ... I bought a 5 and it's still a size big so I would recommend getting 2 sizes smaller than what you normally wear.

UGGS and ZAPPOS - Pure Satisfaction - This is the 2nd time I've ordered UGGS from Zappos and it's a delight to find them in stock and they are my favorite boot anywhere, love all the styles. Zappos continues to surprise me with the speed of delivery, accuracy, dependability and overall customer care! I will always check with Zappos first when shoe/boot shopping!

Ugg Classic short boots - These boots are awesome, but running a size large this year. I normally wear a 8 - 8 1/2 and the size 7 in these fits perfect!

Just like wearing Slippers! These are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn! Try them and you won't want to take them off. Thanks Zappos!

Extremely comfortable, not that durable! I love my Uggs; they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned! But, after only 1 month of wear in the house, the seams are starting to come undone and they have not been abused.

Great Boots - I have the Ultra short and the Classic short and the size varies in these boots. I wear an 8 1/2 and bought an 8 in the Ultra short; it fits perfect. I had to buy a 9 in the classic, since the classic seems to run short.

Will they survive winter? I got these just before they were out of stock, and I feel lucky because I seem to be the only one that have them in montreal. I wanted them for my flat pair of stylish warm winter boots. They are really confortable, I feel like I'm in slippers all day. They aren't really sturdy, as a normal warm boot would be, and the black dye tends to go onto my light colored socks or feet after a long day wearing them. They are surviving till now with the snow, since I spray them, but the snow does tend to melt a tiny bit thru the boot. But I will have to spray them alot to keep them waterproof. The bottom sole isn't as anti-slip as I would want them to be (for ice)... But they are still really warm and very comfortable to use during winter.

So disappointed with these new Uggs...not my first pair of Classic short and ordered my usual size, but these feel a full size smaller than my others. Perhaps it is related to the color (I ordered gray) but they cut across my instep and the boot feels significantly more narrow than my older pairs. Have to agree with other reviewers that remarked upon decrease in manufacture quality and use of inferior materials. Uggs used to be worth the investment but think I'm done. On a happier note I will never be done with Zappos...they remain best on-line retailer ever!

Just not the same UGG boot. :( I have 6 pairs of Uggs and the two newest pairs have holes in them! Ugg quality has gone down hill in the past few years. My original tall chestnut pair from 2006 have been through the ringer and look brand new but my gray and black tall are a different story. They are genuine UGG boots, too! The gray pair I bought directly from UGG Australia, my black Bailey tall from Zappos. No clue how I got a hole in the toe of my gray and the black Baily developed a small hole near the heel. This hole looks like the suede split open and it's a hard feeling hole. I'm thinking the road salt was the cause of this:/ I just feel Ugg quality has gone way down hill last couple years. Not sure I want to invest in another pair to replace them. :/ I love these boots otherwise, very warm and comfortable.

I have been an Ugg-wearer for years now and I am disappointed in how they have changed. The last pair I purchased was from Zappos two years ago. Yesterday, I received my next pair of Uggs. I normally wear an 8½ in regular shoes, but I wear a 7 in Uggs. The 7s that arrived yesterday were super tight and narrow... nothing like they used to be. The inside tag is now plastic instead of fabric and the actual material of the boot is a lower quality than it used to be. I plan to reorder a pair in the next size up since I love having comfortable, go-to boots around during the winter. Hopefully they will last as long as my previous pair did!

Beware! Blueberry is more purple than blue. I was looking for a pair of Uggs to wear with jeans which I wear often. I have adjusted 2 the color but if you are truly looking for a pair of blue boots the color pictured is not the actual color you will receive. However, as usual, Zappos did not disappoint with their quick delivery.

The circumference of the top of the boot has been narrowed quite a bit compared to the Ugg classic shorts I have ordered in the past. Unlike other colors of this boot, the black dye concentrates on your foot (if barefoot - most comfortable way to wear these boots) or sock (yuck).

Well what can I say my daughter likes them and I think they are overpriced junk. Have a hard time spending that kind of cash on shoes for me and if it wasn't for Christmas she wouldn't have gotten them.

I asked for these for Christmas. And I ended up getting them, in sand. They are incredibly comfortable and cute. My size usually ranges from 9-10 but the person did not know my size that got them for me, so they got me an 8. They fit perfectly, not too tight. However, my second time putting them on, the back seam ripped. I am very disappointed. I wanted to wear them to school when holiday break ended but now I have to wait to send them back. I cannot even do it now because they are sold out. I night have to wait until February to wear my Uggs and by then there are only about two months of cold weather left. I am so disappointed.
