I ordered these in size 10 as a gift for my cousin in Paris. They turned out to be about two sizes too small. When compared to the Nikes that I also bought for her, they are about 1½" shorter. I am not sure if it is a defected pair or not, but I am a 6 and they fit me ok with socks on.

First of all, I have ordered many pairs of Uggs from Zappos in the past and have never been disappointed - until now. After ordering a pair of women's size 10 chestnut Uggs for my daughter's graduation, we were surprised when she could not even get her feet in the boots! She has very narrow calves and feet but the boots looked like a kid's cheap knockoff. In fact her sister, size 8, could barely fit her feet inside the,. I called customer service and a very nice representative exchanged them for me. I do love Zappos' service and employees. No one is better at what they do than you. But I am still extremely disappointed that our second pair turned out to be just as small, lightweight and cheap looking/feeling as the pair before. Comparing these new boots to Uggs my daughter owns there is no way that the sizing is the same! The sole was nearly 2" shorter, shaft shorter by 1½" and circumference 2" narrower. The sheepskin itself and fleece lining felt cheap and thin. I think I was most disappointed in the advice I was given regarding Uggs quality. I was told that Standard Uggs like the ones I ordered do not have reliable sizing. Supposedly, the special versions might fit like previously ordered Uhhs. It was suggested I order one of the special styles meaning that I will need to spend more money. I do not know about the rest of you, but I believe Uggs quality should not diminish and that spending this much should guarantee boots that fit. I am not sure what to do now, but I will definitely think twice about ordering another pair of Uggs from Zappos.

I bought these boots about 1 year ago. The seam in the back, from the heel to the lower calf, is now splitting. I called Zappos, and apparently these boots are only meant to last 4-6 months. Quite honestly, cheap imitations will last only that long, so I don't recommend purchasing these boots if you think they will last more than one year. I'm very careful with my footwear, but as a second-grade teacher in Wisconsin, I wore these boots for recess duty and crossing-guard duty. Many of my colleagues wear Uggs for these purposes. My next pair of boots will be some cheap imitations from Target as I won't cry any tears if they fall apart at the end of the season. Very disappointing for the price.

Uggs makes an inferior product, we bought a pair for my daughter, they fell apart in 6 months and the company refused to replace. we will never buy Uggs again and I highly recommend you look for a more reputable company.

I am upset at the quality. Very surprised. I love UGGS. They stained, even after being treated and the toe lining area is already getting worn. I am surprised at the quality and my daughter is very disappointed. She saved her own money for these.

I do not understand the 5 star ratings. I purchased a pair of these, size 8, 10 years ago. Love them, fit perfectly, superior quality. Those I would rate 5 star. Purchased one more pair last week to help my beloved 10 year olds last longer. Not the same sizing or quality, not even close. My second pair is so much thinner that the top shows where my toe touches. I decide to go up a size, ordered them and I step out of them. I own 6 pairs of different style Uggs and I am happy with all of them. All of them were purchased over a few years and all are great quality. I don't feel that Uggs are the same great boot company that they once were. I am concerned that the quality has suffered in order for the price not to be raised. I would rather pay more. I wouldn't give any stars for overall however one star is the next available to choose.

Horrible...horrible! What happened to Uggs? I own 2 pairs one that was purchased in 2006 and one in 2007, I bought a new pair to add to my collection and they are terrible! They seem really cheap and the stitching was digging into my foot. If this is what Uggs are, then I will never buy them again. Save your money and buy something of better quality.

I bought these boots for my Girlfriend for Christmas, while she loved the style and was pleased with the comfort there was one flaw that cant be ignored. She wore them to Disney on our trip yesterday and a little water was splashed on them, not much but enough to notice discoloration. Today after drying, the boots have lost most color where water came in contact with them. Uggs claims the leather is colored using a vegetable based oil and cannot get wet otherwise discoloration will occur and there is no treatment to reverse it. They suggested dry cleaning, but essentially told us were out of luck. I love Zappos and their services, but this is the last time that I will purchase an Ugg product.

Well, I already knew not to purchase Uggs for style, because these things are not cute. However, I did want them for comfort and warmth. They are warm, but not comfy. I ordered a size 9 and they felt tight. I just returned them, not a fan.

These were the worst boots ever! Sizes are horrible, they fall apart ever too easily and they are so ugly! I ordered them in rum raisin and they are ugly! Don't buy these boots.

I ordered my third pair of Uggs here. My two previous pairs were from Nordstom. I was so happy with those two pairs of Uggs and decided to buy the third. What a disappointed! The pair I received from Zappos looks like Uggs but are nothing compared to Uggs quality: thin and rough internal sheering; poor quality external leather; and not comfortable at all. Your skin feels itching when your bare foot is in the boot, which I always do with my old pairs. I will never purchase anything from Zappos again.

My original Uggs lasted over 20 years with one hole due to a puppy's bite (those Australian Shepherd's can't resist sheep in any form). My newer pair, however, already has a 3" long tear where I pull them on. I am disappointed that the quality of Uggs seems no longer worth their high price. If they don't last, what would keep me from just replacing them with cheap imitations?

These boots were probably the worst item I ever bought here at Zappos. I had requested overnight shipping and I had to wait a week and a half to get them. When the boots arrived, they looked like they had been used and worn a lot. I tried the boots on, and the fur on the bottom was flat. The string was popping out from the stitching, and the suede had white salt stains. I ordered the chocolate boots and they looked like they had been worn for a year or more. I had contacted Zappos and asked them if I could get a coupon or something else to replace the boots, but they said I would have to return them. Then I called them again and asked why there was such a delay and they said the order was "under reveiw." Zappos did not notify me about what was going on, and I felt like they were scamming me to take my money. I would never buy a product like this on Zappos ever again.

Very unhappy with this Ugg. I am not sure why the quality of the Ugg is not like my others. My other Uggs were purchased through the actual Ugg store.

I love my old Uggs so I decided to get a new pair this year after 3 years, but they just aren't made the way they used to be. The front part isn't angled up high enough and cuts right into my ankle, the leg hole is much smaller and the soles feel cheap. I am returning them because I just can't justify the price for the poor craftsmanship. Also, I usually wear a 6 in Uggs and these were really snug! Even if they stretched out they were definitely a bit too small and I knew the 7's would be too big.

Uggs just aren't made the way they used to be. I had my old pair of Uggs for 5 years wearing them a lot and this new construction is terrible. Cheap materials, cheap construction, and cheap feeling and looking. I returned them.

The boots Uggs are so not comfortable. They hurt your feet after a while, and they make them sweaty and smelly. One time I had these boots on and I slipped and fractured my hand, and it still hurts till this day. I would not recommend these boots, unless you want to take a chance, but that's up to you guys. I would buy boots that have a rubber bottom that create friction between the floor and your feet, so that you won't fall, or slip, and God forbid if what happened to me will happen to you. There are other boots out there that are more comfortable and we are going to need them because it's December, and that's when the snow, and the rain start to come more, so go out and get some good boots that will make it through the tough weather, and be safe. The quality is questionable now. The product is stiffer and two pairs of the same item fit differently. The sole was hard and the boot was not soft as in years past. I'm not happy with Uggs now. I ordered one size down as usual and it was a half size too short. Unfortunately, I returned this and will really think before ordering another Uggs. Zappos' personnel are the best and always friendly and courteous.

Unacceptable smell - Uggs Classic shorts are made in China now, and while the boot was well made, it had a horrible chemical smell. I had ordered another color to see if it might not smell, but it had the same odor. I did ask several friends, and they smelled the odor also. I had to return both pairs. It's a shame because the boots should have had a pleasant odor.

Ugg Classic Short - Love them, love them, love them...received quickly, and saved so much on shipping & handling can't wait too shop again real soon. Oh by the way these are my second pair & I always order 1 & 1/2 sizes smaller, they tend too run big, but oh so comfy. :)

Ugg classic short black - I have bought Uggs before from the actual website, and a retail store and all the boots were fine, they were comfortable, brand new ect...the first time I buy Uggs from Zappos and I step into them...the bottoms feel like very hard cardboard as if they forgot the insole!! I was heart broken as classic black Uggs are not available everywhere. Needless to say I will be returning them because it was not like they were discounted for slight imperfections but Zappos does have great delivery very fast and efficient and I am sure that the rest of the thousands of shoes they have are of great quality. :0(

BLACK FEET!!! My feet were black from the dye on the fleece after the first and maybe the last wearing. I have had many Uggs, never black. I wear them with no socks as most people do. I took off my boots and my feet looked like they had GRANGRENE! It was very embarrassing to say the least. I will stick to the natural color fleece from now on.
