THIS IS COMFORT!!! These boots are AMAZING!! They feel just like the fluffiest slippers. The comfort is incomparable. I normally wear a 9, and following the suggestions about size for this boot, I ordered an 8. They just fit. I think the 9 would have definitely been too big. One other thing, this pair was made in China, and I've heard that due to the demand for these boots, they are cranking them out at an amazing rate, and the quality might suffer as a result. I can notice a few things with the boots that support this: seams not being perfect, the patch of material on the back heel being a different color black then the rest of the boot (may be because it's suede and the rest of the boot is shearling), a stray thread hanging. But all in all these boots are great, and I will be wearing them this winter! P.S. - they were a lot lighter in weight then I expected.

Love my Uggs and Zappos.com - I just ordered my Chestnut Classic Short Uggs and I love them. They are sooo comfortable, I wear a size 7, and I ordered a size 7 and they fit perfect! Zappos.com was GREAT, this was the first time I ordered from them, and they got my uggs to me in 1 day, and in perfect condition! I can't wait to start wearing my uggs and enjoying them, now I want them in black!

Most comfortable shoe ever!!! I love Uggs, I don't want to take them off they are so comfy! Keep in mind one thing though! Different styles run in different sizes, and depending on where they were made. The New Zealand Short boots tend to run small, so order larger.

The Pink Ugg Club - My friend and I fell in love with pink Uggs while watching the Bachelor and had to order them for the final episode! I was worried I would not have them for Wednesday and I had them on Monday. I have worn them everyday since and am eyeing up the Classic Tall in Chestnut--I hope it comes back in stock! Great service and anyone that owns pink Uggs in a honorary member of our Pink Ugg Club.

SOOOOO Comfy! These are the second pair of Uggs that I've bought. I love both pairs, although I like the talls better than the shorts because the talls caress your legs more. I have received many compliments on them, they go great with pretty much anything casual. I highly recommend them.

These are definitely luxury shoes!! When you sink your feet into these snuggly boots, you'll forget how much you paid for them. I bought these after I saw Jessica B. wear them on the Bachelor (another customer bought them for the same reason!) and was inspired to wear them around the house. They are lightweight and keep you feet warm. I haven't worn them outdoors yet. The pink color is the perfect shade of pastel pink. I wear a size 7 and I ordered the 7, which fit me perfectly, but now it's a bit loose because these do tend to stretch out.

I found that I needed to order a size 8, when I normally wear a size 9-1/2. I love them, they are the comfiest things in the world!

Can't find it? Zappos has it! Zappos was the only store to have this extremely popular shoe is stock. Everyone else was backordered for 6 months. I had to return the first size as I found the shoe to run big. There were no problems or return fee involved. I absolutely love my new pink Ugg boots.

Great Shoe - I got my Uggs the day after I ordered them, and I'm very happy with them. They are like walking on feathers!

Pink Uggs - I love my Uggs. I decided to buy my pink ones in May so I'd be prepared for the fall. Unfortunately they were so comfortable and suprisingly cool that I wear them around the house. I love them.

This does run a full size larger. So if you wear an 8, buy a 7. Bought the blue and pink in two seperate orders on Thursday evening. Today is Monday and the blue one just arrived. The pink is scheduled to arrive later today or tomorrow. Wow. I am so glad I have found Zappos! I will certainly tell all my friends about Zappos.

Comfy Cozy - I love the Ugg boots I just recieved from you. They were so comfy and cozy that I had to get a pair for my daughter the next week in the childrens' size and she is as happy as I am. Love that Ugg! They live up to everything ever written about them! I bought the short Ugg boots in pink and can't stop looking at them. I wear them with shorts and leggings.

I love my uggs - These boots are as good as I expected them to be.

So comfortable, I felt like I as wearing slippers all day long. Not only are they comfortable but they look great with mini skirts or jeans. I highly recommend these boots.

Love my Uggs! I absolutely LOVE my new Uggs - own several pairs and couldn't live without them. I wear them without socks around the house all day and everywhere I go - they are sooo comfortable!! My feet are always cold and my Uggs keep them nice and toasty! Order a size smaller than you usually wear though as they run a whole size larger than marked. I typically wear an 8 and the 7 fit me perfectly.

I have tried many other Ugg like products and although they appear the same in style and quality, they really aren't. Nothing can compare to the quality, softness and durability. I didn't mind the wait or the cost.

The shoes were amazingly comfortable but I was disappointed to discover that the shoe runs larger than I have read. I even ordered a half size smaller! I was absolutely looking forward to wearing them but now have to wait for my size to come off backorder. However, they made a great present for my sister and she loves them!

Comfortable and Stylish - Uggs are just a must have! The are stylish, funky and so comfortable. I feel like I'm wearing slippers. The fun new colors have added some style and fun to an old favorite. I want them in every color. I bought them for my kids too.

I Love My UGGS - I recently purchased the Classic Short boots in Chestnut and Baby Pink and they are without a doubt the most comfortable shoes I own. I would have been on a waiting list for a year but got them in 24 hours with Zappos. Their customer service reps are the best and they are soo friendly every time I call! Snug as a bug in my Uggs - These are everything you might hope for in a comfy boot. Soft, cozy and comfortable. I wear them without socks (as recommended) and they couldn't be better. I really like the chunky look and the pretty blue suede. My feet stay warm and dry and never sweaty. I'm sure they won't stay the 'in thing' forever but the reason they caught on so well has to be beacause they are so comfortable. I love Uggs many styles and have given them as gifts a number of times.

Uggs - I ordered my first pair of shoes through Zappo last month. I was so excited that I got them the next day free of shipping that I've ordered four more pairs. They're great. They ship same day you place your order and the shoes are top quality. I'll never buy my shoes anywhere else ever again.

Uggs - I ordered a half size smaller (I am usually a 7 1/2 but ordered a 7) and they are great. I have another pair that I bought a long time ago in an 8 and they are really too long. So comfortable!
