absolutely adore the Ugg Australia Boot Collection. They are super comfortable and can be worn with almost anything. After purchasing this boot, I only got a few wears out of them before I tossed them. They stain so easily and horribly so I would suggest purchasing the cleaning kit because you are going to need it!

These are comfortable but they are too tight around the calf/ankle. I like my boots to be wide so jeans etc can be tucked in. Bailey Button Uggs were alot better fitting/width wise.

Fur lining sewing separated on the inside back heel area. Zappos quickly replaced. Second pair seems better.

While I don't find these to be the most attractive boots ever, they are super warm. Perfect for days you need to run out quick in your sweats.

These boots are extremely comfortable but do not have any arch support. I have to add an insole to them in order to wear them. In the black ones, the dye comes off on your feet and I'm not crazy about that. But will keep wearing them and hope that one day they will put in some arch support.

I love these chocolate boots! They are warm and comfy! I usually wear a Size 9 and ordered the Size 8. I'm hoping they do stretch a bit as I wear them although they fit fine now. UGG boots are ugly but they are popular and are so warm. I'm going to buy another pair before the winter is over.

I ordered these shoes a size smaller as they suggested. When I first got them they were a little tight and I was going to return them, but I saw many reviews that said they would stretch to my foot. After wearing them 3 times briefly they fit perfectly. So if you get them and they almost fit, but don't quite you might want to try and wear them a couple of times. Overall great shoes!

A bit bulky and tripped at first but overall love the boots. Warm and comfortable and best worn barefoot as suggested!

This is my third pair of Uggs and I love the Baileys with the button on side, and Zappos is great. So fast and easy returns. My only complaint is the Uggs say wear without socks and they turn your feet black and they have never been wet, but I love the feel and comfort.

The boots is what I expected. So comfy! Though the circumference is a tad big for my small calf but it's not that noticeable.

Heaven! Just received them at the end of the winter season and have worn them twice. Bought a pair in the size I typically wear and they fit fine, however, I understand they may stretch out but not so far. Purchased the water repellent too. As stated in the description, these boots are not for heavy walking treks or for wet snowy weather. They are stylish footwear to keep your feet warm and for "the look" of winter footwear. I don't think I will be wearing them year round.

This was my first pair of Uggs, and I was very satisfied! I ordered a size down like everyone told me, but now I can’t wear socks with them because they fit too snug! Other than that I love them and wear them practically everyday! My next pair I will order a 7.

Very comfortable. My first pair of UGGS. A gift from my daughter. I wear them all the time. Took some time getting used to the look of the boot.

I really like my UGGS! They feel like slippers. I wear them a lot! Look great with jeans and casual stuff. Can't go wrong!

Great quality, super comfortable and warm, goes with everything and I have 3 pairs in different colors. Not always known to be the most beautiful shoe on the market but I LOVE them and they are very very well made!! These are not the best distance walking shoes as they have a very flat sole...but for comfort and warmth they are great!

Three or four years ago, I purchased a pair of classic Uggs, light blue. They were size nine, although I am always a size 8 1/2. I have no way of knowing whether or not a size 8 would have been a better choice, but the size nines do seem a bit loose, especially since the foot pads are about worn out. I am now in need of another pair and if I can force myself to take the chance, I think I will try the eights. But here is the really good news: I washed them in the washing machine (Tide, gentle cycle) with no problems whatsoever! Then I dry them on a boot dryer. With the outdoors life that I live, I could never be able to keep light blue boots clean otherwise. But there is no understanding why they can't give us half sizes.

Love my UGG Classic Short boots. My husband bought me a pair of UGG slippers last year for Christmas and I love them so much that I want to wear them wherever I go so I decided to splurge on a pair of the boots. They keep my feet toasty warm and I tuck my skinny jeans into them. I feel young and fashionable because all the young girls are wearing them that way. I loved them so much that I decided to buy my mom a pair for Christmas. Now that it’s cold and wet, I’m looking for UGGs that you can wear in the rain. The only thing I don’t like about them is that if you’re walking or standing for any length of time, they don’t give my high arch quite enough support and they feel a little too much like wearing slippers around town.

A nice way to keep your feet warm. I'm basically using this pair of Uggs as slippers indoors. I wear my other pair (the "Cove" Uggs) outside and found them to be terrific in snow and rain on a recent trip to Munich. I have a very high instep, and these just barely fit; but are stretching nicely and continue to get more and more comfy. Zappos really makes boot shopping a pleasure!!!

I love these boots. I found that they run very true to size. The comfort is incredible, and they are super warm. The only thing I don't like about them is that the black insides tint my feet black when I wear them without socks. A pair of lightweight socks solves the problem, though.

I purchased these boots for my wife for Christmas. Zappos is a great site for buying shoes for others (when isn't buying for yourself great) because of their no hassle and easy return and exchange program. They offer the ability to try shoes on and get new sizes to get the best fit and purchasing experience. The boots arrived after only a few days from purchase. The packaging for shipment was in good condition and the packaging of the product was to manufacturers spec. The boots were sealed and protected from the factory and were a great surprise. My wife was delighted to get another pair of classic short Uggs. She wears these as winter boots, but states that the inside is warm enough to wear sockless. We used some protecting spray on them when we first opened them and since they have been stain free. We purchased about 1/2 a size larger than she's used to and the fit is like normal. Zappos is a great place to purchase authentic Uggs. Great purchasing experience!

Ordering from this company has always been a pleasure. I've never had any problems, so I can't comment on customer service. My order always comes promptly and packaged well so there's never a problem with the condition of what I've ordered. I also have these boots in the brown (over a year old) and they still look great. I did treat them before wearing and would recommend others do the same. I also put a support in the boot because they really don't have any, but they are comfortable, easy to put on and keep my feet warm.

This is a great product with easy ordering and fast shipping. What more could you ask for? This wasn't my first order with Zappos. In fact, I've placed many over the last few years. They are my go to website when I'm ordering shoes and bags. The prices are always competitive and customer service is much better than most other companies.

Sorry, but the some of the other reviewers are wrong. these boots run a full size large, not small. I wear and 9 and needed to exchange for an 8.

I love my Ugg boots, When I ordered them I received them by mail in less then 24 hours! However, now I have had them for about a month and a 1/2 and a string from around the bottom is coming out and I feel like sending them back would be a hassle, it may have been easier to buy them from a store because of returns, but I do love them!

I like these Uggs; however, my only complaint is regarding wearing these with socks. I tried to wear socks, only to find that the Uggs pushed them down constantly. I know you are supposed to wear Uggs without socks, but I always wear socks with my shoes, so I thought it would be no big deal. I guess I'll have to wear them without!
