Very Very Pleased!!! Could not be happier with my Uggs! The most comfortable shoes I have ever owned and with Zappos they arrives in 24hrs! This is the way to go.

Ugg Classic Short - Zappos is amazing. These are impossible to find anywhere. Eventhe Ugg website doesn't have them available! I got mine in chestnut, they upgraded my free shipping for free, and they are perfect. Amazing.

Love my new baby blue Uggs! These boots are great--they are comfortable, warm and cute. I was actually trying to buy the pink ones for my sister, but couldn't resist buying a pair for myself!

Best service and boots! The free shipping was super fast--got it next day. The boots are awesome, very comfortable, like walking on the clouds. I ordered a half size smaller, at the advise of the friend, and it fits just right.

Great in summer - I wore in summer many times in a mini skirt. But, it does look cool and I feel cool...love these and wanna buy another pair of Uggs.

FUN! Everything others say about these is so true! Very comfy, and lots of fun. These were my big splurge this fall, and I'm looking forward to wearing them this fall and winter. Watch out for the sizing, though. I usually wear and 8, and my Uggs are a 7--and fit beautifully. Consider buying yours a whole size smaller.

As comfortable as Minnetonka moccasins--love these boots!

Comfortable, but runs almost two sizes larger. If buying this shoe, it runs big, I think almost two sizes big, I wear a 8.5 womens, the 7 ugg is close to my size, but still a little big, I probably should have gotten a 6.

Snuggly shoes: I really like how comfortable they are. Very soft, except for the fluff coming out of the shoe, but not so bad that I won't wear it. I really wanted a brown Ugg, but took the blue, and love them too. They are very soft outside and inside. I would recommend anyone buying them. But do buy one size smaller. Be sure of your correct size first, then down it by exactly one number. I'll be wearing them w/ skirts, and on my plane ride of 18 hours coming up, because it's the only shoe I can think of that will handle my feet swelling, and not give me blisters.

Classic Short Uggs - Ordered a 7 and I usually take an 8. This boot is great! So comfy and they don't make my feet too warm. Zappos is a great website for shoes. They have a customer service standard that far exceeds anyone else!

My Impression - I thought the overall experience in purchasing my ugg boots was great. The whole process so far has been smooth. I purchased three identical pairs, two of the pairs were perfect, however I was not impressed with the quality inside one of the pairs so I decided to exchange it for a different pair. Unfortunately, the identical pair is not available, so I am waiting to return my defective pair when a color of my choice is available.

The hard part is, which color? Although I purchased my first pair of Ugg's 10 years ago, this newly trendy favorite is worth sticking with. I have a pair for outdoors and a 'house' pair I slip on right out of bed... The "classic" style is cute with all hemlines because it is more casual and looks less like a snow boot than the "ultra" sytle, which is "heavier" and really only looks right with long pants.

Amazingly comfortable - Bought them for winter wear, but comfortable year-round. Use them as 'slippers' around the house.

Definitely pleased - Was not disappointed when the boots arrived (arrived quickly, I might add). I have trouble buying shoes and boots due to wide feet and high instep, but the fit on these boots is a dream. Now just waiting for the weather to cool off a bit so that I can really enjoy them.

Ugg's a classic - Ugg's are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I can wear them with almost anything. I can wear them with a skirt, jeans, dress pants, casual white pants, anything. They keep my feet warm even in the snow. I love how I can look good and be comfortable no matter what the weather.

Adorable boots - I recently got the uggs Classic Short in the light blue, there really nice looking boots, there a tad big, so I recommend getting a size smaller then you think you need... there comfortable other wise, but for some reason the fuzzyness on the inside seems to be shedding out in small clumps. This has only occured a few times, I still love them anyways... Make sure if you get them you pick up some stain/water resistant, they can get water damaged easily...

uggs are snuggly - I love them this is my second pair of boots and I want more and I also bought a pair of Uggs that are Kalies--very nice.

Ugg Mania - Wow. Ugg Boots are amazing and I love them *so* much! Zappos was AWESOME seeing as they upgraded by already free shipping to overnight for no cost! Honestly, if you want Uggs or any other kind of shoes, Zappos is the place to be.

Thank you!!! I have had Australian sheep lined boots for 25plus years. Not sure of the brand. I just needed a new pair. The Uggs seems to made well and are real comfortable.

Most comfortable boots! I have these in baby blue and they are so fabulous, I plan to order another color. These will be a huge part of my Fall/Winter wardrobe. I normally wear an 8.5, I ordered the 8 and they fit comfortably snug as they should. I bought a knockoff pair from a high end chain last year and they don't even come close comfort wise. I am now a loyal Ugg fan!

Ugg classic short - Ordered this shoe on monday (late at night) and recieved it on thursday. I put them on straight out of the box and other than sleeping, I have yet to take them off (it's friday now). I love them! They are soooo comfy. They keep your feet warm when it's cold and cool when it's hot (I didn't believe it till i tried it...about keeping them cool). warning: going by what others had said, i ordered a full size smaller than what i usually wear. i wear an 8-8 1/2 (9 for very narrow)and went with a 7. the fit is snug, but they are allready starting to stretch out a little. perfect fit. also, don't wear these with socks. they are made for bare feet.

I found my bliss in a boot! A friend had been urging me to consider Uggs. For months. She finally wore me down and the search was on. After finding Zappos online and in comparing Zappos to other online companies, I quickly learned that Zappos had better prices and shipping than other companies. Well, I have to say that between my love of my Uggs and the excellent customer service including upgrading to fast and free shipping, I can see where an addiction to all things Ugg can transpire, especially through Zappos. These boots are cozy, comfortable and I can't wait to test drive them in fall/winter! Even though they're great in late summer weather as well. I've already bought slippers for my mother and blue Uggs for my middle school aged daughter.

Uggs were awesome! I was extremely pleased with my Zappos purchase - delivery was extremely fast! The Uggs are great, so comfortable... since it's still a little warm for them yet I've been wearing them around the house non-stop! I definitely reccommend both Zappos and Uggs to everyone!
