Ugg and Zappos save the day! I recently broke my toe, and was in despair over what shoes to wear for an upcoming trip to Washington, D.C., since the only thing I could wear comfortably was a pair of fleece slippers. My teenaged daughter, who owns a pair herself, suggested Uggs. I called every store in my area, but they were sold out of all Uggs in my size and estimated that if I joined a wait list I might get them by mid-February. I tried Zappos, and a pair of Classic Shorts in my chosen color arrived on my doorstep within two days. Following other reviewers' suggestions, I ordered a size 7 for my size 8 foot. They fit perfectly, are warm and cozy, and I can walk comfortably in them even with my broken toe. Thanks, Zappos!

Love Uggs and Zappos - I love Uggs and Zappos. Zappos is the best-they send the shoes out so fast and they alert us when our requested size is in. What a concept! They put the Uggs website, Nordstoms's Uggs website, etc. to shame!!!!!!!

Deliciously comfortable and warm - My feet have never been so comfortable and warm ... and pain free! I wore the Ugg Classic Short Boots on Thanksgiving Day at Frankenmouth, Michigan where I walked in and out of Shops for 5 hours. My feet were pain-free and warm. Ugg Boots - I purchased my black Uggs about 8 years ago and they are still in great shape. My feet never get cold or wet--even walking through deep puddles. They're great and worth the price!!

I love my Zappos!! When I could not find my size for the classic short Uggs in Sand, someone told me check out Zappos.com. Not only did they have them but I actually got them what seemed like overnight for FREE! Since then I have bought 3 other pairs of Ugg boots and shoes from Zappos.com

My new favorite shoes... I absolutely love my Uggs!!! Definitely worth the money. My only problem with them is that I never want to take them off:).

I love my Uggs classic short - I love my Uggs!! These are my 3rd pair and the pink is more beautiful than I had expected. I live in florida and I still wear these gems all over the place. they do run a size big, I am a size 7 and have size 6 and they fit like a glove. Thank you Zappos for your wonderful customer service!! and great products, I even ordered my mom a pair and she wants more.

Great product, great service - The boots arrived within a week of ordering. I ordered size 7 for my daughter, she usually wears 7-1/2 or 8. I will be shopping at Zappos again and again.

Mot bad, but still felt too big - Felt full size and a half larger than marked.

Uggs! I love my Uggs. It is simply heaven when you put your feet into them, I odered a whole size lower (I am usually an 8 and I got a 7) and they fit me great. Well worth the price.

You can't own just one pair! Uggs are my new addiction! If you are wishy washy as to whethor or not to buy these - trust me - BUY! You will not be disappointed! Order a full side down though because they run pretty big! Enjoy!

Great Product, Great Service - I came across these Short Classic PINK Uggs and couldn't beleive my luck. The customer service was awesome they even upgraded my shipped to 2 day service. This is my first pair of uggs and certainly will NOT be my last. They are everything everyone says they are, the most comfortable boots. Definitely go down a size and don't wear them with socks. Make sure you get the protectant also! Thanks again for such excellent service.

They keep me warm - I'm a little thrifty on the heating bills. I work at home and my feet get cold. I wear these while working and I'm toasty. Plus, no socks required.

Best shoes ever, I'll never like another shoe in the same way. These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. As soon as I put them on I could not take them off. They are warm and extremely comfortable.

Ugg boots - Usually wear a size 10. Could have gotten 1 size smaller.

Like walking on clouds... These boots are extremely comfortable and cozy. I recommend ordering a size down for a good fit. Overall, very pleased with the purchase!
