Very comfortable! I have a very wide foot in size 7. I tend to buy a size 8 in medium width shoes to account for it. Due to my "larger" size not being available I ordered the 7's. I was shocked and very pleased that these shoes fit perfectly. I think I could have done even a size 6 but the width would probably have been too small. These size 7 fit so well. They did not pinch or squeeze and I had plenty of wiggle room in the toe box. And they are light as a feather! Normally when you wear cold weather boots they are chunky and heavy, these were like wearing slippers. Very nice and can't wait for the cold to come back so I can wear them.

Uggs = Hugs for your feet! I bought my Uggs Classic Short out of desperation. My feet were really cold the bulk of winter. The Uggs are warm (but not hot) and extremely comfortable. I'm usually an 8 1/2 but these run a little big so I purchased the size 8 and if fits perfectly. They are not the most flattering boots; however, they make up for their frumpy exterior in comfort. :) I highly recommend them, and they are worth the expensive price. Spurge on yourself :)

Excellent Service - I am so pleased with Zappos. I ordered the Uggs Classic Short yesterday at 1p.m. and they were here by 3p.m. the very next day. You can't beat that and the shipping was free!! I am so happy that I found this company and will order all my shoes from Zappos. You do exactly what you say and the boots are wonderful. I can see why they are always out of stock. Love these shoes - I recently bought Uggs Classic Short in chestnut but in a size 6. I ordered them on Thursday morning and got them Friday afternoon!!! Zappos' shipping is amazing!!! However they were a little bit too big so I called Zappos and talked to a very friendly representative who take my exchange order for a size five and immediately shipped them out. I got them the next day!! I love Zappos and I love these shoes. They are SOO comfortable!!!

Tri Colored Short Uggs - These boots are so comfortable and go with everything. I wear them winter and summer. I have a pair of long Uggs also and I like the short ones better as pants fit over them more easily.

Love, love, love my Uggs - This is my first pair of Uggs. I absolutely love them and don't know what took me so long to buy a pair. I took Zappos suggestion and purchased a size down from my normal size and they fit perfectly. I also had to call customer service and was pleasantly surprised of the helpfulness of the person that helped me. It was an overall exceptional buying experience.

Definitely Worth EVERY Penny - OMG I just bought my Uggs a couple of days ago and I love them!!!!! They are soo cute and soo comfortable and they keep your feet SOO warm!! =) They are a little bit flat, but that’s because I don’t usually wear flats.

Patchwork Classic Short - I LOVE MY UGG BOOTS. I followed the online guide and even though I wear a 9 1/2, got a size 8. I was really nervous until I tried them on, and they are perfect!! So comfortable, easy to treat, clean, and so darn cute. I just love them. Thank you Zappos!

Love this product and web site! I bought the really cute patch work Uggs. They were hard to find in my area of southern Ca, so I went on line and found out they were also sold out from most sites. I found them here, read the reviews and thought I would try the site. So far everything has been great. Order them Thurs. 9 p.m, received them Mon. afternoon. The sizing info is correct. I usually wear a 9 ordered an eight and they feel great.

Best shoes ever!! These shoes are like wearing slippers all day long!!! Or those of you that walk the streets of Manhattan going from the train station to work, these are the best shoes for that!!!

Uggalicious - I've received lots of compliments on my UGGs which feels great. The patchwork is really cute and they’re comfortable. They keep my feet warm and cozy in this crazy Buffalo weather. It doesn't get any better than that! I love 'em and you'll love 'em too!

Happy and comfy! My daughter received these boots for Christmas and just loves them. The sheep wool began to come off the bottom of the boot. Zappos replaced them immediately without questions. We are so happy with the service from Zappos and will continue to order from them.

Perfect and Quick - I order my Ugg's at 6:30 on Thursday, February 8th and received them on Friday the next day. I got them less than twenty four hours.

Uggs are the best - I love these boots. I ordered them on a Friday afternoon and received them by Tuesday. They are extremely comfortable, like slippers. I wear them all them time. I wear size 8 1/2 - 9 and I ordered a size 8 and they are perfect.

Ugg Short Patchwork - I love my new patchwork short Uggs. This is my 4th pair of Uggs. Obviously comfort is not an issue. I think each style of Uggs has its own sizing. I normally wear a woman’s 9. I have 2 pairs of Tasman’s 1 size 8, 1 size 9. I also have the tall black Sunrise with a zipper, size 9. But only needed the 8 in these beautiful patchwork Uggs. I love them and now plan on getting some Ugg flip-flops. Zappos customer service is the best. I ordered a 9 and they were too big, they immediately sent out the 8. They even paid shipping ALL ways!!

Comfortable and warm - I ordered this boot a full 2 sizes smaller than my regular size (9 vs. 11) and it fit perfectly.

Classic Ugg's must have! I love my Classic Ugg's. I actually bought them for my daughter; they were too big for her but fit me perfectly. Lucky me! They are so warm and comfortable. Great around the house and outside when it's cold. Would highly recommend!!
