Very comfortable shoes, especially with this season. They are a bit snug so go with your true size. I had ordered my shoes yesterday in afternoon and came in today!

I cannot believe that I waited so long to buy my first pair of Uggs! They are so awesome and I can see why they have a five star rating after so many reviews! They are amazingly comfortable and cozy, with no sweating! I bought the Chestnut and Lapis and both are beautiful. I can see why they are all the rage and also why many customers have been loyal to Uggs for so many years. I had no idea that they felt so wonderful on your bare feet. I found the sizing to be right on, too! If you are debating because of the price, I highly recommend splurging because I now know that they are worth every penny. I am now hoping for more colors! Thank you Zappos for your constantly amazing service!

These booths speak for itself. Ugg makes a great product and the boots are comfortable and has lots of style. Just order it a full size smaller as they fit to your foot and they stretch a little.

I love my new UGGs, however the first few times I wore them my socks and legs turned blace. They used too much dye in them.

The boots are wonderful, warm and true to size. I ordered the same pair for my 2 year old granddaughter! Both pairs arrived practically before I ordered them and we're both extremely happy with them.

This is my 2nd pair of classic short UGGs, and although someone else said they were not big for size and to order your normal size, not true. I wear a 6 and ordered a 6. They were way big, so I exchanged for a 5. Good thing for free shipping! They run bigger than your size as any rep will tell you. Love them!

Order arrived in one day, awesome! Of course always order 1 size below your average as Uggs run big.

I originally received a pair Uggs as a gift back in the early 80's and they lasted at least 10 years. I haven't had a pair since then and I still love them! They are even more comfortable than before, fitting snugger around the ankle.

I just love these boots. I am usually a 6 1/2 to a 7 and the 6 fit perfect. They are very comfortable and so soft inside. Zappos make ordering and if need be returning so simple. Thank you guys!

Love them, so comfy! True to size and don't look as bulky as I thought. I wear an 11 and I have bad luck with boots. So I was very happy these worked out.

I ordered a size smaller as recommended and they were entirely too tight and my toes were pushing against the front of the boot! I am going to order these in my usual size and hope for the best. Strongly suggest that a trip to the Mall to try these on before ordering from Zappos might eliminate this issue.

After much hesitation, I decided to buy my first pair of Uggs! They're nice and cozy. I'm a 6.5 and size 6 fits perfectly. This is also my first purchase from Zappos. I am amazed by their service. I ordered at 7pm and they got here at 10am the next day! Thank you, Zappos!

I ordered 3 pair in a size smaller than I wear because they say they run a size larger. Untrue I had to return all 3 pair and send for my correct size because they were to small. I couldn't even get my foot in the boot at all. Now the others came and they fit, love them.

I refused to buy Uggs for the longest time, couldn't justify the price when I could get boots just like them in a store for less, but these are amazing. So soft and warm without making your feet sweaty.

Bought these for my daughter for her birthday. Shoe loves them! Ordered them about a week before the birthday. They got to me in about 4 days. When Zappos says fast and free shipping, they really mean it! Definitely recommended!

I bought these for my sister & she loves them. I purchased them one size smaller than what my sister usually wears because they tend to run larger in size than marked & stretch out over time. They fit her perfectly, since I ordered her a full size smaller than what she usually wears.

I love these boots! I usually wear an 8, but ordered a size 7. They were a bit tight at first, but now they are perfect!

These are the most cozy things you will ever put on your feet. I feel like I am wearing slippers so it is really hard to get me to take them off at the end of the day. I always wear a 7 but I took the advice of others and got a 6 and they are perfect without socks (which is how you should wear your Uggs). I got the Turkish Tile color and I am glad I did because I love blue and they are so fun.

The boots are a Christmas gift so I haven't actually seen them yet but I can say without hesitation Zappos rocks! Such a great online vendor. Excellent customer service, unbelievable selection in so many categories now. Rock on! It's my third pair of classic Uggs, none of the b&m stores have colors in Uggs anymore and I love shades of blue. I'm a happy girl.
