Classic Short Ugg Boot - I purchased this boot because I have a new puppy and I needed something warm and fast to slip into on our late night and early morning "potty trips." These boots are perfect for that. They are warm for the recently frosty mornings and easy to get into. They are comfortable and as suggested, I ordered an 8 rather than my usual 9. Perfect! I'm not sure I would go on a walking excursion wearing them because there is no arch support but these boots were not designed for that purpose. I'm pleased with the chocolate color also. Definitely 5 stars all around! Also, I ordered these boots around 6 p.m. Pacific time and received them the next day late in the afternoon. This has occurred on previous orders.

The UGGS were a perfect fit! Let me help people out with the sizing. I am a TRUE 7.5. I have the Up-Town UGGS and I have those in a 7 and they feel GREAT! I also have the Patch Work UGGS in a 6 and they feel o.k., but I prefer the 7. The 6 will feel better after I get a couple of wears out of them; my toe seems to be right at the top but its not uncomfortable. I like that my 7 feels more like slippers. The Shortie feels good as well!

Awesome!!! I can't believe that I ordered these last night and got them this afternoon! I love Ugg Classics!!! I have worn out my other pair and cannot imagine a winter w/out another pair to "knock around" in! I love all my other Ugg styles as well... but you can't beat the Ugg Classics for casual comfort!

Ugly and trendy, but soo warm and comfy - I'm not one to buy things that you see 20 people wearing in the span of 5 minutes, but I tried on my mother-in-law's and I could not avoid buying these any longer. They literally feel like you're wearing nothing. Everyone says to order a size down, but I wear a 7 and I bought a 7 and my toe is right where it should be. However, they are a little roomy everywhere else, but that's part of the comfort factor. Plus, I ordered them at 6 PM EST and I got them at 5 PM the next day, which is awesome. If you're like me and you've held out for years...you should just give in and buy them. It's worth the money.

I Dig Ugg's - I live in my Ugg’s; my feet are married to them--even though they're poor conversationalists. There's always one thing wrong with any relationship however; in this case it's the fact that the black dye of the fleece liner stains my feet and legs, which looks disconcertingly as though I haven't bathed in a year or so. I’ve been wearing them for a month and the effect seems to be decreasing. Hopefully, the excess dye will eventually rub itself off; I’ll continue to be in love with them anyway and will purchase another pair soon, just in a lining color that matches my skin tone better. Buy them, love them!

Uggs - I would definitely purchase a size up with this shoe, whether you want to wear them with socks or not.

Soooo comfy! Ok, so I admit that I was hesitant about the whole Ugg thing, but now I'm hooked! It's hard to find boots that can stand up to Buffalo weather AND that are totally comfortable. I can hardly wait to fly to Colorado for Thanksgiving since my toes will be so cozy!

Who says you can't wear Uggs all year? I bought these Uggs for my daughter who lives in Ohio. She is on her 2nd pair. Even though it wasn't cold yet, she had them on her feet the next day. Needless to say, she loves them.I ordered her a size smaller. I wear a very narrow shoe....just wish the Uggs had a little more pizazz and fit for a size 6 N.

Great customer service cant say enough!!! This boot does run big, i wear a size 5 regular shoe and the 3youth fits perfect a little snug but they do stretch! And you save a little money by ordering the kids size!!!

These are the best snuggly shoes ever! I wear a 9 to a 9.5. I was a little unsure about buying a whole size smaller but I bought the 8 and it is a perfect fit. My toes go right to the end with no pinching feeling.

Yeah baby!! Comfort plus... You feel as if you're walking on air - fluffy cottony air, that is. I've worn them already in 70 degrees and then 40 degrees, and my feet stayed just as comfortable in either temperature.

Ugg classic short boot in brown. I am very happy with my new brown Ugg boots.They are as comfy as ever (this is my third pair.)I am especially glad that I waited until this year to buy this new color. They look better than last year since the sole is now also dark brown. Last year, when the brown was first introduced, the sole was light-colored. And of course, Zappos is as fantastic as ever as far as service and selection. I will stay a "regular" at Zappos!

They are the most comfortable and warm shoes. When I ordered the boots I didn't really like how they looked. But then I put them on and I didn't care what they looked like because they were so comfortable and warm and I absolutely love them!

LOVE THESE BOOTS!!! Who doesn't love their Uggs? This is the second pair I've owned in this color. My original Chestnut Shorts were very loved , perfectly worn in and used everyday. One day I decided to clean the basement. Bad decision!!! I tore the top of my boots wide open on construction "junk" LEFT in my basement by my contractor and his buddies. Can I bill my contractor for the replacement boots? Anyway, LOVE these as much the old ones and I would recommend that EVERYONE buy a pair, or two or three....One suggestion: Buy a size smaller.

As per my grand-daughters - I have purchased several Uggs Boots for my grandchildren and they LOVE them. They're not only warm but fit beautifully. I suspect, I will be purchasing many more as they love all colors. Thanks for your prompt and free shipping.

I love these boots! These boots are like walking on a cloud! I love them! I normally wear a size 8 (After the birth of my son, I have one foot that can wear a 7 1/2, but the other now takes an 8, so I always order an 8), but I took the advise of the majority and ordered a size smaller (7), which fit perfectly. I am going to buy the taller ones next. I think they are so cute, and if they are this comfortable, who cares what anybody else thinks?

Amazing! My favorite boot ever! So soft! I have flat feet and have no problem with them at all. True to size.

These boots fit great. I wear a 7 and ordered a 7 perfect fit.

This shoe runs a whole size small. If you wear a size 6 you need to order a size 7.

Love my new Uggs! These were a treat for myself and well worth the money. I love them, and I wear them all the time. They are a great shoe to throw on for hanging around or running out to do errands. I am so happy that I bought them through Zappos! They arrived quickly, and knowing I could send them back if I had to made me less apprehensive to buy them online. I ended up getting the protective spray, too. I figured if I was spending this much on a pair of shoes it was worth it.
