Exactly what I wanted! The boots were just as they were presented online. I normally wear a size 7.5 and I ordered a 7 and it fit perfectly. I also ordered the stain repellent and cleaner and so far so good. The service at Zappos is terrific! I ordered them after 6pm and received them the next evening! I will definitely order from them again!

Great purchase from a great vendor - These boots are exactly what I thought they would be... incredibly warm, incredibly comfortable, and really cute. I plan to get a lot of use out of them during the cold winters of NYC. I used to have a "fake" pair of Uggs (they were a $20 Christmas present a couple of years ago) and I have to say that expectedly, the genuine Uggs are MUCH better all around. They do run big though... I normally wear an 8 1/2 or a 9 and the size 8 Uggs have plenty of foot room in them. Overall they were a great purchase and free overnight shipping from Zappos made sure I had them REALLY fast! LOVE Zappos!

Love, love, love these - I was hesitant to order one size down. I normally wear a 9 and ordered an 8. They fit perfect!!! And they are so warm. I wish I could wear them everyday.

UGG BOOTS - I purchased these boots for my daughter's 18th B-Day, she begged for them. Zappos price was great, overnight shipping was also great. My daughter just about sleeps in them, I purchased another pair for her in black for Christmas. I could not be happier with this site & their products.

Ugg Classic Short - These Uggs are as comfortable and great looking as the classic tall. The fit turned out to be 2 sizes smaller than I usually take. I LOVE the look of the short since it isn't so bulky. I'm getting them in black, too!!!

Great buy, great boot! I usually wear a size 7 1/2 in shoes and purchased a size 7 in the boot. It fits PERFECT! This is my first pair of Uggs and I love them. They are super comfy and warm! Don’t hesitate, you have nothing to lose ordering from Zappos!

Happy Feet! This is my first pair of Ugg Boots and I love them. I have gone through 3 pairs of Ugg slippers over the years, so I knew I couldn't go wrong with these boots. They are so comfortable and warm, I adore them! I'm a true size 7.5 and I ordered a 7; they fit fine. Highly recommended if you want warm, cozy feet this winter!

Cute and Warm - I have a pair of the RSVP Eva Shearling and they don't compare to the UGG. The UGG is softer, more comfortable, better quality, and the inside is so warm that it takes the chill from the rest of the body. If you prefer quality over quantity like myself, then this is the boot for you. The Chestnut ones are the best.

GREAT COMFORT!!! I got these boots and I love them, they are very comfortable. I have to say that I'm a 7 1/2 and had to get the 7. I was told to get the 6 because they run big, but had to return them and get the size 7 since the 6 was too small for me. I would say get half size smaller, not a whole size... love them, very warm and comfortable, just make sure not to get them wet!

Great Boot! I love these boots. A little tip: I wear a 7 1/2 WW and ended up buying the kid's size 6. I tried a woman's 7 (a little too tight) and 8 (which was too big), but the kid’s 6 fit the best. It was perfect (and they are cheaper). I wear without socks and my feet are warm and comfy. I wore them all day and night the first time and put them back on with my pjs to keep my feet warm. I highly recommend. Zappos’ service is incredible. I ordered late at night and received the next day.

I LOVE these shoes!!! They are soo comfortable and they look great with jeans or with sweats. I am very pleased with the purchase!!

Love these boots - These boots are great. We have several pairs. This purchase from Zappos was great and the boots were on my doorstep the next day!!! We already knew to order a size smaller then we wear so fit was perfect.

Just what I wanted - Color, fit, everything was perfect. Arrived in just 2 days. Fit description on Zappos.com was correct. I usually wear an 8, but Uggs truly run a size large. Go down 1/2 or 1 full size, for sure!

REALLY COMFY AND PRETTY!!!! I have the Ugg Classic Short in sand and it is soo comfortable!!!! It is really light and matches most of my clothes!!! I love my Uggs!!!!

Living in these boots - Comfort, comfort, that says it all...and they look good too.

I usually take a size 7 1/2 and had to buy a size 6. The right shoe is a tiny bit snug but I think in time it will stretch. They are very comfortable.

Thanksgiving Miracle! No joke---I ordered these shoes on Thanksgiving Day in the afternoon---and they were on my feet by 5pm the next day!!!!! Gotta love Zappos! Oh, yeah, and the UGGS are fabulous! They definitely run BIG, like the description says. I'm only 5 feet with short legs, and the Classic Short is the perfect length. This is my first pair of UGG boots. I have a pair of the sandals that I love and have worn to death. I have high hopes for the boots wearing just as well!

Ugg Classic Short - Uggs Rock! That is all there is to it. I am now going on my fourth pair of Ugg boots and my second pair of Ugg slippers. I was not going to buy this particular style because I didn't think they looked that great on. Last year, I got a different style and they were the most comfortable thing ever - ended up those were the only shoes I ever wanted to wear. This year I got two more pairs - this style being one of them. These are even more comfortable - probably the most comfortable of all Ugg boots. You do not wear socks with them and they are so fleecy and cozy. They absolutely do run a size larger, so get one size down. I wear a 10 and got a 9 in this style and they fit perfectly. And, I have to say, that Zappos is the bomb!! I tell everyone about them. The service is unbeatable!!! I ordered these at 3:30 pm and they were on my doorstep the following morning - in less than 24 hrs. Love - Love Zappos!

Zappos is amazing! I ordered Uggs for my daughter exactly 18 hours ago and they are NOW on her feet as she is hanging out with her friends. How did you all do it? This is my first time to order from you and I AM IMPRESSED and SO HAPPY! She loves the UGGS, they are perfect and now I want to order a pair for myself (but she will take them from me I am sure). I LOVE UGGS - I love these boots. They are extremely comfortable and I think they are adorable. If you buy them in the right color, like brown, they will match with almost anything you could possibly wear! I am planning on asking for a new pair for Christmas, because I wore my first pair until they were beaten up, stained, and ripped. BUY THESE UGGS!!!!

Warm and comfortable! I'm not a big fan of the look of Uggs, but they are extremely warm AND comfortable! I'm glad I tried them, I'm sure I will wear them a lot to keep my feet warm in the winter weather. TRY THEM OUT.
