Love them - Uggs are "true to the size as marked" but not true to normal size so buy them at least 1 size smaller than normal. If you wear a half size buy them 1 1/2 sizes smaller. Very comfortable and warm!

My daughter loves Ugg - I bought these as a present for my daughter. She loves them. She says that they are soft and cozy warm. They are also very comfortable. She thinks they are cute, too.

Love the product and Zappos is great to work with!! Zappos was true to their words, I ordered my new Uggs on Friday and on Monday I had them on my door step! I ordered them a size smaller than I usually wear and they fit perfectly! I love these boots and wear them as much as possible.

Best boots ever! I always refused to purchase a pair of boots that were this pricey, but Central New York winters are killer. I couldn't find the light color I wanted in any stores, so I knew I could rely on Zappos! I also purchased the cleaner and water/stain repellent from here. These are SO worth the price. Incredibly warm and it feels like you're wearing slippers. The suggestion of getting 1 size smaller is right one. I usually wear an 8.5 - 9 and I bought an 8. They fit perfectly!!

OK...I'm hooked now - Well, I would see all the Ugg people and refuse to drink the Kool-Aid....but now I'm a believer! These things are soooooooooooo comfortable. I can wear them with or without socks...and I love them without socks. I definitely agree that you need to order a size down from what you usually wear. Don't resist them become part of the Ugg nation...you won't regret it. If you love wearing comfortable things when you are out shopping but you still want to look cute.....try these on for size. The look great with skinny jeans, regular jeans, minis with tights and leggings. These are greats.

UGG SIZING - I am a bit late in writing this review but I purchased 2 pair of UGG Uptown boots (one for my Mom, one for myself) from Zappos last year. This is the third pair of Uggs that I have ordered from Zappos. The Uptown style seems to run more true-to-size like the UGG Ultra and Ultimate styles. I wear a size 7 and ordered the Uptown in a 7 and they fit perfectly! The Classic Uggs tend to run a bit more wider and do run about one size larger so you definitely want to size down on the Classic's. Zappos' one day FREE shipping and SUPERB customer service department keeps me coming back year after year for more UGG boots. This year I am buying everyone in my family UGG boots for Christmas...even the guys! We LOVE our Uggs here in cold Northeastern Ohio. Thanks Zappos!

Great boot - Ugg Classic Short - The boot does run a size larger. However, I could order the correct size, as I knew that was the case from other people that have them. I don't know if it is true for all styles. They are great for keeping feet super warm. I always have cold feel, not the case when I wear the Uggs!!

Ugg's Classic Short - Excellent footwear. Beware that the boot sizing ran big in my case. Actually needed a size smaller than I normally wear. The delivery service was outstanding. Unexpectedly received the boot day after Thanksgiving when I placed the order on Thanksgiving.

Fit perfectly! I was nervous about buying shoes offline, especially one that were over $100. They do run big. I take a size 8 to an 8 1/2, and I ordered a 7 and they fit perfectly! They're suppose to fit snug so if you're debating whether or not to buy them. Just do it! I love them, they're the best thing I've ever bought. So warm and comfortable, I wear them everywhere.

Ugg Classic boot - I love these boots. I wear them all the time! They are VERY warm and comfortable. I recently bought a pair for my daughter because her feet are always cold in the winter and I know she will wear them every day this winter! The delivery on this boot was great also. I ordered them on a Monday evening and received them the next afternoon! When you order, make sure you go down 1/2 a size. They run a little big.

Unbelievable - On Thanksgiving afternoon, while waiting for our turkey to finish up, I placed the order for my daughter's Ugg boots for Christmas. Was ordering online! Black Friday dawned and we were up and out shopping. Around 11 my husband called telling us that an order from Zappos had arrived at our door. Imagine.....not even 24 hours from order to delivery. They are perfect...and once again, no shipping and no hassle. Great!

Perfect winter shoe - This shoe is a perfect winter shoe. It’s warm and comfortable. The size of this shoe is one size bigger than marked. I’m a normal 6 but had to buy a 5 in this shoe.

Comfy boots - They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever had and they are the warmest. I love to wear them with my skinny jeans.
