I'll admit it, I have resisted the Ugg trend until last year! I am now hooked on Uggs. I just bought these (Classic Short dark brown) for myself for this year and I LOVE them. I look forward to wearing them when the cool weather comes. On size, I ordered a full size down from my typical size. I would say they fit a good half size larger than you would normally wear. Ideally, if you wear a 7.5, you'll get a perfect fit in a 7. If you wear an 8 and want a snug fit, especially for bare feet, go for the 7. If you want a more typical fit and plan to wear socks, you may want to consider going with the 8. Also if you sometimes wear an 8.5 you might want to go with an 8, as the 7 might be a bit too snug for you. Bottom line, they do run a bit big, but not necessarily a FULL size. My best guess is 1/2 to 3/4 size. As for Zappos, I could not be happier! The shipping was extremely fast. I ordered Friday and they were at my door on Monday. They would have been on my doorstep the next day if UPS delivered on weekends. Amazing, made me want to shop here again! I'm a fan of fast shipping!

Uggs, Not Drugs! I love my new Uggs. I ordered them and got them in just over 24 hours. Zappos is the greatest! Anyway the shoes are very comfortable and I usually order a size 6 and was a bit worries about ordering a 5 like was suggested, but the 5 is perfect.

Excellent Boots and Service! I ordered my boots last night at 11pm EST with Standard Shipping. Zappos graciously upgraded me to Priority Shipping and I received my Uggs today at 2pm EST. The first time I seen someone wearing these boots I couldn't stand them, but the more I saw them, the more I began to like them so I decided to order my first pair. I normally wear a size 6 1/2, so I ordered a size 6 and they fit perfectly. As soon as I got them, my mother tried them on and decided to order her first pair right there on the spot! I know I will start wearing these today even though it's still summer and continue wearing them through the whole winter. This isn't the first time I ordered from Zappos and it will definitely not be the last time I order from here. I highly recommend ordering Uggs and absolutely recommend ordering from Zappos! =]

FAST. NO FUSS. FITS PERFECT - I love the boot. I could not find this shoe (color) anywhere else on the internet. I ordered this late in the day and had it within 24 hours. I am usually a size 8 ½ and the size 8 fits perfect. Thanks Zappos!

Uggs are awesome - First of all, Zappos is great! Shipping was fast and I received my Uggs the next day. These shoes are great. Very comfortable and perfect for cold climates. I wear them all winter. They form to your feet. I have multiple colors. Always order a size down.

Love this boot! Uggs are deceivingly light. I thought that it always looked to have the weight of a steel toe work boot but when I picked one up I was surprised at how light they were. The outer is also very light and there is literally no break in time with these babies! I normally wear an 8 and definitely had to go down to a 7 for a good fit. I purchased the chestnut and will eventually own a black pair. I would absolutely recommend these to others who want something light on your foot and will keep your toes super warm!

I bought these in grey because I don't have black and figured I would get black in a more winter ready style. These are my 4th pair and they look AMAZING and go with EVERYTHING!!! I placed the order on Saturday, was upgraded to priority shipping, and my Uggs came on Monday!!! BRAVO ZAPPOS!!! I always get Uggs one size smaller, which always works for me because of the no-socks thing.

Excellent - This is my 3rd pair of Uggs. I was introduced to Uggs when I got a pair of slippers as a gift one Christmas. My 2nd pair was the classic short, which I have had for 3 years. It was time to treat myself to a new pair, although I will still hang onto the old pair! These boots are the ULTIMATE in COMFORT and WARMTH. I wear them inside only, as I work from home, and like my ankles covered up while working at my desk. I live in the NE area, so winters are cold, and I try to keep as warm as possible while working. These UGGS are well worth the price for the comfort, warmth, and overall luxury you receive.

Fastest Shipping Ever! I ordered Ugg Black Classic Short last evening at 8:30 PM CST. The boots arrived today at 11:10 CST! That is a little under 15 hours! OUTSTANDING! I own sever pairs of UGG boots tall, short, slippers etc. and have bought many pair from Zappos in the past. I will ALWAYS buy from Zappos as long as they are in business! The UGG Black classic is awesome, fit perfect and will get plenty of use here in Wisconsin!

Love them! We know they're clunky and unattractive, but I love them. They keep me warm and they're the MOST comfortable. It's my second pair. I looked all over for the black ones last winter and couldn't get them, so I got them in August. I'm prepared!

I love these boots. I bought a pair last year and they are so comfortable I could sleep in them. Although I bought my regular size (8) they did get a little loose after wearing them all winter. People who have these boots told me that they got a size smaller than their normal size, so when I ordered my second pair I got a size 7. They are a little more snug than my size 8, however I know that they will stretch a little. Like my older pair, I sprayed Scotch Guard all over them to prevent stains.

Fantastic, as always - I love my Uggs, and when it came time to get a new pair, I came to Zappos for their top notch service. I was upgraded to priority shipping and received my order the very next day. The Ugg short boot is great for me for the fall and winter months and the chestnut color goes with just about anything. The price is totally worth it; my last pair is still going strong after 3 years and now has a new friend to hang out with in my closet!

My daughter is a 6 1/2 shoe size. We ordered the kids size 6. Felt a full size bigger. I read the reviews and most said that it felt true to size so I ordered the 6. I wish I would have ordered the size 5.

Ugg Classic Short - These seem just slightly smaller than the last pair I got. Same style, just slightly smaller in the length. Love them, tho! Zappos rocks!

Uggs and Zappos are the BEST! This was my first time placing an order thru Zappos and I will definitely do it again. I am so impressed by the service---my Uggs were shipped overnight rather than standard, by the kindness of Zappos. The Uggs fit like a glove. I already own a pair of the Sundance II, and these short Uggs in black (which are hard to find) are fantastic. Due to the dye used in making them black, they do make my bare feet turn black a little bit. Size wise, I am normally a size 8, but like everyone says about Uggs, they run big, by a whole size. I ordered them in 7 and couldn't be happier. Thank you Zappos!
