Another great experience - Love Zappos as usual a prompt delivery. The boot is great I wear a 9 but listened to the reviews and wisely ordered an 8.Love the chocolate color. The boot looks better on the foot than you would think for an easy slip on. Bragged so much about it my sister ordered a pair as well.

Ugg's Boot - The boot came in perfect condition, nice and fast! I love ordering from Zappos! It was exactly as described. I wear an 8 1/2 to a 9, and the size 7 was perfect!

Couldn't be happier!! My daughter (who purchased her own Ugg boots for the first time) and I could not be happier with our purchase and the service we received from Zappos. She loves her boots and I loved the service. After making a mistake in size when I placed the order, I spoke with the friendliest, most knowledgeable customer service representative. She corrected the problem and upgraded us to overnight delivery! Since the order was placed on the weekend, we were expecting the boots on a Tuesday. To our surprise and delight, the boots arrived on Monday. I would recommend Zappos to friends and I look forward to using Zappos in the future.

Pleasing a 13 year old!!! My daughter is like most 13yo teens, very picky. She absolutely had not one complaint of he new Uggs and she was thrilled how quick they were delivered and how comfortable and stylish they were. Thank you.

Most warm and comfy show ever! These are truly the ugliest shoes in the world, but they are also super comfortable. I wear them everywhere now with or without socks, and I put them on first thing in the morning as slippers. They are totally worth buying even if you never wear them out of the house.

A great excuse to wear slippers all day! These are the most comfortable thing I have ever put on my feet. I have pretty much not taken them off since I got them. My only complaint is they stain very easily, even just water. You need to make sure you buy the maintenance kit along with them! I wear a size 9-9.5. I ordered the size 9 and they fit perfectly.

The Best Boot for comfort - This pair of Uggs is easy to get on and it feels like you are in a cloud all day. My feet have never been more comfortable. I even put them on when I get home from work. I will need more of them!!!

Great Experience! I recently ordered a pair of the Ugg short boots. After having read a few reviews, I went with a size 7. I am a true size 8. They were a little bit snug, but I am sure they will stretch a bit, and the 8s definitely would have been too big. As to Zappos, great experience. They comp'd me next day air, for no extra charge and I didn't even have to ask for it. Now that's customer service!

Love the new color! Have been waiting for my size to come in. This is the best all around shoe to do errands, shopping, groceries etc! Very comfortable and can be worn over or tucked in. This is my 6th pair of Uggs! Zappos rocked as usual with delivery- thank you! Have recommended your site to my neighbors as well.

Awesome - The Ugg Classic Short is by far the most comfortable boot that I have owned. I now have two pairs, one in chocolate and the other one is sand. The best thing is you really don't have to wear socks and your feet are nice and toasty.

Comfortable and cozy. These shoes are the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned. They are not only comfortable but they are also very cozy. I don't have any complains about them. They are not the best looking boots in the market but it sure is the most comfortable. I wear them all day long and when I get home I don't like to take them off. They are absolutely great. I wasn’t sure about the price but now I realize that it was worth the money. They are GREAT!

Everyone is right! You definitely need to buy a size smaller than what you are! Even then it still might be too big...I LOVE THEM!

I wear a size 7. This boot felt one size larger than a 7. I should have ordered a 6. Since boot is for my daughter who wears 7-7 1/2, she loved the fit.

So comfy! These boots are really comfortable! They keep my feet at a perfect temperature. It almost seems as if they are alive. If my feet started to get too warm, they cooled down and if they started to get cold, they warmed up. My only issue is that they feel a wee bit short. I wear a 12 and I ordered the 11. It’s only because they are so soft that my toes don't feel cramped.

Excellent - The boots are great! I normally wear a size 8 and had to get a size 7. This is the way most Uggs I have bought seem to be, so be aware. The service with Zappos is the best anywhere! I have ordered 4-5 items in the past few months and have received all items in 2-3 days. Thanks for the great service. I will continue shopping with you!!!

Perfect boot - I LOVE my boots. These are perfect and just what I wanted. They are so comfortable and were just as described. They are so warm I am going to buy a second pair to wear in the house all winter. I can't wait for more cold weather to really get to wear them!

Yay shoes! I really love my Uggs! They fit perfectly and are soooo comfy. I wear em all the time. I wear a 10 but bought a 9 and they fit amazingly.

I'm in love - I finally broke down and got my first pair of Uggs. I swore up and down that I would never wear them because I thought they were hideous looking. I tried on a friend’s pair to see what the hype was all about and fell in love. They are so warm and cozy. I still don’t wear them out in public, but they are great for walking the dog at night in the cold! They do run a full size to 2 sizes large. I usually wear a 7.5-8 in shoes and had to get a size 6.

I love this boot. Zappos was great, I got the boots faster than they said. I wear a 7 ½ and got a 7, and they fit great. Very warm.

Comfort! Comfort! Comfort! This is my second pair of Uggs that I ordered in 2 weeks. I got the brown and LOVED them so much that I had to get them in black! They are the most warm, comfortable boots EVER!!! Order one size down from your normal shoe size and you will have a perfect fit! Also, don't wear socks and your feet will be warm and toasty! These are a MUST have!

Most comfortable boots you will buy - I have been buying Ugg boots for my daughter for several years now, and believe me, she will not wear any other boot. The Uggs are the most comfortable, warm and good looking boot we have bought. They actually fit her calf, which as you probably know is most difficult with other boots, they are either too large, too tight, or just don't look right. We will always buy Ugg, not anything else. You should really try a pair. You will not be sorry.

Improved my Whole Day! I commute 2 1/2 hours a day each way from home to work. I wait on freezing windy train platforms and walk long city blocks to work. My Uggs are deliciously comfortable and warm. The second I put them on I am smiling. I recommend these to everyone!

Comfortable! The Ugg Classic Short feels like you are wearing slippers. They are so warm and comfortable. The only reason I gave 4 stars not 5 for the look is because they are a bit bulky and not the most attractive looking shoe but it is worth it for those cold fall/winter days.

Worth the Money! I usually wear a 7.5 to an 8 and I ordered a size 7 as suggested by Zappos. They fit perfect! My sister has a few pairs of these Uggs and also recommended that I order a size down because the fur lining will squish after worn for a while, which will allow for a little more wiggle room. I am very happy with the boots themselves but EVEN HAPPIER with the service from Zappos! The fastest delivery every! I ordered on a Tuesday and received the boots on Wednesday! I will definitely order from this site again and tell all my friends to do the same!
