Warm and cozy - These are perfect for keeping my feet warm. They are very soft and I can wear them all day without my feet hurting which is important to me. They look pretty nice as well. I love them. They are worth every penny.

Why Did I Wait So Long To Buy These? My UGGs are fantastic! I can't believe how comfortable they are! They come with tips on how to keep them lasting forever and how NOT to wear socks or stockings. I recommend them to everyone! Alas, I have to give a shout-out to Zappos. My UGGs came in 2 days, right on my birthday! Thanks Zappos.

Most Comfortable Book Ever - These have to be the most comfortable boots that I have ever worn. They’re so warm and plush. I love them, and they are worth every penny. I didn't order a size down and my boots are absolutely perfect. They haven't stretched out and they look so great with my skinny jeans and short skirts.

The best thing ever! I've been wanting to buy a pair of UGGs for a while. So when I decided to buy them, I just came to Zappos. I got the black short UGGs and they’re just so perfect. They’r very comfortable and keep my feet cozy. I'm always cold, so UGGs are the perfect solution for me. They arrived the next day, thanks to Zappos, and I've been wearing them ever since. I’ve been shopping from Zappos for 3 years and since then I haven't bought a pair of shoes from a retail store. Why bother when there is Zappos!?

Absolutely the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned - I wonder how I went so long without a pair of these? Now I'll probably be buried in them. =) The best way to wear them is sockless; the wool just wraps around your feet. I wear them all day at home, or just out on casual errands. My feet have never been so continuously pampered.

Uggs Classic Short - I love my new Ugg boots. I wear them so much. They’re cute with so many different things, especially just a pair of jeans. I'm so glad I purchased them! Also, Zappos has excellent customer service and are very pleasant to do business with.

Loves it! I bought these fully expecting to hate them and return them. Turns out I was totally wrong. They're super cushy and warm. The best part is that you can walk around in them all day, with or without socks, and your feet don't really sweat. I totally love them! Highly recommend them!

Great boots! I told myself I would not buy into the whole Ugg boot phase but as a pregnant woman looking for the ideal comfortable shoe (or boot), I decided to give them a try. These boots are extremely comfortable and based on the advice of other reviewers I bought a size smaller than I would usually wear and the shoes fit perfectly. I would recommend these boots to anyone looking for an extremely comfortable (and warm) shoe.

Christmas came early! I ordered my uggs and they were in stock in my size which is usually hard to find. I placed the order late on thanksgiving night and there was a knock at the door early friday morning! I was shocked and pleasantly surprised. They were exactly what I ordered and at my doorstep 12 hours later.

Wish I had a pair in every color! Without question, these are the most comfortable boots/shoes I have ever had. The delivery from Zappos was quicker than promised--wonderful! I bought one size smaller than usual and they fit perfectly.

Ugg Classic Short - I love my Uggs and I want another pair. I wear them to work and out at the stable. This is the first time my feet did not freeze standing with the farrier! I usually am a US shoe 7.5 but I wear a size 6 in the Uggs. I have the chestnut color and they are light in color not deep.

Awesome - I love the uggs...this is now my third pair..they are the most comfortable boot...it's like wearing slippers..Not very supportive though

Ugg's Classic Short - There is no arch support, no comfortable sole cushion. However, they do keep your feet warm and are great to wear around the house. I don't like walking distances in them due to no support in sole.

Awesome service and product!! I'm new to Zappos, but I already feel like a longtime loyal customer from the way they handled my order!! I just expected standard delivery, but I received my order the very next day!! I was VERY IMPRESSED!! Unfortunately, the size I order did not fit me. I normally wear a 7 and 1/2 shoe and in the product details, it said that if you wear a half size, you should order DOWN for the correct size since they are whole sizes only. I did that, but the boot was too short. I called Zappos right away to order a new pair in size 8. They explained how to return the boots and said they would transfer the charge to the new order. Very easy and the person I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I also received the new boots right away with no charge to me and they fit. I LOVE THEM!! Zappos is my new best friend in the shopping world!! Thanks so much. Ingrid

Uggs are the Best!! I wear a 6 1/2 and ordered a 6 and they are perfect. I had a pair of the taller Uggs so I got the shorter ones and I wear them all the time. Just slip your foot in (no socks necessary) and you will comfortable and cozy and stylish. Great for the cold weather and if you are into comfort, Uggs are a great investment.

Ugg Classic Short boot - I love my Uggs! I wear them at work, around the house, to hockey games, I wear them every where. The first time I wore them I wore socks with them and that was a mistake. I was so warm, I thought I had a fever. The next time I wore them I went barefoot and I was extremely comfortable. I haven't worn socks since. I usually wear a size 7 1/2 - 8 and I bought a 7. I find them the perfect size.

Keeps your Toes WARM =) My feet are unusually cold during the winter and they always take awhile to warm up. But after putting on these when I received them, they are no longer cold! It's very comfortable and snugs up very well. Just remember to order a size down. I'm normally a size 7 but I listened to everyone's warning so I ordered a size 6 and it was a perfect fit. They may not be the most stylish, but I like to think of it as teddy bear feet (the stuff animal of course). =)

Love these boots! I recently purchased 2 pairs of these boots for my twin granddaughters (17 years old). They've loved them from the moment they got them, and have worn them everywhere they've gone for the last 3 weeks! My daughter said she's going to get them each another pair for Christmas in different colors!

Don’t say ugg to UGGs - I was never a big fan of UGG's. But all my friends have them and talked me into getting a pair. It gets pretty cold where I go to school, so having a pair of UGGs just seems right. Mine are super comfortable and just the right size (a half size smaller than what I really am). I'm glad I took the plunge and got a pair, because now I'm hooked and my feet will be warm this winter.

Great color - I bought the Ugg classic short in grey, and it’s the perfect color. As usual with uggs, I ordered down a full size and they fit great. I have a few pairs and wear them everywhere. I tried buying a cheaper brand of sheepskin boots a few years ago- and never again...Huge difference.

Complete Spa for your Feet - I have thought about purchasing Ugg boots for a few years, but never did. WOW - what took me so long? These boots are the most comfortable footwear I have ever worn. Customer service at Zappos was extremely helpful explaining the sizing so they fit as I had to order a full size smaller than I usually wear. I wear them barefoot, as suggested, and can't believe how wonderfully luxurious they feel. I am a teacher and on my feet all day and these boots really cushion and pamper my feet. Thanks Zappos - not only are they great looking, but most comfortable - you even upgraded my already free shipping - received them in PA in 2 days :) Zappos is the best - will be back!

Best boot - These are the most comfortable boots ever! I love them so much I wear them in the house - better than slippers. I hated to spend that much on a pair a boots but definitely worth it. Highly recommended.

Like wearing slippers in public!!!! I know people say UGGs are UGLY, but let me tell you if you want warmth and comfort, these are for you. And the best part, in 30 degree weather, you can wear them with no socks, just slide right in and be toasty warm all day. I absolutely love my UGGS and you will too.

Uggs last - I bought my first and only pair of Uggs about 4 years ago and I still wear them. The insoles are worn but all I need to do is buy new ones. I wear them in the snow, when it’s cold, when it’s raining. They really are a great shoe. I just bought a black pair and am very happy with them!
