Ugg classic short - I love Zappos! Great boot, comfortable, warm and good looking for every day. Size down from your original size and they will fit great.

Really happy college student - I ordered a pair of Uggs for my college age daughter last Christmas, as EVERYONE was wearing them. I was very pleased with my order then and have now returned for a different pair that EVERYONE is wearing! The boots were delivered the very next day and are perfect. We will continue to do business with this great company. We also bought a pair of Sperry Top-siders and are just as happy with them. Great customer service.

Fabulous shoe, Free overnight delivery. I selected standard delivery, and the shoes arrived overnight. This was my first Zappos.com purchase, and definitely won't be my list. This is my first pair, and I realize that the hype is completely true. They are the most comfortable boots ever. I wear them nonstop. The shoes run big. I'm between a 6.5-7, and ordered a 6. At first, they fit perfect, but now there's a little too much room. I tried on a 5 at a store, and they seemed too tight, but with some wear, they'd probably fit perfect. BUY A SIZE SMALLER THAN WHAT YOU USUALLY WEAR.

Love 'em - I ordered these for my daughter and she loves them! The short boot is warm and stylish and this chestnut color goes with everything. I think they run a bit big. Most of her shoes are 7 1/2, but these are size 7 and they are perfect.

Love the Uggs! This is my second pair...I bought the Charcoal Metallic Tall boots earlier in the season and loved them so much I decided to get a pair in brown and thought I'd go with the short this time around. These are just as great as the others and I recommend them for comfort and warmth to everyone I know! Not the cutest things, but cold Kansas winters require a warm shoe and a 4-inch heel isn't going to cut it!

Would buy the regular height next time, but great otherwise! Now I just want them in black. Most comforting thing ever to slip on. Before I can buy black for me, I have to buy my husband some house-shoe slip-ons! Do buy smaller than your normal size, as they should be snug.

Wonderful...Service - The service was great...I thought that due to the holidays my order would be delayed...I ordered it on Mon and received it on Wed. And I was truly surprised...The boots are great, comfortable and warm...I would definitely use Zappos again.

Boot-iful Boot! This is a great shoe! I got the leopard print and absolutely love it! I get compliments all the time! This is all I ever want to wear! They are cute, comfy, and are just totally suite!

Ugg short - It was awesome...I love my Ugg's. The best part was I order them after supper and they were at my door by supper time the next day! I was so happy I went back and ordered a pair for my sister for Christmas. Tip: by 1 size smaller.

The greatest boot I have ever had on my feet!!!! I put them on in the morning and don't take them off until evening. Do not wear socks, or you will miss the whole experience. I now own the chocolate, black and buckskin. I do normally wear a 7, so I started with that size and had to send them back and order a 6, they are perfection. I wholeheartedly recommend them. An O

Uggs - Bought a whole size smaller, as was advised, but didn't like the way they looked or felt...my toes were right up to the top of the boot...going to give the small ones as a Christmas gift...bought another pair in my true size & love them...very toasty!

A welcomed treat after a long day at work - My Ugg boots are the first thing I put on when I come home from work. All my troubles melt away when I put on these boots. I have 2 pair - the first pair I purchased was a full size too big and my mother now wears them - all the time! I ordered a second pair, a full size smaller than normal, and they fit perfectly.

Great Customer Service! These boots are not that flattering, but they are the most comfortable and warm shoes for everyday winter wear. You do have to order a size down. I wear an 8 and ordered a 7, so they fit perfectly. This is the second pair of shoes I have ordered from Zappos, and I am telling all my friends about their wonderful customer service and very fast shipping. I always spent time going from store to store, comparing prices, but now I just try on the shoes in the store and order from Zappos. Good customer service is very hard to find these days, so I want to support a company that truly values the consumer.

Comfy - I thought Uggs were aptly named--ugly boots. At 46 yrs old, I don't need to wear trendy junior shoes. Once I put my feet into my daughter's boots, however, I quickly changed my mind and ordered a short pair for me. Soft, toasty warm and now I think they look cute with jeans or corduroys. I wear a 7, ordered a 6 and they have a roomy fit.

The original! I already own 2 pairs of Uggs and my daughter had a pair from last year, she outgrew them/she needed a new pair this year. I thought about buying a pair of Emu's or another similar looking Ugg boot that was cheaper (since every penny counts these days). The other brands really are inferior. Other brands - inside was "scratchy", not soft and fluffy. Other brands - the bottom of the shoe didn't look as Saturday as Uggs, or look like it would be as comfortable to wear for long periods. And, they other company's shoes were not that much cheaper anyway. For the money, in the end I am glad that I bought another pair of Uggs. Make sure that you buy a size down from what you normally wear.

Bought a pair for myself and my sister - I loved these boots so much I actually bought a pair for my sister. My sister I both like shoes that are easy on and off. Once I purchased a pair for myself I fell in love with them and knew she would too! She has never even heard of Uggs before and when she got them she was like where did you get these - they are the most awesome boots ever! So now she is addicted to Uggs too!

Great boots and service! My daughter absolutely loves it! She says these are the most comfortable boots she'd ever had. They look fine (maybe a little wide) but I wish they had dressier look. She normally wears size 7.5, I bought size 7 and it fit perfectly. She claims that her feet don't get sweaty in them though she wears them to school. The quality is really good, I checked many other boots before buying these ones - the price is worth it. Thanks to ZAPPOS - their service was great!

Love these boots - I love these boots they feel like slippers I keep them on all day and when needed just walk out in the snow and they are nice and warm. I have read many times that they run large I did not find this to be true I normally wear an 8.5 and wear a 9 Ugg and it fits me perfect.

The 5 stars - I absolutely love the boot. They are so comfortable when walking. I forgot for a second and thought I had left my slippers on. The look of the boot no matter the color is very attractive. They look very neat with even dungarees. I especially love the service that Zappos offers. They are courteous and very punctual. I placed an order and received it in no time. I one time had to return a pair of boots because they were too narrow and it was performed with no amount of pressure, or anything negative. I would recommend Zappos to everyone. Top notch service all the way. So my title is 5 stars for the look of the boot, and 5 stars for the service Zappos offers. Thanks for making my shopping experience a memorable one.

Love these boots! I ordered a pair of these about a year ago... recently I tripped in them and tore a hole in one of the boots. I ordered a new pair to replace them and absolutely love my new boots!! So warm and comfy :)

Very comfortable - I never thought I would buy these. I have the bearpaw short ones that go to your ankle and I like them but these are waaaaay warmer. I find that my socks slip down in these plus my feet get too warm in them so I wear them without socks and I live in Minnesota! They are very comfortable and warm. I normally wear and 9 in a boot and I have wide feet and I purchased a size 8 due to the recommendation and they fit perfectly.

Best Boots EVAH! I got these boots as a "self picked" Birthday present from my hubby and I have worn them EVERY DAY since they arrived! They are fabulously comfortable and well made. I ordered the 10 (I'm a ladies 10.5) and they are a touch large so I have to wear sock with them. Thanks for the great boots! I'd rather my shoe be a little big than too small...I didn't try the size 9 to see if they would have been better. I have now decided to buy the cardigan style pair with birthday money I received. It's an Ugg birthday for me!

One of the best inventions - I've been debating for years now about getting uggs. I was nervous that if they got wet I'd ruin them; I also thought they didn't have any support. When I slipped them on for the first time I didn't want to take them off. I bought the ugg spray which did make the chestnut color turn a little darker but hopefully it will protect from water. You can wear socks with it or not. My feet do not sweat so I opt to not wear socks. Make sure you order a size down. I normally wear a woman’s 12 so I was really excited that I could fit the woman’s 11.

Gotta love 'em!!!!! - This is going on my 10th yr. of ordering from Zappos. I have close to 20 pairs of Uggs. One could say I am obsessed. I love them and wear them every day. I live in MI, so have to have warm feet. Have ordered another black pair and chocolate. Next will be the camo. Believe me, you can't go wrong. I have sent many customers to Zappos for UGGs. Very comfortable. My second pair of Ugg Classic Short. I ordered my shoe size - size 8 - they were a little big, but if you like to wear socks with them like me, then they are the perfect size.
