UGG classic short boot. I purchased these boots as a Christmas gift for my daughter and she was thrilled! She wore them from the time she woke up to the time she went to bed. She said they were warm and comfortable and was very happy with the boots overall. I have to say that the service I received from Zappos.com was fantastic! The site advised to purchase one size smaller than usual shoe size which I did and the fit was perfect. I am very happy with this purchase and will definitely use your website again.

I love these boots! They are so comfortable. When it is cold out, my feet are warm, when it is mild out, my feet are not sweating. I have very wide feet, and they fit me great. I normally wear a 7, but I wear a 6 in Uggs. They may feel a little snug when you first wear them, but the fur will mat down a little, and mold to your feet. Zappos is great - shipping was very quick!

My little girl’s style. I had order these boots for my 11 year old daughter, and she loves them. I ordered them, and to my surprise, I receive them the very next day. I would order from Zappos, again anytime.

Great boot - I live in Florida and bought this boot specifically for travels to NYC and Wisconsin. I must say my feet stayed warm the entire time (and I did a lot of walking outside in NYC in December). In addition, my feet didn't hurt either from all the walking. Great Boot!

Great Boots!!! Love these boots, purchased them for myself after I bought 2 pair for my daughters. Very comfortable. I purchase a size smaller than I normally take and they fit just fine.

The Best Boots! This pair was a gift for a friend however I own like 6 pairs of Uggs, slippers & boots and they are THE BEST BOOTS period! The company stands behind their products too! Order true to size for 1/2 sizes (which I am) size down! Very comfortable!

GREAT PRODUCT!! I gave these boots to my daughter for Christmas. She was surprised and DELIGHTED! She had mentioned many months ago that she thought she would like them. She put them on Christmas morning, and NEVER took them off. She couldn't believe just how comfortable they are. She said they're better than her slippers. Every day since she has worn them - and I am a GREAT Mom in her eyes!!

I love Uggs, this is my third pair; I know for sure it won't be the last!] Knowing my history with Uggs, I actually ordered the shoes two sizes smaller than my regular fit. (Generally I wear an 8 in women, but the size 6 in Uggs fits me perfectly! I know people usually say that you should order a size smaller, but I find it all depends on the person.)

Love the shoe! I absolutely love this shoe. It is so comfortable; I would recommend this shoe to anyone. It is stylish and comfortable, and can be worn with jeans and sweater or with a sweat suit and look good either way!!

Awesome! Based on other customer reviews, I ordered these a size smaller than normal - and they were correct! A size 7 fit a normally size 8 foot. These were my daughter’s favorite holiday gift! DO get protective/waterproofing spray and apply before wearing!

My feet are slightly wide but not wide enough for a wide width. These shoes fit me perfectly. Super comfortable, I can walk all day in them. Good support and hold up well, no visible wear.

Great Footwear - Very warm even without socks. Bought these to wear a hockey games (cold ice rinks) and to walk the dog. Comfy on my feet.

Fast Service... Top Quality Merchandise - I am not one to purchase anything from an online catalog website but Zappos was recommended to me by my sister-in-law. My daughter wanted a pair of "fake" Uggs for Christmas. I was going to go to a local store to get them. But then I decided to browse Zappos.com. I found the Uggs (classic short) that I know she was interested in (color/style) and they were having a great offer. So I went ahead and bought them for her. The shipping was completely free. And the best part of the order was I kid you not, in two days I had the Uggs I ordered. At no extra charge to me Zappos bumped up my shipping order to two days (I was suppose to get them in 7) they sent them to me using their two day rush delivery shipping method. I was so pleasantly surprise! My daughter absolutely loves them and will not take them off her feet. Thank you so much Zappos for offering these boots at such an exceptional value and having them at my door in two days!! I will definitely be ordering from you again and will totally recommend to all my friends and family that Zappos is the BEST way to go... Now that the holiday's are behind us, I am browsing the website every day to see what I can buy for myself. And my husband also has taken notice that the ONLY boots he will wear on his job site (Red Wings) Zappos has in stock. It's a great place to shop!!

These boots are so comfortable!!!! They were pretty true to width... maybe just a bit narrower than perfect, but still really nice. They are warm, have great traction, and I love that there's no fastener to let the wet and cold in!

Loose and Cozy - Very cozy. I wear them indoors, mostly. I have RA and they really help keep my feet and ankles warm and comfy. My feet hurt if I wear them on a long outing, like shopping. I wear more of the surfer collection for long outings with absolute comfort for extended times. Go at least one size larger.

As always Zappos delivers faster than other website I know. I bought a pair of Uggs last year and they are actually a little big. You definitely should order a full size down from your normal shoe size. I wear a 7 1/2 sometimes a 7 but I ordered a 6. They fit perfect! Instead of looking all over for these boots I chose to order them from Zappos. I find the Ugg boots are always sold out everywhere. Once again Zappos delivered my boots overnight. There is nothing I can say bad about Zappos and well... the Uggs speak for themselves. They are like wearing warm slippers all day. Love them!

I love these boots. I was in an accident two years ago and my leg is full of metal. These are the only boots that keep that foot and ankle warm in Michigan winters. A great buy. I try not to take them off.

Leopard Uggs - The shoes look great and are extremely comfortable. One of the more appealing features is that the fur lining extends throughout the whole shoes to the toes. This makes them incredibly warm and no socks are even necessary. They are stylish, fun and useful!

Too cool - I gave these to my daughter, as I have them in blk. She loves them. She worries about keeping them clean, but the water repellant is awesome. I want to order the cleaner. She wanted to wear socks with them, couldn't imagine going without them, but tried them & found out how nice they are. Like walking on fluffy carpet!!! They run somewhat big, at first she thought they were too tight across the top, but after wearing them, found them to be perfect. Usually a 71/2 ordered a 7 and was great.

Very cute and comfortable and have gotten lots of compliments. I've worn them for upwards of 5 hours at a time with no tired feet. Two complaints: 1) the heel is made of plastic so everyone knows you're coming way before you get there, and 2) one of the straps near a buckle disappeared. I'll replace that at a shoe repair shop.

Awesome!! I bought the size 7 for my sister for Christmas; I was worried that the size wouldn't fit. She wears a size 8 normally and reading the size chart I went with the 7. My Wonderful Uggs!! I have always wanted a pair of Ugg boots. I finally got a pair, and they are wonderful!! I wish I had a pair in every color!!! Be sure to order a whole size smaller than you usually wear in other boots, and they will fit perfect.

Delighted - I wanted to buy my daughter a pair of UGGS for Christmas, my girlfriend suggested Zappos. I was amazed how quickly I received them. They were here in 2 days. I am glad about the suggestion to go down a half size for the size and fit are perfect. The boot is beautiful. May I say this will be the start of a beautiful relationship?

Nice boot but watch the sizing - Bought the boots for my wife for Christmas. Very nice boots (our daughter also has a pair), just watch the sizing. They tell you to go down a size, but that didn't work out for us. My wife wears an 8 1/2 shoe and 9 running shoe, so I bought an 8, but it was too small. Otherwise, great boot, and Zappos can't be beat for convenience.
