Absolute must buy!!! These boots are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn!!! I bought some for my daughter, and she made me try them on. I could not believe how good they felt! And ordering from Zappos was amazing. I placed the order in the afternoon, and my boots were here the next morning! Less than 24 hours and the shipping was free!!!

Most comfortable boots ever. I love the fit of these boots; they are so roomy and keep my feet at a comfortable temp, whether the weather is 30 degrees or 80 degrees outside... I recommend that you purchase the water repellent spray as well. I'm glad I did because I had a big splash of water hit my boots and they still look as good as new!

The gift I never knew I wanted - OK so my husband bought me these for Christmas. I never wanted them before because, well, I thought they weren't so cute. But I put these on and have never took them off. They're the most comfortable footwear I've ever had. They're all I've worn on the weekend and after work since. I don't care how they look! I highly recommend them for anyone who's resisted like me.

GREAT BOOT!! These are awesome boots. Took out of box...put on... and instant comfort!! So warm and comfy you never want to take them off!! Zappos shipping is super fast. Easier and more fun than going to the mall when it’s cold, and fighting the crowds!! I wear a 7 in like Skechers etc. but ordered a 6 in these, and perfect fit!!

Uggs - Incredible service. The first pair we ordered was an incorrect size. It was a Christmas gift, and when I called re. the return on Christmas day they couldn't have been more helpful. They instantly issued a free shipping return label and sent the correct size in 1-day mail. Thanks again!

Ugg Classic Short - Both my sister and I purchased these boots. Both were ordered in our regular size and both fit perfectly. Although I live in Florida, I still find with the extreme comfort of these boots, I love wearing them - while traveling and during our cold (for us) mornings. Shipping was perfect! Thank you.

Warm as toast - Great boot. Very comfortable even without much arch support. Of course warm and easy to walk in in the snow and ice. Like it with or without socks.

Great Christmas gift! The boots are soft, warm, and easy to wear for several hours at a time. They feel like you are wearing slippers.

You’re the greatest - I was so impressed with all the people I ordered with at Zappos. My boots were ordered around Christmas and I was told that I would get them within three to four days and they arrived the very next day. Ugg Classic Short--grey - I've ordered numerous Ugg's from Zappos for myself and my daughters who attend college. I recommend ordering your usual size. We've never had to return anything. Zappos delivery service is great--we receive our order the next day!!

Bought for daughter for x-mas - She loves them seems like she never takes them off. Get a size smaller than you normally wear. Shipping was overnight this is the 2nd pair I bought, GREAT SERVICE!

I ordered Ugg boots on 12/23 and was hesitant that they would arrive on time for Christmas Eve-but sure enough, just as promised they arrived on 12/24 with FREE overnight shipping!! Love my Ugg Classic Shorts! I have heard so much about Uggs and now I know why everyone raves about them! This boot is so warm and comfortable. I wear an 8 1/2 but bought the 7. They fit great. I teach, and I wear them all day. Love 'em!!

Love them! LOVE these boots - wasn't a fan at first b/c they are ugly, but they are so comfortable and definitely worth the money! I am usually a 9, I bought an 8, and they fit perfectly!
