I ordered gray and I love the color. They are very comfy as well. If you buy UGG's, they run big so buy a size smaller.

Love these boots - for style, comfort and overall look cannot be beat - I have very wide feet and find it extremely difficult to find shoes that fit and are comfortable - the Uggs feel like slippers!! Have bought them in black, grey and sand and thanks to Zappos have had them delivered the next morning after placing the order - thank you Zappos for your service and the Uggs are great!! Highly recommend them to anyone!!! Just follow Zappos advice and order 1 size down as they run big - I usually wear a 7 and size 6 fit perfectly.

Black Classic Short -
My experience with Zappos was an excellent one. The customer service there is superb. Each time that I have ordered with Zappos, I received my merchandise the very next day. The quality of the boots are perfect. However, I must mention that when I wore my Black Ugg boot for the first time, I did not wear socks. Unfortunately, the dye had transferred to my feet. So... ladies when wearing the Black Ugg for the first time please wear a pair of socks. Overall, I love this boot, it looks very conservative. It is so comfortable I hardly ever want to take them off.

Set for next winter -
I have only worn my Uggs around the house so far. I bought them now to have for next winter because I had a hard time finding a size 7 this year. They feel great on and are nice and warm which was my main reason for getting them. My feet are always cold. Hope you have more replacement innersoles next year so I can purchase an extra pair just to have. I ordered them on a Sunday evening around 8 o'clock and they arrived on Monday afternoon. Zappos you are great!

Love these Uggs!
I absolutely love these boots. I have never had actual Ugg brand boots - have always had emu's or knock off brands. Wow what a difference the real thing is. They fit perfect. I love the color! The second time I wore them it was pouring rain and I stepped in a big puddle of water. You can't even tell - they still look brand new. My feet stay at perfect temperature in them always. I will definitely buy more Uggs it is worth the price and Zappos always has a good sale on them

Since this style was out of stock for quite some time, I reluctantly tried numerous other UGG styles, but none of them were as comfortable as these. I LOVE these UGG's. They keep my feet snuggly warm. They're the perfect shoe for a casual style in cooler weather. I also have to commend Zappos.com for being so easy about the returning process on all those others that I tried. Thanks Zappos.com!!

I love these shoes. I wear mine indoors only as slippers and they always keep my feet the perfect temperature. They are lightweight, yet provide a nice amount of support. They are super comfortable and really comforting. I have a pair of Uggs Brooks in leather that I wear every day to work because they’re waterproof. I get tons of compliments on those. My coworker who wears these Uggs to work said that when she gets home at the end of the day, she doesn’t want to take them off. I don’t know how much bigger of an endorsement you can get. I recommend these, but not for outdoors if you live where it rains or snows as they are not meant for wet weather. They were true to size for me, I ordered the same size I wear in every other shoe and they fit perfectly.

I only wear slip on shoes like Clarks, but I wanted boots so I bought these UGGS. I broke my left foot the same night I ordered them and I am really glad I did not cancel the order. My left foot is so cold, due to reduced circulation I guess. After two weeks, I decided to try to slip my foot into my boots. That felt great, my foot was actually warm for once. I still can't put weight on my foot, but I can at least put my UGGS on for warmth. This is my second pair I bought in less than a month! Not cheap, but well worth the price.

I am so glad that I bought my Uggs. I find myself wearing them all the time now. I even find my 6 year old son walking around in them. The only other thing I would say is, they run big I wear a size 6, but ordered a size 5 and they fit perfectly.

Love these boots! I have 2 pair of cowboy boots already, Justin and Dan Post. The Justin's are very nice, but neither holds a chance next to these. They are beautiful!!! Love the color variation throughout the boot. They are very authentic looking. Worth the money. VERY COMFORTABLE. Anyone buying a boot needs to understand that there is slip in the heel and the front of the foot area needs to fit snug. I don't think I will ever wear my other 2 pair of boots ever again. I also have large calves and have trouble finding boots that work, these fit and fit well. I can't wait to wear them!

I just rec'd my MBT Staka shoes. I ordered a half size larger than I usually wear, and they are a perfect fit. My foot is thin, so wide feet will need to order at least a whole size larger. They are GREAT. My first pair were the Chaka, and I love them both, have arthritis, and this REALLY helps me stand on my feet all day at work. Great shoe. Great Zappos.

I originally bought the classic boot and decided I wanted the shorter boot. I looked online to see if prices were similar to the store and found them on Zappos. I normally wear a size 7 and read that UGGs should fit snug and they suggest ordering a size down. I tried both a 6 and a 7 boot and kept the size 6. Ordered them that evening and received them just a few days later! I will definitely order from Zappos again!!!!!!

OMG these shoes are AMAZING! I used to live in the Tory Burch flats and they would tear up the bottom of my feet. I've always wanted a pair of Uggs since I laid eyes on them 2 or 3 years ago... and when I finally got a pair, they were worth the wait! VERY comfy - I hate to take them off! Will be gaining another pair of Uggs soon... the slippers! Zappos tells you that they run large, and they do - so my normal 7.5 foot fit easily into the size 7 Uggs. The *only* change I would make would be a little more arch support - but other than that - I love 'em.

I LUV THESE BOOTS!
I bought these boots to use indoors as winter slippers. We have wood floors and live in Wisconsin. This winter has been fiercely cold and these boots have kept my bare feet toasty warm every single day since I bought them. I honestly look forward to getting into them as soon as I get home. I bought one size down and in bare feet they fit perfectly. I have a co-worker who wears her pair all day at work. I will probably buy another pair in a different color for work. I also have another style of Ugg boots that are waterproof and taller. They have been perfect in the single degree weather commute to work. Zappos service has been fast and reliable.

This is my second pair of Ugg classic short--the first pair lasted 5 years and the comfort of these boots make the overall look acceptable--while not the most fashionable footwear if you live in the Midwest it is a no brainer to sacrifice looks for warmth and comfort.
