This was my second purchase from Zappos.com and it was equally as easy as the first one. Merchandise is always of great quality and the shipping time is fast. Love the fact that I can ship back returns for free, although I have not had to yet!

I ordered the Ugg boots for my granddaughter\'s birthday gift. I wasn\'t sure they would arrive in time and I was prepared to wrap a picture of them and tell her they were coming but they arrived in perfect condition 2 days before her birthday! She loves them and was wearing them immediately. Unexpected service from Zappos and great merchandise. A great place to do business.

I originally bought these boots 1 size smaller as per the previous reviews. I found them to run true to size and needed to exchange for my actual size. Love the boots. Must comment on the customer service from Zappos. There is no better customer service department than the one at Zappos. I have bought several pairs of shoes and boots from them and have had only this problem with the size. Exchanged in less than 5 days with no hassle. Keep up the great work.

These shoes rock. After 3 northern winters, I reluctantly jumped on the Uggs bandwagon, and no regrets! These shoes are like warm fluffy pillows on my feet. A silver lining on a gross cold day. I still don't understand their appeal to people in warmer climates (or paired with cold little skirts), but up here in the freezing weather, I'm in love.

Okay, for those of you who can't get the right Ugg fit, and your heel still slips up in the back a lot, get the youth children's size. They fit me perfectly, and are exactly the same. Now I can finally have the snug fit I've been searching for for 2 years! I wear a womens 7, and fit perfectly in a 4 and a 5. The 5 was slightly still too loose, so I got the 4.

Amazing. This is the best customer service that I have ever experienced. I ordered these Uggs and a Marc Jacobs bag. They both arrived in an extraordinary short time, and the name brands they carry are great.

Love the Uggs. They keep me warm in the cold Indiana winter! They run about a half size to a full size bigger than most shoes, so be sure to order a little smaller than you think.

Love using Zappos for shoe orders; they are shipped and received the very next day! Other reviews are true to order a size smaller; I wear a 7.5 and ordered a 6 and they are perfect, plus they will stretch as I have learned from another pair. These boots keep the tootsies warm in the winter months, but not hot!

I really love my Ugg Classic Short Boots! It took me a couple of years to give into them because of the price, but when my daughters raved about how comfortable they were I decided my feet deserved them, too. I bought the new gray color in a size 7 (I'm a 7.5) and get compliments almost daily. It's a nice medium gray, blends with everything. I was concerned that the gray lining would bleed onto my feet as the black ones can do, but to my surprise, it didn't. The short boot is the best choice because you can wear your pants tucked in or out without the restriction of a tall boot. Your feet with love them!

Love the chestnut color of these Uggs. The sheepskin feels awesome on tired feet. The website works well. I was bummed that it took 7 days to receive my boots. I realize that it was free shipping, but after seeing many reviews where they stated that they received their shoes "the next day," I was expecting a quicker delivery.

Just received my Uggs yesterday and absolutely love them! They are so comfy and lightweight. I followed the advice of several other reviewers and ordered down one size. I normally wear size 8 1/2-9 and purchased an 8. The fit is perfect. Zappos is the best. Wonderful service and lightning fast shipping!

Wow! One word: Wow! I love Uggs. They are the most comfortable boot ever. I do recommend that you buy them a whole size smaller then your normal shoe. It's the best way to go.

Thrilled! Searched retail stores in my area for weeks looking for the only thing my teenaged daughter asked for on her birthday with no luck; either the size was sold out, the style, or the color. A friend suggested I log on to Zappos, and there were 'the boots'. In stock. Ready to be shipped. Against my first instinct, I ordered her one full size smaller than what she usually wears (based on the reviews printed on the site). Bam! Five days later, the box was at my door, and the fit was perfect!

Very comfortable; not good for wet or muddy conditions, but a great casual boot. Zappos gets a 10 for customer service and shipping; the boots showed up a day earlier than promised!

In a word, fabulous! I was new to Zappos.com, and I was not entering my gift card correctly so I called customer service. The man who helped me got everything right, the first time with no hassles or problems. My experience on the phone could not have gone any better, and my boots arrived just when promised! And by the way, I love my new boots!

This was the second pair of Uggs I ordered from Zappos and was a gift. The first was for myself. I will be ordering 2 more pair from Zappos, one for myself and another for a gift. Uggs are excellent boots. They do run large and suggest that you order a size down. Also, I love ordering from Zappos. Free shipping both ways and items are sent out promptly.

I absolutely love these! They are 1 size smaller than my shoe size and fit perfectly! So comfortable, too. I am very happy!

OH soooo comfy!! Uggs are the most comfortable boots ever. It is true to order a size smaller than you usually wear. The first time I ordered a pair of UGG boots I ordered my usual size 8. When I got them I thought well these fit fine however, after about a week of wearing them they were huge. I order a new pair of uggs every year and the next time I got a 7. They feel snug at first but stretch out nicely almost like forming to your foot. You will be happier if you size down. I learned the hard way. I got the chocolate color and they are beautiful. Sit back relax and enjoy your uggs!!

I was so happy when I got my boots in the mail, and it is true that you should order a size smaller than your feet because they are very roomy. I have a wide foot and the medium width fits perfect. Only thing I recommend is that you get a spray for the shoes for when the snow comes and they won\'t get stained. I ordered the black ones and I want the chestnut colored ones now. :)

Bought these for our daughter (almost 15) as an "early" Christmas gift. She has an extra-wide foot and these easily accommodate her needs. (So they're definitely wider than the average "medium" width.) So cushy and soft inside! Loved them so much, I bought a pair of Uggs for myself! Warning: If you want them for Christmas, order early! We lost out last year because we waited too long!

Love 'em. Not my first pair, definitely not my last. If you've never had a pair, they are well worth the splurge, cannot be recreated by a cheaper store version. If you buy one fall boot to wear for comfort and weekend tasks, this is your go to shoe.

Perfect. I am normally a size 10 and ordered a size 9 and they fit perfectly. No complaints on the classic Ugg boot. I liked them so much I ordered the exact same pair for my sister in VT who also loves them. Brown is the new black! Thanks Zappos for the upgrade; it always brings me back!
