While many people claim to have good service Zappos.com just does it right. I purchased a pair of shoes for a TV appearance I had and I made a mistake and bought the wrong size. It was my mistake. When I called them they were so helpful. They sent out the next pair that day and I received it two days later and sent a return tag to send the wrong pair back at no cost to me. To me this is good ole American customer service. I will shop with them whenever possible.

These are wonderful shoes. Fit great and are easy to maintain. Perfect for business casual.

Yes! I have just received my pair of these shoes. All I can say about them is that they are great. I'm a big man with a 4E wide foot and can't hardly find good fitting footwear. This shoe fit perfect and is very comfortable to wear. My thanks to Rockport and Zappos for supplying a very quality and easy to wear shoe, out of the box.

Really nice shoes, you will be happy with them. I was especially since they come in 4E for me!

Finally a comfortable dress shoe. I can wear these all day with no problems whatsoever. I'm a big guy so I need comfortable shoes when I'm going to be on my feet all day. I gave away my Johnston and Murphy shoes after getting these because they're so much more comfortable. Build quality is nice, materials are good, they hold their shape and original shine like a champ. I'll be looking for another pair of slightly more "casual" dress shoes, perhaps slip ons of similar make and materials soon.

I have been a fan of many Rockport dress shoes for years and these are one of my favorite. They are extremely comfortable for a long day in the office. They last forever and keep a good shine without a lot of polishing. This style seems to run a little larger than my other Rockports, but I typically add a DR Scholls insert anyway.

Love the shoe. I have been wearing Rockports for years as an everyday shoe, and this new pair is just as comfortable as the pair I recently retired.

Standing all day at work these shoes do the job and then sum. They are water proff. So it comes in handy in the rain, keeping your feet dry. Good for those who need strong shoe support. Nice choice if you work on your feet.

My husband has very narrow feet and these shoes fit beautifully. Plus Zappos sent them out immediately so he had them to wear within a few days. Great!

I've been buying my dress shoes on Zappos for three years now and I can't say how easy it is to do. I've never had a problem with a return, and they are always on time with deliveries. It sure beats going to the mall.

Got these and really like them. They are sized as they say and very comfortable. The only complaint I have is the tongue comes up just a bit too high, but once they were broken in they're fine.

I have been wearing Rockport shoes for many years and they are fantastic for my "duck" feet (short and wide). I purchased a pair of these shoes last year and wore them virtually every day. I chose to buy another pair this year as a Christmas gift to myself. Since they are water resistant, they tend to trap the heat generated by my feet. It is not all that bad and that is the only "negative".

Awesome service from Zappos ordered my shoes at 6:30 PM and they were on my door step when I got home the next day! Shoes are great met all my expectations just like most Rockport items.

I'm a big man with a big foundation. Attractive, comfortable, true to size. The price was, as always, fair and reasonable. The waterproofing is a great feature in snow and rain.

These shoes are strictly for inclement weather, snow or rain. The water proofing makes them HOT! Otherwise, the fit is comfortable and true to size.

I bought these shoes in burgundy last year for my husband who wears a narrow shoe. He said they were comfortable from the moment he put them on. Came back for the black ones. No need to reinvent when they are perfect.

This is a great shoe. With the finish they have, the shoes always have a great shine. I have a narrow foot so I ordered the 'B' width and they fit perfect. As always Zappos's service was fantastic!

These shoes were exactly what I was looking for. They are made in all widths which is what I needed. Very comfortable.

These are a very comfortable shoe. I wore them on a day I had to stay on my feet for 14 hours. I weigh 360 pounds, and had no issues having these on all day.

Pros: Extremely, mind blowingly, comfortable! (They feel like sneakers, but look like business casual/dress shoes!) Waterproof, so go dance in the rain. Not as stuffy as I thought, my feet can breathe and don't get hot/sweaty. You don't have to really break them in...one day of wearing them and they feel like a good pair of shoes. They are comfortable as hell (it needs to be said twice). Cons: the only con is that they will form creases in the leather as you wear them. This is pretty much any shoe you buy, but I'll list it as a con because it makes you start thinking you'll have to buy a new pair to keep 'em pretty. Summary: If you need a modern looking, sleek, not too bulky, extremely comfortable dress shoe for a suit or for your business casual look at work, buy these...or be like me and buy 2 (one in brown). You will not regret it.
