I have another pair of same brand and it shows 9 D as my size. This new pair shoes 8.5 D and it fits fine. The original shipment was for a 9D and it was too big ( returned).

Originally ordered a size 9 W. Needed a size 9.5 W. Fits great. Very nice looking shoe.

I've worn these for 20years always order just "wide". For first time ever had to return and reorder thee "EEE". The return and reorder was perfectly smooth. The "EEE"came out perfect. I hink they have a new manufacturer but they do feel quite well. The soul of the shoe doesn't look the same but everything else look fine. I'll have to find out how the wear is.

Cole Haan has GREAT shoes. Zappos is the best place to shop, customer service is OFF THE CHARTS GREAT!!

Bought these for my husband. He needed a pair to wear with a suit for a formal night on a cruise, and the similar shoes he kept from his work wardrobe are no longer comfortable. He's never bought shoes online before, but we were getting down to the wire, so I tried Zappos and found these. He has a wide foot and a high instep, so has some issues buying dress shoes. He was pleased to see that these came in a 3E width, and had a lower-cut vamp than most of the shoes he looked at in stores and online. He says they were a little uncomfortable at first wearing (on Xmas Eve at a family gathering) but he was standing around a lot in them on hard floors. He'll wear them around the house a couple more times before we pack later this week, and I'm sure they'll be fine. They look very nice, seem to be well-made, and for as seldom as he wears dress shoes anymore (retired), they'll last a long time.

I ordered a 10M and 10.5M for my 20-year-old son. The 10.5 was too long and the 10 too narrow so I ordered the 10 W and they were perfect. Thank you Zappos for making my life sooooooo easy. Sometimes I feel like I should call and apologize for sending things back because we are regular customers which means that things don't always work out and returns follow. Today, though, I am relieved to be sending my son back to school with two great pair of Cole Haans that are beautiful and that fit. Love you Zappos!

Cole Hahn has kept its quality over the years and the penny pinch tassel loafer fits the bill. A classic loafer that can be worn in dressy as well as casual situations. Between their tassel and penny loafers this is the 6th Cole Hahn loafer I have purchased over the years,

These are fantastic shoes. They are my go to comfy, neat looking shoe. I bought a pair of Cole-Haan loafers with the fringe on them 14 years ago and this is what I chose to replace them with. They are very similar, I hope these shoes last as long as the others did, I did not wear them everyday as I have a lot of shoes and boots but still 14 years for a pair of shoes is pretty great! They are comfortable and look great with a suit or slacks or jeans with or without socks. I cannot say enough about this shoe. Very true to size, breaks in nicely too

I have worn this style of Cole Haan shoes for so long and was delighted to find them at Zappos at a better price than I have ever paid before.

Love the shoes but I ordered a half size too large and I need to exchange them.

Beautiful shoe, but unfortunately ran about 1/4" too long. Major gap-osis at heel. Needed ASAP for a funeral. Sorry I had to return. Usually Cole Hann runs a bit on the small size, but not this pair. BUT WE LOVE ZAPPOS!

Bought these in December and checked the order history. Did not realize I bought an 8.5 being that I wear 9. They definitely run a half size smaller but I couldn't tell. Very comfortable and stylish. Cole Haan makes an excellent shoe.

Caveat emptor! This shoe definitely runs at least a half size small. Wearing them for the first time at Mass this morning helped me to know how Cinderella's stepsisters must have felt trying in vain to wear her slippers and win over the Prince. Very tight.

Really nice and well crafted shoe (from appearance) with a corfam style leather that doesnt require polishing, just wiping down after wear. Unfortunately though, they are too long in length and a half size down isn’t an available in this style.

Not the most comfortable shoe. Fits smaller and narrower. You may need to go to shoemaker and have them stretched like I did.

They are too shiny, they look like patent leather shoes you'd wear to a wedding.
