The size was correct along with the width. I haven't really worn them much yet but what I have they felt very comfortable and didn't bother my feet. I have been looking for this style tassel loafer for awhile and this pair really fits the bill for me.

shoes are great overall. i actually wanted the black 'pinch buckle' loafer, however apparently Cole Haan does not make that style anymore. would like them to revive that style of shoe. i will purchase more thru Zappos-- good price , great service...

a classic at a great price. compare this price to Allen Edmonds or Brooks Brothers. I was staggered I could buy these shoes at this price.

Fourth or maybe fifth pair of these I have owned... Love them (obviously!..!) Great quality...! Second time I ordered through Zappo's... Phenomenal Customer Service as always... Unfortunately, these shoes run "extremely" small... at least a full size - maybe more... be warned. That being said, Zappo's team is awesome, and made the exchange super easy...!

Solid. Been wearing these in a business casual office environment for the last 15 years. Been through 4 pairs. They are the best.

First I want to say "kudos" to Zappos Customer Service! I recently learned that as you age, its not uncommon for your arches to flatten - which may require a slightly larger shoe. This is my situation. I went from a size 12 to a comfortable size 13. However, loafers will always be more loose then a laced-up shoe. Nevertheless, I ordered the size 13. My shoes arrived in 2-days. They finish and craftsmanship is beautiful. But the size 13 was way to large. With laced shoes I can tighten them down. I called Zappos and spoke to and incredibly knowledgeable representative. He suggested I try a size 12. The shoes arrived in 2-days and in this case the size 12 fit perfect. I highly recommend these loafers. I am a loyal Zappos Customer forever!

I purchased two pairs of these stylish Cole Haan kicks and they are great! They wear very comfortable and look great on my feet!

True to size and width, very comfortable.

I have owned these in the past and always loved the look and comfort. My original pair from Cole Hahn were "Nike Air" - very comfortable. These are not, but not so much different. I'm a bit old school and think these shoes are a good business casual shoe. Having said that; I would wear them with a suit as well so... If you like the style/look, then I would recommend you give them a try. Can't beat the price.
