Love the look and feel. I normally wear a 12 and the 12 felt right in these. Only problem is I have a narrow heel and my heel kept slipping out when I tried to walk. Had to return them.

Felt slightly narrower in the toe box and half-size larger than other Cole Haan shoes.

The look of this shoe is perfect. I enjoy Cole Haan shoes but the width is a tad narrower than my other pairs...no problem. Added a shoe form and some leather softener to them and they gave a little. Will continue this treatment and soon they will be perfect for the whole day! (think part of the problem was a stitch flaw that creates tightness but not requiring returning the shoes).

The first pair I received (in my usuaal size) were so tight they squeezed and hurt my foot. I decided to go up a half size and that seems to work.

These shoes are very comfortable, stylish, but a little darker in color than they look online.

This shoe seemed to run very small. I am hoping 1/2 size up fits.

The design is stylish and comfortable.

I saw these at Dillards in Baton Rouge and then later tried them on at Dillards in Lafayette. At both locations, these shoes were incredibly soft and flexible, almost like glove leather. I received these yesterday, and while the look great, the leather is incredibly hard and rigid. I took these with me on a road trip, upon receipt, but less than two hours in, I actually had to stop and purchase socks - as the rigid, rough leather was causing blisters while driving. I do hope that these break in soon, else they will find there permanent home in my closet. Very disappointing - almost like I have recieved Cole Haan - Seconds.

Although I bought these shoes in a wide, they are still very narrow and uncomfortable, so I returned them. Disappointed in Cole Haan.

The first pair of these I bought in suede several years back were sensational. A couple of years ago, I bought several more ~ one in leather, two in suede ~ were markedly lower in quality (both materials and crafstmanship). Maybe had something to do with Nike buying Cole Haan in 2012? Dunno, but while the first pair is going strong, the succeeding pairs developed holes up front after maybe 20 wearings. Looks like Nike has dropped the suede ones, perhaps due to complaints, which is too bad because they are so comfortable and take on your foot shape. Nike just needed to return to quality materials. The one leather pair I had was VERY stiff and inflexible, and when I realized I was developing some corns on my outer toe joint, into the trash they went. Cole Haan used to be reliable quality. Now I'm on my guard.

They are falling apart at the seam. Would have expected more from Cole Haan. Too bad because I love the low vamp look.

Zappos is great. This shoe by Cole Haan and an equivalent by Sperry are of poor quality and when the laces come un-tied and are then re-tied, the laces break. Ongoing problem for three years. This is my fifth or six pair...all with the same problems.
