Honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first about these pair of boots. I have always stuck to a roper style boot and wasn't entirely sure about any kind of square toe. Well I'm glad I decided to stick with it because I wear these pair everyday. Gotta break them in like any other boot but once you do you won't take them off.

I have been wearing this style of Ariat boot for at least 8 years. I am on my 4th pair and I wear them daily on the ranch. Although I prefer the R toe (Ariat doesn't make those for men), the square toe is adequate for getting one's foot in the stirrup (with a little assistance). Otherwise, the boots are well made and I have only had one "blow out" on a side seam in all of these years. Ariat was willing to address that even though the boots were beyond the warranty period, but I just didn't think that was fair, so I bought another pair. The replaceable insole is great and because of that, I am able to truly wear out the external leather. (Usually the insole terminates the life of my boots.) The synthetic sole stands up to water and the acid conditions of horse stalls and cattle work. After a little wear, one can slip them out of the stirrup easily. When caked with mud or manure, Just wash them off, retreat with my favorite leather product and get back to work. Although I have custom riding boots with higher heels, smooth leather soles and round toes, it is a pleasure not to have to "change" from work boots to riding boots throughout the day. Spur shelfs are essential for todays spurs and you can tell a real cowboy by the presence or absence of that shelf (unless one is wearing their "out on the town boots" at the saloon.) I lieve 141 miles from town, in cattle country, so Ariat's return policy alleviates the worry of the boots not fitting exactly right. That allows one to try different styles if they choose. As long as they can keep up the western standards, I will continue to ride and work in these boots.

The quality of these boots is excellent. I purchased my first pair many years ago, and wore them for work (office), travel, and date nights for probably 5 years. Very comfortable, no break in period, and wore them on many trips both domestic and international. Very durable, I purchased a new pair two years ago only because the leather was getting rough, but the soles showed almost know wear. Will purcase another pair if I ever wear my new pair out. Just purchased the Terrain hiking boot, I hope, expect, to experience the same Ariat quality and durability out of them.

These are a favorite in my household. I've purchased a few of these boots for gifts and they love them. The square toe in the front is a perfect size, not too big. This is the most worn boot in my husband's closet.

Spent some time at a local retailer, trying to find the "perfect boot" for my day-to-day. When I found these boots and stepped into them, it was clear they were exactly what I was looking for. Ariat never disappoints.

Absolutely love these boot the fit is spot on especially after break in. The quality of these is not even questionable I wear these all day every day from minor construction work to field work. I even wear these over my "Sunday" boots most of the time. These also clean up really easy couldn't ask for a better pair of boots

A great rugged work boot. A little heavy but can't beat the spur shelf for helping keep the spurs tight and won't let them slip down. Cutter toe helps slip into the stirrups.

Ariats heritage rough stock cowboy boots are very well made and built to last. They fit great and are comfortable right out of the box. I use these boots for everyday wear and work as well as for bareback bronc riding and I've never had a single problem with these boots and they have held up very well. The riding heel is plenty of room for spurs and does a great job of keeping them in place. I personally really like the 12 inch shaft height as well as the pull holes. Probably my favorite pair of boots I've bought so far. All around a great pair of boots.

I pick these boots up and I absolutely love them. They have that classic look with the round toe and fit amazing. I've used them work in all kinds of elements and they hold up just fine, then clean them up and they are back to looking good enough for a date night. The new insoles that Ariat is putting in these boots are great too. I've put 10hr days into them and my feet are fine at the end of the day.

Definitely the best bang for your buck, got some almost 3 years ago now and they are just now needing replacing. This is after heavy use I wore them everywhere great work boots can't wait get another pair

I think these boots are great. I photograph lost & little known historical places in the Southern Arizona Desert. These are the first boots I have owned that handle the the cactus and Mesquite thorns and thistles. I have only had these one month and so and far no cactus (Choilla especially) have come through the soles or sides of the boot, and that is an issue with what I do. They work great for me.

Well made boots. My favorite style of any brand boot. This is the 4th pair of this style I have purchased. All 4 pair are still in use from work to play.

We love the look of these boots. Bought them for my 6'4" husband for father's day. It's so hard to find boots in his size, especially that are this level of quality and this price point. He's happy with the comfort level, the size, the quality and the look. Very happy. We love ariat!!

Great fit and style! These boots are very comfortable, true to size, and easy to pull on and off. They look great with jeans and feel broken-in right out of the box. Highly recommend this bootexcellent quality and worth every penny!

I've owned this pair of boots since 2013ish. They replaced another pair of wide toe purple ariats I wore all through highschool until they fell apart. These have lasted years of wear. I keep them clean and maintain them with leather conditioner.

Very comfortable boots yet very rought and good quality contruction a nice classic style that feels for a casual outfit or even for work

Best boots I've found esp for a B width. Better fitting/longer lasting boot than HH. Have 5 pairs now, 2 worn sets for nasty farm work. These last for years. Don't wear anything else anymore except reefs

These boots are amazing and super comfortable, my feet are slightly wide, so I opted for the wide size and they fit amazing. I've conditioned the leather after getting some scuffs on them and they look brand new. I highly recommend this boot for everyday use.
