Great shoe for the holidays - I needed a nice black satin shoe for the holidays and this one is it! I've tried AK shoes before and have problems with the arch, but these are fine. The cut around the front of the shoe is comfortable, so it doesn't gouge into your foot - which is important for the satin shoe since it won't "give" like leather. Heel height is great also - not too high.

Not bad - Due to needing this shoe for a wedding, I bought a 10.5 instead of the 11 like I planned. No need, it works great. A little tight the first night, but for the rest of the wedding perfect fit

Gorgeous shoe - I purchased this shoe in Relish Patent for a formal occasion. The shoe is a beautiful color that makes this elegant design both modern and sexy. I've received numerous compliments on the shoe from friends and strangers. I was nervous that the keen toe would cause me pain, yet I have been able to wear the shoe for long periods of time without discomfort. I wear a 9 1/2 but I ordered a 10 because of the toe. It is a little big, but the proper insert to keep my foot back in the shoe made the difference. It's very well made in addition to being stylish, and I would consider getting it in other colors. I recommend it highly.

Great Everyday Shoes - I wear these shoes for work nearly everyday. The first time I wore them, it was painful, which I suppose is expected. But now they are super comfortable. The heel is only moderately high so they're comfortable while still maintaining the chic, professional look. However, if you're going for sexy, I recommend Nine West's Freda.

Great looking shoe lacks in comfort - I've only worn these shoes a couple of times. They look great and I even got complimented on them. However, they're a bit uncomfortable. These shoes fit a bit tight in the toe area. Perhaps a 1/2 size up would have been better. I'm hoping they'll stretch a bit with more wear. Not bad though for the price.

Happy with my sexy new heels - I bought these shoes to go with a gorgeous dress, and they are exactly what I wanted, simple enough to not detract from the dress but interesting enough to stand on their own as lovely shoes. The heel height is very comfortable, even for someone like me who doesn't wear heels much. The toes are slightly pointier than I expected, but nothing extreme, and ordering a half size up from what I normally wear was definitely the right choice. Also, the shoes have some toe cleavage, which I know bothers some people. All around, a very wearable, elegant shoe.

Either my feet have grown since I tried this shoe on 2 years ago, or maybe the patent is different than the suede? This is a gorgeous shoe, but sadly not for me. It is very tight across the tops of the toes - if you have trouble with that bone on the outside of your foot when you are wearing ballet flats, you'll have the same issue and a high heel to boot. I'm sure these are lovely on a narrower foot.

Beautiful shoes, impossible to wear (for my feet) - First of all, I love Zappos! Where else can I get such great reviews and such quick service? Unfortunately, these shoes were just not comfortable. They were too narrow and too tight, plus I didn't care for the extreme point in the toe (which seems much more exaggerated in person than in the picture). Overall, these shoes are just not good for my Fred Flintstone feet. If only I had nice, cute, petite feet. Regardless, these would appear too pointy for me.

Nice shoes but run large, especially at the heel. I bought my normal size and literally walked out of them. Had to return and order a smaller size, which is unusual for me.

Great shoes! So stylish yet comfortable! The perfect height. I plan corporate events for a hotel and can run around in these heels without pain! Just bought my 3rd pair. I highly recommend.

This is a very sexy, classy shoe! However, it does size large--I ordered an 8 and 8 & 1/2, thinking one would fit. There did not seem to be any difference in size between these two and they were too long--I ordered a 7 and 1/2 and it is just a bit tight but a better alternative! I am usually size 8 & 1/2.

Fantastic classic black heel. I have long narrow feet and always face two challenges when shoe shopping. squished toes and shoes that won't stay on. I searched for months for a mid-heel black office appropriate shoe and found it! This shoe left room in the toe for my size 11 foot and stays put on my heel. Thank you Anne Klein!!

Very comfortable shoes. Great for the office since the heel is not too high, but the instep cut out dresses them up a lot.

Love these shoes! They are my favorite work heels. Not too high. Comfortable. Look a little different than regular black heels. My feet do not hurt at the end of a long day.

Super sexy, super cute - this may be the perfect, basic heel. Classic silhouette without being unwalkable sky high or caving to a wedge or a kitten heel which just doesn't work with some outfits. This would be just as cute with jeans, a suit or a cocktail dress. Completely walkable - so much so that I'm absolutely stuck on the Anne Klein brand of heels - have bought 3 others in varying styles, all are just as cute and comfortable.

I love these! They are super cute and very comfortable. I stood in these for a while and after a few hours my feet were a little sore but nothing like other lousy heels. They look a little loose in the back and I am curious if with several wears they might get loose, but I rarely wear heels so I am pretty sure that these will be in my closet for a long time. These are simple, classic heels. You cannot go wrong with these. I am going to look for them in a nude color.

These shoes are very comfortable and fit beautifully. A really elegant shoe; could be worn for a night out as well as work. The heel is not crazy high.

I adore these shoes -- they make me feel sexy and powerful, and yet they're actually pretty comfortable, which is a plus! I do find that I occasionally step out of one of them. I wouldn't say they run a half size larger, but maybe slightly larger?
