Superior Sneakers at last - I just received these shoes via the fastest free service from Zappos I have ever experienced. These shoes are the most comfortable tennies I've tried, and I've tried the most popular and most expensive. As I have a very wide forefoot plus a high instep, proper fitting shoes have always been a problem...until Propét. The unique aspect of these shoes is the top eyelet. Most are located up to 1" to the side of the instep which make shoes too tight when fully laced. These are aligned with the other eyelets, making them extremely comfortable. The ultimate test is how they feel worn barefoot and the answer is great. I wore them all day out of the box. Buy them...you won't be sorry.

Great Shoes!!!! Shoes are as comfortable as bedroom slippers. Laces and lace carriers have enough elastic ease for when the feet tend to swell.

Very pleased - Bought these shoes for vacation. Went to Las Vegas and walked every day for 4 days and was very pleased with the comfort these shoes provided. They were so comfortable that it felt like walking on clouds. They are so light weight and attractive. I will definitely buy more and will recommend them to my friends

First time buying Propet sneakers, I'm very happy with them, I walk 2 to 3 miles a day and their like walking on a cloud. Love them.

Great walking shoe - I have a very narrow foot so was pleased to find I could order this shoe. It fits very well, looks good and I recently walked all over San Francisco wearing it. I am over 80 and found it comfortable the whole time, no problem.

Very hard to find athletic shoes in a narrow width. Size and width feel true... could have a better arch support, but does have some arch support.

Machine Washable and Orthotic Friendly! Buy in quantity. This is my second pair of Tide Water Walkers. They are excellent for me because of their "Give" & Flexibility. I wear a molded ankle/foot brace that fits inside the shoe and up the back of my calf. Sometimes my foot swells. The shoe AND the laces can be snug but stretch to accommodate the swelling. No pain. If I were power walking as I used to, running, or walking the treadmill I would want more support. It's a great looking shoe. Propét need no break in period.

Propet Tide Water Walker - I just got these shoes today and so far they feel good. I have feet that are very hard to fit so I was surprised somewhat that they fit as well as they do. My foot measures about a 9-9 1/2 in length but because of the width and height of my foot I usually must buy anywhere from a 10 to an 11 size shoe and sometimes I must go to men's shoes. I got an 11 XW of this shoe and the width is pretty good--doesn't pinch or cramp my little toe (could be a tiny bit wider but is pretty good overall) but the length is a little too long for perfection--I think I've got about an inch of space in front of my toes. That's because I had to go to a longer shoe than my foot measures in order to get a comfortable fit on the width and height. Overall, the shoe is a keeper. It's comfortable!

Mother - Actually the shoe was a Christmas gift for my mother. The arch support felt great, but she needed a shoe a half size bigger. Other than that, my Mom is very satisfied with shoe. Thanks

Comfortable shoes - I have wide feet and have trouble finding comfortable shoes that are fairly attractive. I was pleased with the comfort of the Tide Walker and wore them for a full day with no discomfort - including two long walks.

Nice shoe - A comfortable shoe. The only downside is I can feel the "little things" on the sole of my feet if my socks are not thick enough.

Pleased overall - I came really close to sending these back. The first day that I wore them, they just were not comfortable! Something about the make of the shoe caused my left little toe to raise and kind of fold over the toe next to it. Curiously enough, my right foot, which I have problems with, was fine. I put my orthotics in them and have never been so aware of them (if you don't wear orthotics, I know I never notice mine). The next day was better though and by the third they were fine. They are cheaper looking than I expected, though.

Comfy! I really like this shoe, immediately comfortable. Only issue is that 3 of 4 plastic eyelets that the elastic shoe cord goes through have cracked… probably because I pulled the laces pretty tightly, but it doesn't seem to affect anything. Metal would have been better.

Propét Tide Water Walker - Very comfortable and the wide size fits well on a foot that tends to swell. I am using the left shoe only for now since I have a broken leg. I believe the arch support would be fine for a normal healthy woman, but I will need to add some support to keep the left foot comfortable.

Comfortable and Flexible - I wanted a light-weight, comfortable, and flexible shoe for working around the house and this is perfect. The sole is not as heavy as running shoe, allowing one to climb a ladder (or on the counters!) easier. But it's good enough to take a long walk in. And easy to clean up after you've been in the garden.

Good value - Very comfortable shoe for the money. I'm a nurse, and am on my feet most of the day. I'd definitely say these shoes are comparable to more expensive shoes I've purchased. Easily scuffed, though.

Great shoe!! True to size - I have a wide foot (WW) and the Propét shoes are always plenty wide enough for me. Compared to MOST shoes, this would be a 5 star shoe... but I have other Propét shoes that are a true 5... so by comparison this is a 4!!

Great for walking - Lightweight, feel good on my feet, good light support; not the shoe for high impact however.

First time ordering - I wear this shoe on a treadmill. There is a lot of stretch in the shoe itself, therefore I wear heavier socks. I would have preferred it to be a more stable shoe, this one is soft. My orthotics fit very nice in them. Zappos was wonderful with returning another pair of shoes I ordered. The charge was taken off in a timely manner. I will continue to order again from them.

Tide Water Walker - An ok shoe- I am looking for one that will endure my city walking of several miles a day. this one was not really well cushioned underneath and the elastic laces don't have a lot of support. If I were a casual walker in and out of a car or a mall walker they would be fine.

I am not happy with these tennis shoes at all. No arch support and no cushion inside. Feels like I'm walking on concrete.
