Feet still hurt bad. I worn them twice and got no relief

Construction is good, but these insoles are not for me. I had worn the green ones and after taking the questionnaire decided to try the berry ones. These made my shins hurt. Trying to return them now. My advice, stick with the ones you know that work.

Actually, I think I ordered the wrong thing? More pain in knee and ball of foot with them. is an exchange possible? I wore them though ..

I put in my information and the insert they recommended does not provide enough arch support. Also- the toe area of the insert is flimsy so when you put it in your shoe it curls up. It's just annoying! I take my out and put in other shoes daily. Not happy with the product.

Too high profile (volume) for the intended shoes because of my high volume foot—high arch and extremely high instep. Also, arch support not adequate for me.

I brought those on the online and was recommended by my doctor.

I purchase 2 months age and they have not held up. For the price I was expecting 6 months

These insoles were great at helping my pain and did provide great support. However, the hard plastic on the bottom made horrible squeaking and creaking noise in whatever shoes I put them in. I tried using powders the stop the friction causing the noise but it would help for about and hour. It was really embarrassing and feel like this could have been prevented by designing these insoles with some kind of grip at the bottom.

I have arthritis of my big toe. The inserts did not work out for me at all and I returned them as instructed. I am hopeful that I received a refund back to my credit card.

So I purchased a pair of your berry super feet to replace a pair of Saluber inserts that needed to be replaced. Your website talked about a great product and I went through and completed the survey to select the right insert. These were less expensive than the salubber so I thought I'd give it a shot and your reviews were good. I do not like them. My feet hurt. Can I send them back.? They are not the quality I was expecting.And are not worth the money. I guess you get what you pay for.

Felt no support and they were very flimsy compared to the green ones I've used for years. Still will remain a customer. Just this one needs some work. Customer service was right on it. Thank you

You have to cut it out. Very uncomfortable not enough arch

My podiatrist sent me to a local store that specializes in running shoes and Superfeet insoles. My feet were analyzed, and I purchased the recommended "women specific Berry." After walking in them for a short while, I could not believe how my heel pain increased. I noted this to my podiatrist, and he added some extra arch support to them. There is almost no padding over the hard plastic in the heel area. I do all the treatments recommended for my plantar fasciitis, but if I use the Superfeet, the heel pain returns. I have had much better luck with another brand of insoles. I wish I had read the box better and realized they had a guarantee.

I bought these about a month ago, my pain in my foot/ankle is significantly worse. To the point where I have to sit down at work.

I could not wear them they slipped and slopped in my shoes and hurt my feet so bad.
