My husband tried a pair out for one week and found they made no difference whatsoever. He has flat feet and these were totally useless. Unfortunately, I have been stuck paying $50 for something that didn't work but the only way to find that out was to wear them.

Decent insoles for running and walking. Could provide a bit more cushioning and clearer indication of when they're worn out. I'm hard to fit and these get the job done.

I have very flat feet and am always looking for inserts to give me some support and comfort for being on my feet a lot during the day. I have tried all types of orthotics, from the basic store bought type to the custom molded high dollar type. Some help and some don't. These Superfeet so far have done a good job of relieving some of my foot pain. I say some because I don't think there's a perfect cure for my feet save cutting them off and putting new ones on! There is enough support to give me a little arch but not so much as to become uncomfortable on my flat feet. I have them in a pair of Brooks Beast running shoes and they fit well, the only complaint I have is they seem a little thin in the toe bed area. For me, I would like a little cushioning when I step forward, and these are a bit hard, but then again, my feet are real monsters. Overall I think they are a good product, they seem well made and should last a good while.

When my feet were hurting and keeping me from hiking a podiatrist tried to sell me expensive custom shoe inserts. Before I took that step a friend told me about Superfeet and I gave it a try. These work great, my feet no longer hurt and I buy them for all my athletic shoes.

Only 3 stars for style, because let's face it - they're solid blackn insoles. But I have 5 or 6 sets of these and they're the only things that make my extremely flat feet tolerable. Can make any pair of shoes feel custom fit and all-day comfy. Can buy, will buy and have bought again.

I have flat feet and have had foot pain. I walk and run alot. I wear blue Superfeet in my running shoes, and they have really helped reduce the pain. I bought the black Superfeet for my everyday sneakers because they have a lower profile so take up less room in the sneaker. It is a little bit of a tight fit in my sneakers but I'm making it work because unfortunately you can't find high quality sneakers these days that give you support. I recommend Superfeet to anyone experiencing foot pain. It takes a little time to adjust to them because they are firm but you'll be surprised that they do help.

Superfeet is my go-to insoles to help my plantar fasciitis problem. I use these for my dress shoes and the green ones for my running shoes and soccer cleats. They really help!

Wear these in my sneakers. They are the perfect replacement for the thin, cheap, insoles that come with sneakers. Excellent support.
