Before I used these insoles my feet would hurt after a long day at work. I figured my fatigue was from being on my feet all day and was unavoidable. After using these insoles for a month I found out I was wrong. My feet feel fully supported and I no longer hurt after work. There is a slight break-in period for these insoles, mine lasted two days. Superfeet believes that if you going to be on your feet all day that you want a firm insole that conforms to your feet, not something that feels nice and squishy, but lacks support so be aware of that. If you have tight fitting shoes ( e.g. dress shoes) or do not have removable insoles this is hands down the insole to buy. It is a little pricey, but it will last for a long time and make you and your feet feel better. If you can remove your insoles research the Superfeet Blue and Superfeet Green products.

I bought these because I have plantar fasciitis and flat feet but was not ready to give up my "cute" shoes. These are supposed to fit into shoes where the insole does not come out. The profile on these is still too high for me in my flats and my foot comes out. It's not the insoles, my flats just aren't meant to be worn with insoles. I finally broke down and bought Dansko clogs for work and my feet love me. I wear my tennis shies with these insoles outside of work and my feet feel great. These might work well in a more substantial shoe like a loafer or boot.
I'd also recommend:

Expensive but Worth It - These seem a bit pricey to me but they are worth it. I put these in Frye boots I bought here at Zappos and they are wonderful. I highly recommend these - especially if you are going to wear boots, but these will do you well for any shoes.

Excellent quality and support, and this size is a little narrower, fits inside a regular shoe. The support under the heel is a little bulky and you may step out of ballet flats with it, but otherwise, fantastic.

More support than cushion - I ended up returning the Superfeet Black. I have a pair of Johnston & Murphy dress shoes that have quite a bit of support, but not much cushioning and so I thought I'd help with an insole. These are sort of the reverse -- LOTS of support via not just shaped foam but an actual rigid plastic heel/arch support, and then a very thin foam pad over it. It seemed very well made but again, was just the opposite of what I needed for this particular shoe.

Great support, not too hard - I do Jazzercise 4 days a week and I have weak knees and experience knee pain when exercising. After replacing my insoles with Superfeet insoles, I have no more knee pain. My shoes still fit the same and feel the same. The Superfeet insoles are made stiff and I thought it would take a little time to get use to them. Not the case with these. Highly recommend if you experience knee pain during any exercise routine.

Ok insole - I have had the Superfeet shoe insole, for about 2 months. My foot is wide and does not fit very well on this tight fighting insole. I also have a low arch and the arch support is just not enough. This is a great insole for cleats and very low toe profile shoes.

These are even better than the insoles my podiatrist recommended. I have a slight flattening of the foot, so the balls of my feet become really sore because I am pronating the wrong way. With these (and my copper compression arch support), I can do long hikes and walk without pain, so I am very happy with this product.

These are simply the best inserts you can buy without going for super expensive orthotics. Those inserts are nonsense and actually hurt my feet more than they helped. If you have flat feet, superfeet are a must. Since using these in both my work shoes and regular shoes, my heels have stopped hurting and I feel my posture is better. These are thin enough to fit even in shoes with an insole, no need to worry about removing it.

Worth the pricy price!!! My doctor told me about Superfeet. He said get the GREEN. So I did, they felt ok at first and did help my feet, BUT THEN I noticed my arches were tired all the time and hurting. I read about Superfeet and found that if you don't have high arches the BLACK are the ones to get. I got those and my feet feel so GOOD no hurting arches. These are great they cost a lot but are well worth it...

Works well - It works well and looks good (not like the awful bright colors). It takes a little time getting used to and I have flat feet so this does help with the pain I get occasionally while walking. They give more arch support, rather than cushioning. So if you're looking for cushioning, these aren't the ones you're looking for. The Premium Black is the thinnest of the Superfeet line, I believe. I planned on getting another pair for my other shoes, but it looks like Zappos ran out of the ones in my size!

Comfort for boot s - I have had great success wearing Superfeet Premium Black insoles with boots that have heels up to a 1-1½” (just order your boots a little wider to accommodate the insole). Superfeet Premium Black and Superfeet Premium grey are the only insoles I have found that work in cowboy boots.

These are wonderful - These inserts are wonderful if you have plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, or other foot problems. These were recommended to me by my podiatrist. These black ones are somewhat more low profile than the blue version; they work better in dressier shoes. A couple of tips: #1 these work best in shoes with removable insoles, but can still work with any shoes as long as you have enough room. #2 if your shoe feels too tight in the toe area after adding these insoles, you can trim off the toe portion of the insole. The part that supports your foot is only about the back half of the insert. The front is just foam and really has no orthopedic purpose. If you have foot problems you will notice a big improvement after using these inserts. At first they may feel a little odd, but give them a day or two and you will be amazed.

I have a low arch. When I told my podiatrist that I get sore arches and shin splints easily when I run he recommended I try Superfeet to see if they would help. Overall, I would say they are okay. I still get sore arches while exercising, but less so than before. So it isn't a miracle insert, but it has helped. Also, it took a while to get used to them - at least 2 weeks so if they feel uncomfortable at first just give it time. They should mold to your foot with continual use.

Takes up more room in the shoe than I had hoped. For tight shoes, that can be a problem in the toe box. Good for some shoes, not for others.

Bought a pair for both Mountain bike and Road. No more hot feet! This is what you need not a new pair of shoes.

I love my Superfeet! Yes, at first they hurt my feet, I work 9 to 11 straight hours on a hard floor, and my lower back, and feet hurt so bad after work. But now I don't hurt at all. Thank you Zappos for having Superfeet Premium Black for me!

Thin, firm, low volume support. Worked nicely in soccer cleats over the existing insole to improve fit and reduce pronation.

Don't expect shoe inserts to remedy something that is structurally off with your body - go see a professional who can look as your muscles and bones and get you back into alignment. That said. Superfeet are the best insert on the market (and I've tried most that are found at drug stores). These black ones are their thinnest version which means I still fit into my leather shoes even though it's a bit snug. They helped my feet not hurt so I can walk - I have low arches and recent discomfort on my bunion; my podiatrist turned me on to Superfeet. I am having body work and that is getting me back to where I need these inserts less and less. I'm a size 12 and these fit perfectly; for smaller feet, you trim to fit. If you are getting inserts, these are the best.

This is a wonderful product. This off the shelf orthotic is better than my very expensive custom made ones. They provide tremendous arch support and heel relief.

I use a pair of these in my winter boots. I live in the city, and often tend to go for long walks, miles at a time. Since I have low arches, that can be painful if the shoe does not have enough support. Superfeet is my solution. Basically putting these inside my boots makes them feel like sneakers, and for boots that have a removable furry insole (like Uggs), it does not get any better than that to get that warmth and comfort at the same time! Keep in mind though that if you are looking for soft padding/cushioning from your insole, Superfeet is not for you. You would be better off getting other brands like Lynco Aetrex, Spenco etc. for insoles. Superfeet has the philosophy that when you are going to be active (like walking , running, hiking, cycling etc.), what gives your feet max support for mobility is firm support, e.g. everybody loves soft cushy pillows, but most people sleep on hard beds to get support for their backs so you don't end up with back aches. Its the same idea. Since I tend to be very active, I find that to be true - the cushier/ more padded premium insoles I have (such as Lynco, which cost me almost twice as much) just don't support my feet as well as Superfeet.

My daughter has had issues with her feet and her pediatrician suggested Superfeet. This has been the first time in a long time that her feet were not killing her. Thanks to Superfeet and Zappos for speedy delivery!

My feet feel much better when I use these inserts. The instructions do say that there is a break in period because they support your feet at a different spot than most shoes. However, it is not bad and I got used to them in just a few days.

Almost Instant Relief! Wow...between plantar fasciitis and a torn Achilles tendon, my feet hurt pretty much all the time. I took a friend's advice and put these into my shoes, and it was amazing how much better my feet felt. I am going to put them in every pair of shoes I own...and I'm not kidding! Simply amazing!
