These are fantastic. I have almost flat feet and they let me walk to work in San Francisco each morning without pain. Love them!

Excellent arch support. Well designed for shoes that already do not have much wiggle room.

Use these for all my Doc Marten size 10 boots; fits exactly right on all 3 pairs I own. Definitely not as soft as the Doc insoles but these actually don't make my feet hurt because of the arch support. Got used to them and don't bother to think how my feet feel because they feel just fine.

I have had other inserts before. This pair had no arch support very flat. I actually pulled the insoles out of my running shoes that came with my shoes and put the inserts in, then I put the insoles that came in with my shoes on top. So I actually have two pairs of insoles in the shoes. I actually love they way it feels. I did not like the way it felt by themselves. So this may not be what you are looking for if you are trying to replace your insoles but I really like how it feels with both in my shoes. Very cushiony for running.

Weird sizing? I got these inserts instead of the Orthaheel ones because of the reviews, but so far, I am not loving them. The heel cup seems small so the arch support hits the front of my heel instead of my arch. I wonder if they used the same mold for all sizes, then just added more to the front for larger sizes. I am going to give them another day or so, but so far they are not kind on my heel spur and haven't help the plantar fasciitis at all either. :-(

I bought these at the same time as a new pair of Merrell sneakers and immediately inserted them. My sneakers have been squeaking very loudly and embarrassingly since! I mean from the first day. I'm a bit slow on the uptake and thought until recently that it was the sneakers, not the inserts. But when it happened with a new pair of sneakers as well I removed the inserts and lo and behold, no more squeaking. They also look like they're falling apart. Never had an issue with these inserts before, and am very disappointed!

These are about the 5th pair I’ve bought in as many years. They’re simply excellent. WARNING! Be sure to get the proper model for your type of foot. Mine happens to be blue and I’ve had ZERO COMPLAINTS!

I finally gave up on my uncomfortable, custom orthotics, and these are so much more comfortable! I have flat feet, wear an 8 N/M, and these insoles fit perfectly. In a perfect world they would have more cushion at the toe. I agree with other reviewers that it takes several days to get used to them.
