They are extremely firm. I need something with more cushion.

I actually thought they would be comfortable but it's like wearing hard rocks on my feet

Gave these a try and they didn't help my feet. The insole itself is hard and not cushioned. The arch did not give enough support for high arches. Awaiting my refund.

These inserts have very little arch supports, I thought they would have much better arch support given the description on the website. I would not buy these again.

I bought this as recommended by my podiatrist. The product does not work to alleviate my foot pain.

This insole comes with a half plastic bottom for the heel and arch. The ball of the foot area was very wide so it would not fit into a shoe without cutting it and we didn't want to do that since we thought it would have to be returned. My husband wears a lift so it would not accommodate this type of insole as it is not flexible.

There is a hard plastic piece on the heel that kills my feet and knees to walk on. Wish I would have sent them back.

I bought these to help my back and knee pain. It took a little breaking in, but after a while everything seemed fine. I wore them for just normal every day use, not running or hiking. I purchased a couple new pairs of shoes and stopped using the insoles and now my feet really hurt. It feels like my body has adjusted the the change in foot support to the point where I have to wear the insoles in order to stay pain free.

Unfortunately I have not been able to get the full affect of your product. When I placed the insoles into my shoes my shoes become too tight and I'm not able to wear them. I reviewed your size chart and got the Insoles for my correct shoes size. I have extremely flat feet and I am on my feet eight hours a day, do you suggest any other type of insole am I able to exchange the one that I have? I don't want to have to buy all new shoes just to get the full affect of your product can you help?

I read reviews on all of the Styles prior to ordering. I am a size 9 however the heel width made it very difficult to insert these into the shoes. I did have to trim some around the toe area but I also had to buy another half size larger shoe. My shoe feels very full and sometimes causes my toes to ache. I'm undecided about buying a different style as the cost of these was quite an investment. I'm still undecided as to whether or not I should continue using them.

I bought superfeet green at the advice of my physical therapist. I've been battling IT Band Syndrome after completing my first marathon 6 months ago. The inserts helped my knee pain, but, unfortunately every time I run with them I get painful blisters on the arch of my feet now. It seems I've traded one problem for another. I'm past the time limit for returning them, so I just have to eat the cost. I've also tried the berry inserts but they didn't really help. Superfeet has such a good reputation, but, it appears they may not be a good fit for me.

I am a size 8.5 and ordered the recommended size of green. However, it is too big for most of my shoes and I have not been able to use it. Not happy with the purchase.

I bought these, because they were so highly recommended by everyone, for their boots while rucking and going through different selections/schools. For my foot, they cause pretty bad hot spot on the arch (or lack thereof) of my foot and blistering as well. I cannot run more than 3 miles, or ruck more than 5-6 miles until I feel my foot about to blister and tear. I do however use these in my Nike MetCons for my workout shoes and they help keep my arch supported and reduce stress on the medial ligament in my knee during heavy squatting, cleaning, thrusters, etc.; and can wear for circuit training so they were not a complete waste of money. I would like to try other SuperFeet insoles, but at the price a bit hesitant to find good ones for running/rucking.

Thanks for the blisters! :D I have 250 miles in my Hoka Clifton 3's. One 5-mile run in SuperFeet and I had awful blisters on both big toes. I also felt no difference in comfort or support compared to the factory insoles. In fact, I think SuperFeet make the fit even less comfortable because the size of the insoles takes up any extra room in the shoe.

The jury is still out on how I feel about these. The bottom of my heels felt fine, but now the back of my heels were in major pain. Considering sending them back.

So what is the difference between these and cheaper insoles? The price that's what. I went ahead and splurged a little extra on some pricey insoles for my work shoes and eagerly looked forward to some much needed relief for my feet. I stand on my feet all day on a hard concrete surface and most normal insoles don't give my arches the support they want, so based on the reviews from this site, I assumed spending a few extra bucks on these insoles would be a great solution. Turns out I was wrong. These things really don't seem to do all that much in the way of "providing comfortable support" as their description claims. Between these and some Dr. Scholl's, I would definitely so go for the less expensive brand. So in short, these things are not worth the price I paid and you could probably find a cheaper option out there.

I bought a pair of Orthofeet work boots back in January. I average about 12k steps a day on concrete floors. These boots were the first ones I ever wore where my feet and legs weren't sore at the end of the day. The arch supports hey came with started breaking down around the end of June and we got some credit to buy footwear, so I bought these. I didn't think about why my legs were so sore last night until they started getting sore today and realized why. Amazon/Zappos, please, please, please add Orthofeet to your line up. They have a boot that conforms to the RME safety guidelines and I cannot say enough that they keep your feet and legs from getting sore.
I'd also recommend:
Orthofeet for shoes/arch supports.

This was a total waste of my time , The insole was nothing more than a foot shaped piece of stiff plastic , I was looking for an insole that had a good cushion in the heel and this product had no cushion at all , i cannot recommend this item at this time ! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY !

I was looking for something that was soft in the heel because i have bad knees and that is what feels comfortable to me , These insoles are nothing more than a plastic insert and that is totally unusable to me , i don't mean to sound like these are not useable to someone else it is just that they do not work for me !
I'd also recommend:
Definitely not the REEBOKS !!
