Superfeet arch support has healed my foot problem. The inserts fits my shoes perfectly.

I bought these on recommendation from my podiatrist for excruciating plantar fasciitis pain. I run and do Tabata trading 6 days a week. My feet feel much better and I have experienced a great deal of relief while using these inserts. The key is using them with a good stability shoe.

I have bought other products the last few years and nothing really worked. My Podiatrist told me to try your inserts and they have worked great.

I bought these to help my back and knee pain. It took a little breaking in, but after a while everything seemed fine. I wore them for just normal every day use, not running or hiking. I purchased a couple new pairs of shoes and stopped using the insoles and now my feet really hurt. It feels like my body has adjusted the the change in foot support to the point where I have to wear the insoles in order to stay pain free.

I have been wearing in 2 pair of shoes since I recieved them as of yet I have had no relief . My heel pain is as bad as it was . I work on my feet a average of 10hours a day so thought they would help so really disappointed .

The pain in my foot is gone. This product corrected the pronation in my feet, which I was unaware of until it was pointed out to me by a shoe salesman! He recommended Superfeet, and now I STAND CORRECTED. There is also far less constant pain in my knee, which requires much more than an orthotic to solve, but it's a big relief nonetheless. I don't write reviews. This product is worthy of its praise.

I began using these green inserts (along w/a good running shoe) after a bad foot sprain. I had hoped the inserts would help my foot heal, which they did. However, I was so surprised that my knees got better too! The inserts have made a huge difference and I am running with so much less pain. I wish I would have tried these 20 years ago.

I have used these for years and will never buy any other inserts. They are comfortable, yet supportive and last a long time!

This is my 2nd pair of greens, and I love them. They transform good shoes into great ones. I use them for running, walking, and working out, and I have much less aches and pains when I wear them.

Best insert for my foot. My podiatrist also likes this one. I bought it because I've had plantar fasciitis a few times. This is the only type off superfeet that my podiatrist did not have to increase the arch to support my feet. It provide great support for anything from hiking, to running, to walking all day. It is also high volume so you won't be able to use it with a dress shoe generally or even a tighter boot or sneaker without a removable insole. I use the also very good 3/4 length dress insert for those shoes.

None of my shoes have insoles that can be removed. I need to return these.

Worked out great, easy to cut and fit into boot well.

Unfortunately I have not been able to get the full affect of your product. When I placed the insoles into my shoes my shoes become too tight and I'm not able to wear them. I reviewed your size chart and got the Insoles for my correct shoes size. I have extremely flat feet and I am on my feet eight hours a day, do you suggest any other type of insole am I able to exchange the one that I have? I don't want to have to buy all new shoes just to get the full affect of your product can you help?

I was having pain when running due to my flat feet, recommended by a physical therapist I got the green superfeet insoles and it has alleviated my pain in my ankles and feet. Took some getting used to so be easy when breaking them in but no pain when running and during the day I feel great and refreshed.

Bought a pair of these along with a pair of the normal width green superfeet, and for my extra wide feet, these were more comfortable and helped eleviate my foot pain better

Bought on recommendation and seen better than what came with shoes.

I read reviews on all of the Styles prior to ordering. I am a size 9 however the heel width made it very difficult to insert these into the shoes. I did have to trim some around the toe area but I also had to buy another half size larger shoe. My shoe feels very full and sometimes causes my toes to ache. I'm undecided about buying a different style as the cost of these was quite an investment. I'm still undecided as to whether or not I should continue using them.

Bought these because my converse were too flat for my feet. Support my arches well, not too much else to say.

Got them to help cure IT and knee issues. They have relieved all pain. Been using them for 5 years. Very happy.

Have owned previous pair for 3 years. Find this size great for short, wide feet, with high arch. I stand 8-10 hours a day for work. Because the Super feet soles are hard, I wear them in shoes one size larger and keep the shoe's soles in place to provide cushioning. Prevents pain in my heel, facia & ball of feet.

If you have flat arches or if your feet/ankles pronate, the Green Superfeet insoles provide a great firm arch support to help you walk correctly.

So I don't have much of an arch to begin with, and I was looking to build my arch, so a friend recommended this exact product and I went with it. It was really easy to cut to the appropriate length. They're comfy, and there's some slight discomfort because I don't have an arch, but I knew that going in, so that doesn't bother me. I'm essentially on my feet at work, 8 hours a day, and I still feel fine. My feet are slightly wide but I put them in a pair of walking Nike's and they're great. I would definitely suggest to put them into a shoe that has a little more toe room (and room in general) because the heel takes up some space (:
