I love these shoes. Very stylish, they go with lots of things: skirts, pants, jeans...They are a teeny bit uncomfortable on the balls of my feet, but that's nothing a shoe pad couldn't cure. I have 2 pairs of Fitzwell shoes and both are great!

I love my first Fitzwell shoes. Wow, they are so comfortable. The actual color is more of a burned orange red, but they are true to size. I am adding this brand to my watch list. Thanks, Zappos for the incredibly fast shipping.

Needed a pair of work pumps. I am so glad that I ordered the 12W for they would have been very narrow. So love these. Very pointy, so beware if you do not like a pointy shoe. Love Zappos, the shoe arrived in the very next day.

I loved how this shoe looked, sexy heel, perfect for work, and if you have to run errands in style. But I ordered the 12 reg instead of the 12W. The shoe was very narrow and to my sadness I have to return. Great show but very narrow. Love Zappos my number one shoe choice.

Love these shoes!!!!! They are extremely comfortable. I have bunions, and they look really great on my feet in addition to feeling great.

Lovely shoe. Just the right height and love the pointy toe. I have a bunion issue and Fitzwell's generally don't hit me in the wrong place. This shoe is no exception. Did feel a little narrow - returned for a wide width and worked out well.

I've got these in black patent, size 7W which is my normal size. The width didn't look too wide; yet it was very comfortable. The heel height was perfect! Not too short and not tall at all! The only part I didn't like was the pointy head! It was way too long to the point that when I walked the pointy head was catching in front of my foot! Sadly, I returned it.

I wear 11 flats or 11.5 W or 12 N in heels. I got these in 12 N and they have been really comfortable. I wear them all day. I also own these shoes in brown and have been wearing those for over a year and, unlike some other shoes, they have held together really well - a really high quality (and attractive) shoe.

The wide is not so wide. You can tell this as soon as you look at the shoe. It's a narrow shoe to begin with. I can't imagine anyone who wears a wide shoe being able to fit this. Extra space in the heel area that was obvious.

I love them but there way too long, I wear 9.5 but decided to go up to a 10, the size fits, but the pink toe area is too tight, and the length is way to long. For a Fizwell brand I was surprise that I couldn't fit these with comfort.

I have these shoes in every color. These are the only pumps I can wear all day from work to dropping off and picking up my kids at soccer and dance and still feel comfortable enough to run errands after work. I just ordered a second black pair to put away because I wear the black more frequently and I want to be sure I have a nice, new pair for next year!

The shoe was just what I ordered. I love it and Zappos was great to deal with; the shoe came the next day. Service is excellent. Will be sure to buy other shoes from you!

These shoes were great! I'm so glad I discovered this site. I can actually find stylish looking shoes that fit my wide foot. I thought these shoes were true to size and though they are pointy and look narrow, they still fit my foot perfectly. I love them so much I ordered a pair in black just now.

I purchase from Zappos on a regular basis. Although I have a rather large foot, Zappos continues to carry a large selection of shoes in sizes and colors. I purchased the Fitzwell II in 3 great colors. This shoe is very comfortable, the heel's the right size, its expensive looking and thanks to Zappos I’m always in style.

These are very comfortable pumps! I ordered them in W and can wear them all day in the office. They are elegant and the height of the heel is perfect. They have a gel pad in the heel that adds to the comfort.

I love these shoes. Extremely comfortable. The heel has a perfect position for weight distribution. At first I thought the pointy toe might be a problem until I put them on, wow, perfect! I get so many compliments on them and I can wear them for extreme periods of time and dance in them. I highly recommend this shoe. The width and size are accurate and the arch is moderate. Moderate for me because I have a very high arch.

The best black pumps! These are the most comfortable heels I have every purchased, and they are very trendy. I wear them for 8-10 hours a day on a regular basis. Love them!

I love this shoe. Ordered it in suede. It is surprisingly comfortable, I suspect because the height of the heel is reasonable, and it's my go-to dressy shoe this winter. The toe box is roomy and the cut is very flattering on this size 13 foot!

This is a beautiful shoe, but the toe is much pointier than I had realized. I went back and looked at the picture on the website and I can see how it may have been my mistake, but it\\\'s just too pointy for my liking. Also, I wear a size 8 and these are too snug. I would have to go up a 1/2 size if I was going to keep them. They do look like a quality shoe though, I\\\'m sad they\\\'re not going to work for me.

Fabulous! When I ordered these shoes, I actually ordered 3 different styles to try. These shoes a totally blew the others away! They are very comfortable and look great with everything from jeans to dresses! I have wide feet with bunions and these shoes are fabulous!

Extremely comfortable. The gel thing inside cushions your heel. My feet never hurt ever in these shoes. At first they felt tight, but I wore them for a day and they fit perfectly.

I love these shoes. They are the perfect work heels, and best of all, they are very comfortable. They are great for city walking, dancing, and look classic. They do tend to wear out a bit more quickly than I would like, but I just replace the heel, and it usually gives them another couple months.

This shoe is one of the most comfortable pumps I own and I get many compliments when I wear them. The heel is just the right height and the Gel Pad is great. I do not usually keep on pumps all day, but I have worn this one all day on several occasions. I have them in three colors and plan to purchase another pair. I wear a 12M and when I order some other styles, they are either too wide or too narrow or they slip off my feet or something else happens. Zappos, keep up the good work.
