The shoes were very stylish, I really liked them except the fit is not perfect. They tend to flop off in the heel area, thus making them a little uncomfortable. I normally wear an 11W and am unsure if I should return them for 10.5W. Overall, the size range available and the look is great!

Nice shoe for the price - Nice shoe for a fair price, a bit narrow for my foot (I ordered a 6 1/2 W) but I normally wear a 6/12 WW but can never find nice looking shoes in this size. Would recommend.

I bought the Lana II, but still prefer the Valentine... Zappos has been sold out of the Valentine in black kid for months, so I had to resort to the Lana II. It's a nice, comfortable shoe, but I prefer the heel size of the Valentine... Please get more Valentines in stock!!

Super pointy - I guess pointy toes just aren't for me, but the point struck me as almost clown-like. I ordered a 9.5 which is usually roomy enough when I wear heels, but my toes were a bit pinched. Overall cute look and beautiful patent leather, but I'm going to try for a more comfortable pump.

Great for wide feet - Great, comfortable shoe. Very cute. Very pointy!!! I bought the 9W and wore them all day the first day with no problems. They are easy to walk in for a higher heel as well.

Sorry they didn't fit - This is a perfect work shoe in a great red color. I read the reviews and thought that ordering my normal size would be fine. Unfortunately, they were too big. Going from a medium to a wide you may need to order a half size smaller. They look good and felt great (except for being too large), and I love the gel insole. For the price it was a really great looking shoe. Just be careful when ordering your size. Zappos has outstanding customer service which made making an exchange effortless.

Really pointy - Maybe the problem is that I'm already a 10.5 - but the points on these shoes are laughably long! Otherwise the shoe fit fairly well. The heel is a nice height - high enough for a little sex appeal, but low enough to be somewhat practical. I'm returning these since I just can't get past the super-point, but other wearers seem to really enjoy them. They're worth a shot!

Should have read the description better... I LOVED how the leopard print looked online; unfortunately, I did not read closely enough that it has a "hair" upper which I despise. So as soon as the shoes came I knew they were going back. Was also confused about what size to get, as some people say it ran small, and others said it runs big. I tried it on and I pretty much always wear an 8-1/2, and it was small.

Uncomfortable on ball of foot - I bought a 9.5W, and usually wear 9W or 9.5W. My toes were very cramped, however, and the ball of my foot did not feel good. It may work for people with narrow feet.

Dependable, cute - Comfortable considering the heel height, dependable and fashionable. The pointy toe makes it a little tight in the toe box, but what do you expect? A little narrow in the front, but again pointy toe so it’s to be expected. Got these in black patent and gray patent (which is a little darker in person than in the picture). Overall great for work.

Good for the money - Great comfort but the shoe runs to wide for my narrow foot. I'll need to return it and see if a narrow fit is offered.

Love my shoes - I originally bought this shoe in red and I really liked how it looked on my foot. The heel height doesn't feel as high as it looks and is very comfortable. Every since I suddenly had to start wearing wide-width shoes, Zappos has been my place to shop. They have the largest selection of nice, sexy looking wide width shoes -- not your grandmother's shoe!

Patent leather pumps - The look of the Fitzwell is very classy. The heel is high enough to look dressy but low enough that walking is comfortable. The gel inserts at the heel and bottom makes a huge difference! Other brands should take notice!

Great shoe - Excellent fit and look. I have a wide foot and this shoe is really comfortable and looks sexy. Only problem is that it seems to wear fast and the leather scuffs easily.

Super cute, perfect heel height for comfort. I ordered a half size larger because of the pointed toe and it works pretty well.

Hoped these would be more comfy... A really great looking shoe. I was hoping they would be as comfortable as everyone said, but they have not worked for my airport trotting and heavy walking. They would probably be great for an office situation or going out. I got half a size larger than usual to accommodate a cushioned insole, these do need more arch support.

Great value! I bought an 8.5 wide in the Lana II and 8.5 B in the Python. The wide creases across the toe- a minor thing but the reason I gave it 4 stars.

LOVE IT - This is a gorgeous shoe. I wear an 11, and it is very difficult to find gorgeous, comfortable shoes. Considering how high the heel is, it is amazing that it is not more uncomfortable. It is definitely not the most comfortable shoe out there, but I can wear it all day at work, and its fine.

Fits well, but had to return it - The shoes felt a bit tight around the toes because it had pointy toes, but wasn't hurting as much. My problem was the design. This shoe has really pointy toes and since I have big feet (9.5), my feet looked HUGE. Had to return it.

Gorgeous Shoe - The look of the shoe is gorgeous. The hill is the perfect height to be fashionable and practical. I ordered them to wear "out," but they might make an appearance at the office. Only complaint is they fit a size smaller than marked. I've returned them for a bigger size and I wish they had wides available... but these work fine.

Don't Fit True to Size - These shoes KILL my feet. Unfortunately, I wasn't totally aware of that until AFTER I'd worn them out, so I can't exchange them. They ARE beautiful though. I might be crying inside when I wear them, but at least everyone raves about them! Lol.

Nice mid-height heel in wide! Nice looking shoe that achieves a dressy, feminine look without the discomfort and/or awkwardness of an extremely high heel, and YAHOO in a wide width!

Great gray shoe! Great fitting shoe... even in a size 10! Great shade of gray as well. Definitely pleased with the look and comfort!

Comfortable high heels! Wanted red patent, pointy toed shoes to wear with black slacks. I don't wear heels this thin/this high, but gave them a try. Wore them all night, was standing most of the time, and even danced in them. I never felt unstable or wobbly. I got many complements on the shoes and never felt the need to kick them off. I have a narrower heel and they fit perfectly.

Heels with comfort - This is a dressy shoe that's actually comfortable. The insole is padded and it's not hard to keep these heels on and feel good.
