Great bag, stylish and carries my iPad and many other necessities. I was wanting the side strap, but it wasn't included. So don't watch the video, cause it isn't there. Love the bag, didn't bother with returning.

I have the xs that I use as a purse. While I love the way it looks, it is still a tad to small for me. It will fit my regular stuff, but not my Nook or a tablet. I am 5'3" so I am afraid that the small size would look to big to carry as a purse. My wish is that the xs would be just a little bit larger.

This is a very stylish bag... but I had a couple of issues with it. First of all, it is heavy. This is a function of the heavy-duty material that is used in the construction of the bag, so if you are looking for something that can really take a beating, this may be right for you. The second issue I had with the bag concerns the padded section of the shoulder strap: it is stiff and does not seem to lay naturally across my shoulder. Perhaps this would improve with time, after a breaking-in period? One last complaint: the way Timbuk2 handled the excess strap -- how it sort of loops in a bulky way on one side -- just seems like a poor design decision. See the photo of the bag from the back in order to get a better view of what I mean. All in all, this is a high-quality bag that just was not right for me.
