Hot Shoe! This is a very cool shoe, not just the look but the way it feels when you put it on. It's almost like your not wearing sneakers at all. The bad side to this is that it probably won't last long if you're going to do some serious running or walking in it. But nonetheless, it's definitely a classic.

Stylish but not Athletic - These shoes are hip looking in both the color and retro styling which is obvious since thats what Asics designed them to be. They were also designed in 1981 and thats what the cushioning feels like. Like a shoe from 1981. If you want a shoe for doing something athletic, this is not it. If you want a shoe to look cool at trendy coffee shops or if you like to wear sunglasses indoors, then this is the shoe for you.

Asics tiger - I love these shoes, they are definitely high quality. However, you may want to order half a size smaller than you normally would. Mine feel a bit long.

kvette - I received the sneaker in a different color, tan with black stripes which my son loved. Very retro!

This is a fun shoe - This shoe is nice and fun to wear. I wear it a lot, and walk in it quite a lot and for a style oriented shoe its really comfortable. Dont be greedy, its not as comfortable as a new balance or something like that, but its still pretty comfy and it looks so much cooler that those clunky brands.

Pretty good shoes - They are comfortable and look fine. They're nothing special though. Just an all around good shoe

This is a very comfortable shoe that is different looking. I like to wear it to work out with black pants or shopping. Very happy.

Buy them Again - My ultimate 81 LE's are pretty amazing. Zappos had the exact color that I wanted even when Adidas didn't stock them anymore. The fit is exactly perfect and they're as comfortable as any other every day shoe. People like my shoes because they're a little different than everything else out there. You'll like them too.

Urban comfort - Awesome casual everyday shoes!

They are really great shoes, but they re not very very comfortable. A very wise buy nonetheless.

Because now, all the uncool people wear Pumas - If your idea of comfortable sneaker is one with a lot of cushioning, this might not fit the bill. The Ultimate 81 is comfortable in the way of bedroom slippers. The sandwich of material between your heel and the ground has considerably less meat than in most shoes; the fact that your longer trouser hems will thus be more likely to scrape the ground is, well, a drag.

Comfortable - This shoe is very nice looking and also comfortable.

Because Onitsuka Tiger gives you wings! The shoe itself gives off an awsome 80's vibe. It is a true eye catcher and you will notice people staring more at your feet beacause the shoe is a totally differnt style. They are amazingly comfortable and the soles are nice and squishy. The only downfall I had about the shoe is that when you look at the inside/instep of the shoe it's built kind of weird and looks really ugly if you happen to stare at it for sometime. See, they never show you indside pictures of the shoe because its really not as cool as the outside! I got the silver with the key lime stripes Onitsukas and the color of them is soo vibrant!!

Cute, but not so comfortable - I would reccomend this shoe if you going for style, but not for comfort. I ordered a 1/2 size smaller but it was actually a little to small. Order true to size.

Onisuka doesn't suck-a - Great looking shoe with dceent support. Light and comfy.

Tiger is good shoe - Super comfortable. Wide, stylish. Only problem is they wear out quickly.

Style - This is a very nice pair of sneakers to go out in or to go to the gym. Don't try to run in them though; there's very little support and padding.

I was a little disappointed in this shoe, mainly because I found it to be very stiff and therefore less comfortable than I expected. I never wore them outside, but I suspect they could cause blisters at the heel. In addition, perhaps because of the stiffness, they seemed a bit more bulky than they appear here. I ordered these at the same time as the Diesel Goodtime W-10, and I would definitely recommend the Goodtime over the Onitsuka Tiger, although the Onitsuka would probably be better in colder weather due to its greater thickness. On the plus side, the patterning on the colored sections of the Tiger is subtle and lends a nice touch, and I do like the use of contrasting colors.

These shoes are completely unexceptional. They are just OK in every way: the look, the fit (they are not especially comfortable), the style, and the mediocre quality (there's lots of visible glue all over these shoes). I probably would have sent them back had I not worn them.

These are really 1/2 size larger than marked. They also have a huge arch insole, so if you have anything even close to flat or non-high arch feet, they are seriously uncomfortable. There is no padding in them, it's like walking on cement. But they are cool looking kicks. Definitely not for any kind of walking, but nice looking to just chill in if you can stand the arch. Mine are being sent back because the arch hurts and I need padding in my shoes to stand and walk all day. I'm sad because I really do like how they look.
