It's unfair for someone to say 'don't buy this shoe' based solely on the fact that it was not the right shoe for them personally. My experience with Soho has been extremely positive. It is true that they are not the 'cradle of comfort' that some other FC styles are, but they are meticulously engineered, and the laces allow for a lot of flexibility in adjusting the fit. These shoes fully accommodate my bone spurs and metatarsal problems. And I happen to think they're great looking.

I absolutely love these shoes! I have very difficult feet and these are a dream. Very lightweight and don't look clunky at all. I don't think they run small, it's just their size conversions are inconsistent with other manufacturers. My European size is 43 for all my shoes, and Finn shows this as a 12 instead of an 11. The footbed is really supportive and cushiony, but I need my custom orthotics and they fit the shoe easily.

This is my first pair of Finn Comfort shoes and although it takes more than 2 day's work to pay for them, they are worth it. The craftsmanship and materials are first-rate. They are perfect for my job as a pediatric OT as I am on my feet and moving a lot. Although I own orthotics to support my arches, I do not need to use them with these shoes because of the exceptional support provided by their design. True to German engineering, this pair fit as accurately as my Birkenstocks. As long as Finn Comfort continues to be made in Germany, I will continue to browse their styles and add them to my wardrobe as needed.

Love these shoes! Super comfortable and cute too. I bought these for days I know I'll be walking a lot and wanted a shoe that would be more stylish than a sneaker. They're pricey but so worth it. I got the black patent and wear them often with jeans. I have flat feet with a narrow heel and have trouble finding shoes that have support that don't actually hurt my feet after a while. These just get more comfortable as I wear them. I normally wear a size 8.5 or 9 and the size 40 fits me perfectly.

I love these shoes. They are stylish and comfy and I think a little over priced, they are not that great for plantar problems on there own which was why I got them. I have switched out the insert for my own and it's better. I think if you have no foot problem and are looking for super comfort these are great but if you're looking for a cure for something these are not it.

Removable insoles make this a wonderful shoe - The workmanship is great on this shoe and the fact that various insoles are made specifically for this shoe ensuring a great insole fit is what makes it worth the extra money for a sneaker. This shoe sizing was really different for me. It seemed to run almost a whole size smaller than marked. I say almost so it is a tad roomier than I like and since they don't offer half sizes that is the only problem that I have with this shoe. Still, I will keep it for all of the positive aspects and just wear a little heavier sock.

I live in Finn Comforts year round and I wanted to try out their tennis shoes. I got the black minipoints and they are way cuter in person than online (less clunky). Also, they have a sheen to them, which I didn't notice from the online pictures. I love the look, but ultimately I am sending them back because they aren't as wonderful as the Mumbai and Catalina sandals that I love so much -- the arch support isn't as good (not high enough for me). By looking on the Finn Comfort website I see that the footbed they use in the Soho shoe (as well as the Cusco) is the "Soft Comfort Footbed for women's fashion line." The footbed I love is "Soft Comfort for classic high/prevention high." I'm an 8.5 and I usually wear size 39 in Finn Comforts, the the 39 was a little snug. I would probably go up to the 40 if I were keeping them. Overall, if you need a comfortable, fashionable shoe to log a lot of miles in, you can't go wrong with Finn Comforts. Best brand in the world.

Love this shoe! Fits true to size and was comfortable from the first time on. Wore all day and feet are happy. Was skeptical as I ordered and had not tried on in a store. Very comfortable. Love them! Pretty snazzy looking for a sneaker type shoe.

I think these shoes are great. Around this time last year, I bought my first pair, the black ones with the white toes. I think the price is quite high though, but I just bought two more pairs, 2 weeks ago; the black ones again and also the cigar-colored ones. I was able to get them, on another shoe dot com company, for more total per pair, and with free shipping. The shoes run one size small. I wear a female size 10, which is usually a 41, but have to order size 42.

I love Finn Comfort shoes and have many sandals and one other pair of closed toe shoes by them. The Soho seems to run about a 1/2 or full size small in length. Also, the toe box is not very high, but it is leather, so it may stretch some. If you need a really high toe box, I would not recommend. Once I received my correct size, though, I was delighted.

Cuter than PF Flyers or Converse; I love them. The front toe band smartly sets them off from other brands, but most important is that they are comfortable.

Everyone was telling me how beautiful this shoes look. I was surprised myself too. As far as comfort, it was a little hard in the beginning because of the leather, but after couple days of wear, it fits more and more comfortable just like my other leather Soho.

Very cute and incredibly comfortable. I wore them with slacks and jeans on a trip to Europe, and received lots of unexpected compliments.

I just received these walking shoes and am proud to say that the Germans did it again. Oh boy! What a delight they are on my feet. The shoes have great support, cushion, arch is just perfect. The description does it justice. Usually German shoes are not stylish. They look like grandma's shoes, but these are great. The shoe runs small. I ordered one whole size up. They are stylish. The red is a shade lighter but it doesn't take away from the beauty of the shoes. They are not rough looking either. I am thinking of ordering another pair of shoes from this company, although they are very pricey.

I love the look of these shoes. I know they are very expensive; Finn Comfort shoes are all expensive. It has taken me a while to get used to them but now they are great. I took out the insole and put in my own orthotic and that made all the difference. That does not mean you have to take out the Finn Comfort insole. The support of their insole is great. I just felt that my foot would be better in my own.

Finn Comfort is just that...comfortable. This is my "go to brand" for walking shoes. These Soho-Soft are a "snazzy" change from my usual tan and white leather Finns.

Great Shoes - The Finn shoes are very comfortable. I have a narrow foot and plantar fasciitis so have found this brand to fit well with great support.

No exaggeration - Without exaggeration, these are by far the most comfortable, friendly shoes I have ever owned, not to mention adorable. I have walked through numerous airports, down Italian cobble-stoned streets, and around lakes in Minneapolis, and my feet always feel great. It took a few weeks for them to unstiffen, particularly in the back against my heel. I also would not recommend them for hiking- not enough traction. I recently got orthodics but they are completely unnecessary with these tennies. Just bought a second pair as back up so that I have them waiting when the first pair is completely dog tired. If you have fussy feet and love to walk these shoes are a must!~

Comfy AND Cool - I bought these shoes for an upcoming walking tour of the coast of Wales. I wanted something that doesn't look like a running shoe (Americans always stand out like sore thumbs in those), but which would be comfortable and supportive, and these shoes deliver! Excellent arch support, leather lining, nice wide toe box, a thick cushioned sole and slightly elastic shoelaces all make for a very pleasant walk and a pretty good-looking one as well. I got a tiny blister on my left ankle during the break-in phase, but look forward to our hike with confidence.

The love of my life! I have worn Chuck Taylors since high school and didn't want to give them up because of foot problems. My doctor kept saying I needed expensive shoe's but I have very little money. When I saw these I busted out the credit card and give em a whirl. I still feel fatigue and the end of a 12 hr day but no pain at bed or in the morning!!!! Worth every penny. Gonna see if I can get a pair just for work.

Great looking comfort shoe!! Unfortunately, I am sending this great shoe back (thanks, Zappos). I have big, wide feet. In a New Balance, I wear an 11.5 to 12, extra wide, and I have plantar fasciitis so I need good arch support and preferably a slight heel elevation. I have orthotics but with the right shoe, I don't need them. With shoes like Finn Comfort or Dansko, I don't know till I try them whether they will work. Finn Comfort tend to be fairly wide so I thought I would try this shoe in the cigar color as it was just the look I have been seeking for a couple of years now. I guess I will keep looking. The cigar color is rich and dark; the shoe is slightly funky, but not too much. My only problems were that it was a little flatter than I do best with, and (the main problem) there is just not quite enough depth in the toe box. I ordered the size 43, but it just didn't work out. Very disappointing. If it fits you, this is a great looking shoe.

Good-looking walking shoe - Finally a walking shoe that I can work in for hours that is hip looking as well. It only took me two years to find it but it was worth the wait. Now I must ask myself, do I buy another pair?

Finally - I have had foot surgery for a number of foot problems. This is the first shoe I can wear and it sooo comfortable. It also does not look like a corrective shoe. They also feel great without socks. If you have any foot problems, this is the shoe for you. Expensive, but worth every penny.

At last enough support. At last I found a funky cool pair of "tennis shoes" that my orthotic fits inside of, because it has a removable footbed, and that offers great support. I love them. I ordered a size up for my orthotic.
