Wonderful sandals and I love Finn! I have foot problems and Finn is the only brand I wear.\r\n \r\nI really like this design because of the concho buttons on the side (very Santa Fe looking) and it also comes with the soft footbed.\r\n \r\nHighly recommended!

This is my second and far from last pair of Finns! The cost kind of chokes you at first, but when I considered the cost of surgery to heal my Plantar Fasciitis, then added up the cost of other "sensible" shoes that I tried, these become a bargain. I bought the Jamaica sandal the first time, in black, then wore them for sandal, for winter shoes (even on the coast of Maine in the winter!) by adding wool socks. I even wear them in lieu of slippers. I've replaced the inserts once so far and found out that the Finn company also offers reconditioning on all parts of the shoes; they even replace the soles when they wear out! Gee, the black ones will go on forever. I recently bought a pair of these Sansibars for a slight change and was able to wear them right out of the box. I took just this one pair of shoes with me on vacation this week, walking all over, including cement! I no longer wear anything else! I'm a big fan and can report that after 18 months of foot pain, I'm walking a great deal more and hurting a great deal less! Buy a pair and enjoy the luxury of feet without a complaint!

My finn review -
I was hoping the shoes would be an end-all shoe for me. And maybe they will be. I love the style of this shoe. But I have high arches and my doctor had to add pads under them to give me enough arch support. I will still buy these shoes. Nothing so far is as good for me.

I absolutely LOVE the Finn Comfort shoes.
For the past 9 months Finn Comfort sandals have been the ONLY shoe I have been able to wear due to a Morton's neuroma. It takes the pain away immediately when I put them on. I have walked miles in these shoes and can't praise them enough. I now own 3 pair...if they were not so costly, I would have a pair in each color...but I am getting there...thanks to Zappos. Zappos’ service is beyond belief...extremely quick, accurate and when I have spoken to their employees, they also, are very polite and professional. Thank you Zappos and Finn Comfort. You have made my life much more enjoyable...and painless!

I have been using the Sansibar sandals for 2 1/2 years now. My doctor recommended them for my foot pain. The support of the high arch and dip in the heel is just what I needed. I even wear them as slippers so as not to compromise my feet. Since wearing them I have had little pain in the arch of my foot.

Sansibar shoe worth every penny!
My first pair of Finn Comfort shoes and they are great... even though some of the reviews rated them smaller and or larger than average, this was the only thing that caused me any hesitation in ordering them. I wear a size 7 in US and 37 in Euro size and they run very true to size. They would have been way too large if ordered in a 38 as recommended. It seems only in recent years that the Euro sizes have been made smaller and I still order my Euro size in a 37 regardless of the sizing chart. Extremely comfortable sandal and very supportive. Thank You Zappos!

I discovered this brand this winter at a comfort foot store. For the first time I can wear the sandals all day (and not the orthopedic shoes with orthotics) and not have pain. I now own two pairs of sandals and find that they are true to size. The oxford type are too wide but I will still try to find something in this brand to take on a trip abroad in September so that I can walk all day and feel as well as look good.

I ordered this in a size 41, color red. I immediately felt the shoe was comfortable from the first minute I had it on my feet. It could be a little more stylish, but the red color helps it look more like summer. Good contoured foot bed, w/out too much under the arch. Very stable. Toe room in the forefoot when foot is flexed. Suitable for walking. Slip it on and go. Certainly good for the airport.

I'm surprised that so many people love this shoe, but that just goes to show you how weird my feet are. These shoes have a very high, very firm arch, which feels to me like I have a big rock in my shoe all day. It makes my feet cramp after just a short while. Also, they don't feel at all cloud-like to me. They feel more like slabs of concrete. Plus they are sooooo ugly. I like weird-looking European shoes, but these are just too much. If you adjust the top velcro straps at all, the velcro that is left exposed is very obvious and looks bad. At least I'll save a couple hundred bucks by sending these back. Buh bye, Finn!

This is a review of Zappos. I purchased this pair of shoes and, although I have used Finn Comfort before, this pair of shoes already has stitches breaking. Four days ago, I emailed Zappos about this. To date I have had no response. I tried to call tonight. They aren't available. So I have a defective pair of shoes and Zappos past outstanding customer service seems to have disappeared. I can't get a response. What's up with that?

I have two of these in brown and black. I have had plantar fasciitis in both feet and these sandals are such a relief for me feet. I know there expensive but so worth it. To keep the footbed clean I bought Secret Sleuth Socks and wrap the insoles with the bottom of the sock on top of the insoles. That way when they're dirty you can through then in the wash.

This is my third pair. Now I have one for indoors, and two for out. My closet is filled with many sandals that are more delicate and stylish, but these Finns provide what the others don't --- support, stability, and cushioning for my tender feet. My normal sandal size is 6 1/2 or 7M. The 37 works beautifully for me.

I just looked up my order of these and it's been four years. I live in Florida and have worn these sandals at least 100 days a year, though I'm guessing more. The soles are like new, the comfort is excellent. i have really bad feet, deformed from a car wreck in '82, and with falling arches, and Ireally struggle with finding supportive, comfy sandals that fit. Just want to say i love these shoes, and am hoping for at least four more years.
Very minor complaint: they're a bit heavy compared to other sandals I own.
