A very nice sandal - I tried these on while on vacation in Kauai and thought they were lovely, but had a hard time paying almost this much for flip-flops. My husband later surprised me with them as a gift. They are great! Extremely comfortable and very well-made. The leather is soft but durable and they fit great right out of the box. Great for a casual yet dressier sandal - they look great with linen pants or long cotton skirts! They only come in full sizes, and I think they run a little small, so size up if in doubt.

A Good "Understanding"- I'm always looking for shoes that wear well and are attractive. The support this shoe gives is unbelievable! I had first seen this shoe in malls and when I asked the price, it shocked me. Never did I ever think I would pay $100.00 for a pair of "flip flops." Tried a pair on and I was hooked. These are not just a pair of flip flops. Not only are they supportive, but I can tell a difference in my posture, and the way I walk. If you are considering this shoe, try them on, then try a regular flip flop, you will be convinced.

Best flip-flops ever! Amazing comfort and support. Bought them in black (half size up) and love them! Well worth the price.

I'm happy with this product - The foot bed is very comfortable. At first the strap rubbed against and irritated the top of my foot. However, after a couple of wearings, with a little stretching, they were fine. Overall, I would recommend.

Great Flip-Flop - Very comfortable from the get-go. Very well made, I can tell that I will have these for years!

Outstanding flip-flop - The true test will be time--how long before the thong breaks? But out of the box, this is the perfect knock around thong for those of us who spend several months a year wearing not much else ;-). It's well made, classy styling, and has good arch support. I'm an 8-1/2 and ordered 9, but I'm wishing I got the 8--these will stretch out, so if you tend to order larger to accommodate a wide foot, I recommend doing the opposite. An 8 would be perfect for me.

Most I've ever paid for thongs... And worth every penny. This style is good looking, not too chunky, and so comfortable. The contrasting stitching gives it some flair. Good arch support. I tried the Kumu and thought this style was better looking, particularly in the java/sunset.

OluKai Haiku Sandal - Love the sandal and it is quite attractive!

These shoes ROCK! I have not worn flip-flops for years. I have to have a shoe that provides good arch support, and these do. There is no "break in" period; they are comfortable from the start. These are quickly becoming my favorite shoes!

Just as promised! Normally, I would not buy an expensive pair of sandals, let alone a pair that I never even tried on! My husband purchased a pair of Olukai sandals while on vacation in Hawaii but unfortunately, they did not have my size. When we returned home, I checked out several websites to find myself a pair and was hesitant to actually plan an order. When they arrived and I tried them on, I was actually surprised that I could wear them and that they were as comfortable as my husband said. They conform to your foot within a few minutes of wearing and are the most comfortable sandals that I’ve ever owned.

Excellent selection and customer service-I will buy from again - First of all I want to thank Zappos for the ease of ordering, and excellent customer service. You are the number 1 on my list of online ordering for shoes!!! I was in Florida in March and discovered this brand of shoe at a surf shop. I bought 3 different pairs at that time. 3 different colors and styles while in Daytona Beach. I went to every surf shop I could on the strip to find the OluKai brand name. The sandals or flip flops were the most comfortable flops I have ever had. I will wear these all summer and some, since I live in California. When I came home to CA. I knew that Zappos would have this brand. As easy as can be, I checked all the styles I wanted from the convenience of my computer. I found a brown pair and a black pair. I easily found them, ordered them and within a day I had them. Both pair, I love these flips and so will you! If you love flip flops in leather, comfortable foot bed, you will love OluKai. Check out all the colors and styles, for Zappos is the only place that has the selection of all of these awesome sandals or flip flops. Enjoy, for I'm walking in comfort with style!

Expensive but they seem like they will last a long time and will break in really well (hopefully soon). I wore them around the house for a few days and thought they were really cute. Out of the box, they would not be good for a vacation that requires lots of walking. They are "heavy." I took them to Russia and wore them just around the hotel for short periods of time. Then on my last day, I wore them on my journey home from Russia to NY, which required a bit of walking - subways, stairs, extra weight because of suitcase. Because of the hot weather, 90+ degrees F, the straps started to rub. No blisters, but probably would be if I walked all day in them. I really like the look, and it's so rare for me to find a flip flop that fits my slightly wide, flat, small size 4.5-5 feet that I am going to keep them and hope they break in.

I purchased these in the bronze color for a trip to Australia knowing I would need a pair of comfortable sandals for walking. My sister had recommended them to me since she owns a pair. They were very comfortable and hugged my foot well. The look to be very nicely made and sturdy. I gave them 4 stars because I have had more comfortable sandals then these, but I feel like I haven't worn them enough to truly break them in.

OluKai's - Saw these at a sports store and tried them on after a day of shopping... they felt like slippers! After finding them on Zappos, and saving my pennies I was finally able to place my order. The leather straps are a bit stiff but over all pretty comfortable.

Great sandal - Very comfortable sandal, although after wearing them the first day, I got bruises on both feet from the hard straps. I couldn't wear them for a few days after as it needs breaking in. Overall, they are comfortable and they don't give me blisters (like other sandals).

OluKai Haiku - The foot bed is excellent with great support. However, my foot must be too skinny because the straps are way too wide. I gave them to my sister who is now my biggest fan! I hope they will make them with less volume to the strap because the look is handsome and the sole is the most comfortable flip flop ever. Length was fine.

Squeak, squeak! I think this is a very attractive flip-flop (which is why I paid so much for it) and it fits well. The sole is made of an odd, squeaky material that makes a ton of noise on my hardwood floors - but maybe that will subside over time. Not a deal breaker...

These are very cute flip flops with good arch support. They will take a bit of breaking in - a good reason to buy them in winter and wear them around the house until spring. The toe piece is a bit stiff, but I think that will get better over time.

The design on the sole shows unless your feet are wide and you have long toes. The sole also felt heavy and awkward.

These ran small for me - too bad as they have great support and workmanship. I exchanged them for a pair from the Olukai men's line - they fit great. Too bad Olukai women's only go up to an 11; I would need a 12 as they run so small. This is a great line for flip flops - wonderful arch support.

There are some great things about this shoe and some not-so-great things about it. First of all, it looks really nice. The bronze color matches everything and looks super with shorts, dresses, and even jeans. I also love the funky design on the foot bed. The foot bed is contoured with plenty of arch support that you don't usually get in a flip flop. I can wear these without back or hip pain which is usually a problem for me. However, they are very heavy. When I wear them and walk for a while, my shins start to hurt because I am struggling to keep them on my feet. Also, they were a little tough to break in when I first got them. I actually got a painful bruise on the top of my foot where the leather is. I finally broke them in so that went away. I decided to keep them but I don't think I will spend this money again on a pair of Olu'kais.
