Cute, but painful! Right out of the box, these shoes seemed very, very comfortable. I wore them around the house with no problems, so decided they were keepers, and wore them while running errands. It's a good thing I keep bandages in my car because after half an hour of wearing them on hard surfaces, they had ripped a hole in the back of my heel! Ouch! It's too bad I wore them outside, because they would be on their way back if I had my druthers. Cute, but painful!

These shoes, even though they are supposed to be wide, feel narrow. They are cheaply made and thus need to be returned.

Could not fasten the buckle, even after I contorted myself into a position to get ahold of it.

Shoe is too small, but the real problem is a faulty buckle. It's attached only be a few frayed threads.

I loved the pictured look of this shoe but after trying two different sizes, I found that both had a large gap in the top of the toe area (about 3/4 of an inch above my foot). Thus I had to return both pair.

The hardware was very flimsy and the strap not long enough. The shoe itself looked cheap.

the shoe fit fine was true to size and width. I could not buckle the shoes with the buckle on the out side. My legs dont bend that easy

The strips are the toe dig in at all the wrong places.

Too big for me

The heel fit ok, especially because of the ankle strap, but the front of the shoe was VERY loose, not narrow at all.

Lived the style. Width and heel. However toe box extremely high. There was at l east an inch of space between my toes and the top of the toe box.

Nice enough looking shoe, but definitely not sized correctly. Maybe even more than a full size too small.

One foot was o.k. but the other was very short.

It’s hard to say how I liked these shoes since I received 3 pairs of this shoe, each one with two different sized shoes.

Shoes were returned too big on top of arch

The shoe that I ordered is NOT the one I received. I ordered the Confortiva Tatianna and received an entirely different shoe.

I tried 3 times to order these shoes and they were always irregular in some way. I'm guessing this is why they are on sale? If this is the correct shipment, the right shoe was way larger than the left shoe. Even the sole was wider and slightly longer. The one before that had the hole punched crooked in the strap that goes through the buckle.

I really wanted this pair of shoes to fit as I like the style! Instead, the right shoe fit and the left shoe was huge! It is visibly larger than the right shoe. Even the sole is visibly wider and longer. I'm beginning to think Zappos is shipping seconds or irregular merchandise. This will be the 3rd pair of shoes I have ordered from them and I've had to return all 3. :-( My size and width comments in the drop down menu above are given for the left shoe. The right shoe fit fine.

much shorter than my usual size 9. toe strapes left gaps for my little toe to get caught.

These shoes were awful, I would never buy shoes online again

I wear a narrow, and these were wide on me. Seemed like a medium rather than narrow. Returning them. Too bad, cause I really like the style.

Nice looking shoe. Unfortunately I received a medium width although I had ordered a narrow. So they are going back.

I did not like the style they looked cumbersome on my foot
