I've had 3 pairs of these shoes so far and will be purchasing my 4th very soon. These are the best shoes I've ever owned and would wear them the rest of my life if DVS continued to make them forever. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in them. I will warn you tho, they are quite stiff out of the box. So you need to give them time to break in and loosen up. The soles on these shoes do not get soft over time like other shows. I've had shoes on the past that after a year or so, if I were walking on rocks, I could literally count the rocks under my feet. These DVS's will never get like that, which is why they are so stiff right out of the box. Once they are broken in and loosened up, they will be your favorite shoes ever. And bosses/managers approve of them as well. Just don't buy up all the 10.5's because that's what I wear.

Great shoe. Just like any shoe took a few days to break in but after that feels fine. My only issue is they seem to be a little thicker then most skate shoes and can make my feet hot.

Great basic skate shoe. Breaks in fast and the sole is really grippy. A little on the "puffy" side, which I prefer - definitely bulkier than Vans or Cons, but not quite as beefy as some Globes or DCs. Feels good even on the first session.

So happy to find this shoe available at Zappos! My son wears only this model of shoe. My first time ordering at Zappos, and I am impressed. They underpromised and overdelivered! Nice to see that philosophy is still practiced. The delivery was earlier than expected. Shoe price was good, same as what I usually spend for this model.

Great look. Feels true to size. I usually go for Etnies, but this is the next best thing. Comfortable and you can't beat the price!

My son has been wearing these sneakers for years. They fit well and are comfortable. They're low on arch support which is great because my son has very flat feet. These are great!

Killer shoes - love DVS's. DC was always my brand. Tried a pair of DVS and haven't looked back. They seem to be holding up to Alaska and all the stupid crap I do so highly recommend.

I bought these for my boyfriend, he really likes them. It's hard to find shoes that he likes and feels comfortable in, and look good on him, because his foot is pretty big and also wide. The sizing is right on, he usually wears a 12 and I got him a 12.

These bad boys are damn near bullet proof. I wore the heck out of these shoes for 2 years,the material is some sort of space age technology that does not get that glazed over dirty look that black kicks so often do. I liked them so much BOOM! I bought the same ones again

Very comfortable. Generously padded tongue and ankle. Choice of grey or black laces. No blatant logo in black on black option. No problem with inside seams.

These shoes are like SUVs for your feet, they command attention. How you want to handle that attention is up to you. I don't always wear white sneakers, but when I do I wear skateboard shoes.

I have been wearing this same model of shoes for over a decade. They are very comfortable, and the black finish makes them possible to wear in a business casual situation without standing out too much as sneakers. I have rather wide feet, and the cut of these shoes paired with the thick padding walls make them one of the few I have found that really fit me well. They have also been consistently cheaper than most of the similarly styled skateboard shoes.

(sic) shoes. I've had 4 pairs and still lovin em. The fit, comfort, and board control are all great. These shoes can take a beating and will skate forever.

I don't skate anymore, so I can't rate them as skate shoes. My only complaint is that the toe box is a little narrow.

Great shoe but they dye my sock's big toe black for first few wearings-no kidding. I think these are made in china and originals in Korea.

The shoes make noise when I walk. This is the second pair and they both make the same noise.

Would buy these again! I would definitely buy this shoe again. The color and style is good, and they are good to walk around in.

Good for skating - This shoe is fun to skate in and looks and feels great. The only drawback is that it wears down quickly. This review is from a skateboarder.

The shoes look good and are really comfortable but they are wearing down fast--the last pair of shoes I had was DC and they lasted longer in a year than these do in a month but be sides that they are great shoes and I will probley still buy them.

Everything about these shoes is great except for one thing - they get very hot, very quickly. If you are the slightest bit sensitive to heat I heartily recommend you look elsewhere. Unfortunately, I am very heat intolerant and thus had to return these.

I have been using skater-shoes for cold/rainy walking shoes for the last 5+ years. These shoes, by far, are the worst pair I have ever owned. They are simply awful! I've been wearing them for over a month now and they still don't really feel like they've broken in properly and I doubt they will ever feel like they fix correctly. Add to that the fact that they have terrible soles which slip on any surface and you have the perfectly-worst shoe ever. Oh: and dirt clings to the outside.

Not a good fit - Odd even though my son has exact same brand shoe this one size was way off toe touched top.
