These shoes are great - the only issue is that my daughter really seems to be between sizes. She is 23 months old, she seems to be around a 6.5, as the 6 is pretty tight with no room to grow at all and the 7 is so big we have to pull the velcro all the way and the shoes trip her up sometimes. Nevertheless, we are soldiering on because I love these shoes, and we went with the 7 and I hope her feet catch up soon!

Bought these for water play, but ended up returning. Too wide for my daughter's feet. She was able to slip them off easily.

My two-year-old loves his purple shoes, which was our main goal in purchasing these. They seem durable, flexible, and comfortable (he enjoys wearing them). They do seem a little roomy in the toe area (wider than I thought). Easy to get on and off (key with toddlers).

These keens are a summer staple in our house. They look adorable with anything, hold up very well to toddler rough-and-tumble-ness and they are the perfect all-around shoe for the summer. The only problem is the stink factor. When these sandles come off, hold your nose. But you can throw them in the wash and they are good as new (and smell much better). They are so durable that I can put up with the smell and throwing them in the wash.

Wanted to love these shoes more as they are adorable, durable and washable. Unfortunately, we have a really hard time getting them on my daughter's foot and keeping them on, even though she appears to have plenty or room in the shoe. She is constantly stepping out of them and I have to baby powder her foot up to slip on (size 4).

Very cute, sturdy shoes. I had to return, however because they were too wide and my daughter kept tripping over the wide toe. I will try again when she is older and a better walker. These shoes would be great if your kiddo has wider feet!

Great shoes for an active toddler who loves the outdoors. She can run through the grass, climb playground equipment and play dirt with protected feet. They are breathable, but I wish just a little more air circulation got through.

Love these shoes for my daughter. She is in between crawling and walking and the toe guard is nice. She has a skinny foot so she can still slip these off.

This shoe is made well and fits my daughter's feet perfectly. They did get wet and her feet had a strange smell to them but maybe that's just her! Or maybe we just need to break them in, not sure.

These are so cute! Colors are brighter than in the picture. Seems to run a little big. I may have to return for this reason. This brand doesn't offer half sizes, unfortunately.

We bought the H2 last summer for our toddler and the closure was different. We were able to tighten the entire "neck" of the shoe but it appears the clasp design has changed somewhat. Also, this time, the shoe seems so terribly wide. We are going to try the seacamp instead. Not giving up yet!

Lace broke on the shoe within a month and a half, very disappointing! However Zappos was fabulous and sent a replacement pair. Five stars for Zappos! My daughter loves these shoes and actually was very upset when she saw they broke, just expected they would hold up better!

Really cute shoe, however, my daughter's feet are apparently narrower than average because though they seem about the right length, they are just too wide for comfort. I'll be sending these back. Bummer since everyone seems to love them! I'll be checking out the Seacamp style for her instead.

Very cute, but a very disappointed with the straps. It's supposed to fit tiny feet, but the velcro cannot tighten tight enough. Had the shoes for a week before my little one kicked it off without me knowing... so kind of a waste of my money since I only have one side. Brought this as a splurge for my third kid since she never gets nice shoes (oldest is five) and I have never ever lost one side of a shoe...so I'm really really disappointed.

I really wanted to like these shoes. I purchased these shoes based on other recommendations by others (with kids with chunky & wide feet like mine). My daughter was running in them right out of the box but was soon tripping over her own feet. She appeared to be very comfortable in the shoes but the toe box is too wide. Also, they cause her feet to stink something awful. After further reading, there are many others with the same issue. Would not recommend.

I hate to give these shoes a bad review. They are well made and go on easy and protect my toddler's feet from wood-chips and stones at the playground. However, she is 1.5, and still a little clumsy. We fall in these shoes constantly when walking on pavement. The rubber extending over the toe seems to catch while she is running. I think for older children, these are great, but for toddlers still learning to walk, not a good idea.

Loved the style and strong construction of these shoes but they tore up my 2 year old's toes. I wanted something that held up against the active toddler wear and transitioned between land and water. After wearing them for two days, the skin on her little toes were completely peeling. I think it has to do with the rubber toe box of the shoe. If your child is active with sweaty feet these shoes could cause his or her toes to peel. Pretty disappointed, especially because this is a highly recommended brand
