RETURNED: Shoe was way too narrow - I do not have wide feet either. The shoe was just ridiculously tight, due to the narrow width, and also was smaller than should have been. I wear size 11 and the shoe was much too small in length as well. If I decide to order an 11 1/2 or 12 to try it out and end up keeping it, it will be the first pair of shoes in my closet that are not my size 11.

These shoes look great, feel great and fit great. Also, they clean up easily and so far seem to be very durable, ie. do not seem to deform or form wrinkles / permanent creases.

I really enjoyed the customer service they were very helpful and great people to talk to. I was very surprised that shoes came so fast like they said it would I was really glad the shoes came when they did. I told one of the employees I would even work for Zappos because it seems like a great place to work for and they have fun while they're at work. Thank you Zappos, you're awesome.

True to size, comfortable. this is our 3rd pair. Zappos was awesome with fast delivery. Shoe built well and sturdy.

This pair of shoes was ordered as a Christmas present. The quality was just as good as going to a physical store and shipping and delivery was very quick. I was very happy with the experience and the product itself. Will definitely be shopping more at Zappos.

These shoes fit well, true to size, and are comfortable. The velcro looks pretty good and makes your pants fall against them in a favorable way.

I love these shoes, they look cool, are good and comfortable, and unique. The only downfall is that they can only really be worn with blue or white shirts.

These are great shoe that can be dressed up or dressed down with ease. They are very comfortable and stylish. Creative Recs run about a half size small across their line. I have been buying Creative Recs for years and I feel like the new shoes I buy are less well made than their older models.

After much deliberation, I went with the black/snake skin shoes from CR. Shoes are dope! Have tried them on with dark jeans and slacks - both are great with these shoes!

I purchased these shoes as a gift for a male relative. He had never bought shoes online before and was reluctant. He ended up choosing this pair and when they arrived the next day he was absolutely blown away. He loves the shoes!

The shoe was exactly what I wanted.

I followed the advice of another reviewer and got a half size up...I normally wear 10s. However, these shoes were still tight. Perhaps they were designed for feet with less volume, as it's tight along the top of the toes. I recommend going a full size up.

These ran small, and I had to resend for a larger size. They are pinched as well, so I had to stretch them too.

The shoes look great! I have wide feet, so it took a few days of breaking them in, but now they are very comfortable. The picture on Zappos makes the shoe look almost black, but it is a nice dark navy.

This shoe is awesome - never had this good of a shoe in my life. It is comfortable, nice, good fabric, and stylish but I would recommend to go a 1/2 a size bigger because when I got mine it was too small. Thanks Zappos!

Love these shows. Extremely comfortable, and good as both everyday shoes and also for just a little bit more of a cool/casual addition to an outfit. I would order a size under, as I do feel they run a bit large. If you are that worried, do what I did and just ordered both. The ones that didn't fit I sent back in the same box. No hassle, no worry. Overall these shoes are great. Next time I'll get a half size bigger though. They fit a little too small.

Shoes arrived within days and I immediately wore them out that night. Very comfortable.

My oxblood/navy size 13s just arrived. As always Zappos bumped shipping from 3-day to next day for free! These shoes feel great, the quality looks spot on, and I hope they last as long as I anticipate (a year max). I do wear shoes out very quickly normally. I normally wear 12s in Adidas, Native, New Balance, Nike, Rainbow, and a few others, and the reviews said to go a full size larger. The 13s fit perfectly!

Absolutely love this shoe! I would recommend a 1/2 size bigger than what you're accustomed to. It's a close fit and the heel can be uncomfortable.
