Keen Barcelona Mary Jane - I like this shoe and did order a half size smaller than my regular Keen sandal and it is still at least a half size to large. I'm finding that it is no longer available in the size I need now. I'm finding that Keen is not consistent with their sizing.

Nice Mary Jane - Unlike most keen shoes, order down in size not up. I have to wear socks with these or else they rub blisters which is sad because I wanted to wear them with capris and no socks, which is why I gave them only 3 stars for comfort. They do work for wearing with my black pants for a slightly dressy occasion.They are cute and I hope they break in enough that I can wear them without socks.

Cute - I wanted to love this shoe, but had to return it. The heel came too high and rubbed my foot and the footbed was not that comfortable. The water keens are very cushy and easy to walk in, but these were not that way.

Needs a break in time - Great looking shoe-cute, durable. The bottom cushion inside is comfortable but the back and side edges are a little chafing when you first wear them. Once broken in however, they're quite comfortable.

Very comfy, cute shoe. I ordered a half size smaller than my normal shoe size as suggested and would probably have liked to try a whole size smaller for comparison. My sense is that this shoe runs very wide but perhaps a whole size smaller wouldn't have been long enough. So far, I'm very happy. Haven't tested them on a long walk yet but I'm sure they will do very well and make my feet happy.

This shoe rubbed my heel a little at first- but I don't think I could have worn a different size. I really like them now that I have worn them several times.

Darling shoe, less bulky than other Keen shoes, but very funky sizing. Keen 38.5 fit my 7.5 foot perfectly, but based on reviews I tried 38 (way too big) and then 37.5 (too short, still too loose at strap). I'm sad b/c I loved the shoe's looks. Zappos, of course, was amazing about speedy shipping and easy returns.

About as expected - I had heard that Keen shoes were wide, and I'd known a couple of people who swear by them for teaching. I have a wide foot, so I was curious if they would work for me as is, or if I'd have a problem with them. It’s as if they were made for my foot. I love them, and except for the suede (its raining a lot), are perfect for this lovely spring weather.

Cute, well-made - If you have long toes, you should probably order your regular (non-Keen) size. I ordered down like everyone said, and they seemed snug. Now I'm sorry I didn't send them back, because they haven't loosened up after 5-6 wearings. While walking, the ball of your foot settles into the place where the shoe flexes--so my toes are all blistered from hitting the end! I'm going for leather shoe-stretch now in order to not make this a total waste.

Very cute shoes - Very cute shoes (I have them in red) but not as comfortable as other Keens I have, such as the Sydney clogs. I had to get them 1 1/2 sizes smaller than my usual but with socks they are not so comfortable after a while. I am hoping they will get more so. And I think they are more comfortable without socks.

Cute shoes! This is a really cute shoe and super comfy if you're not walking miles and miles. Lots of wiggle room, surely not a snug fit. I originally got them in my true size 9 1/2 and I walked right out of them. So I returned those and got size 8. Either these things are improperly sized or they stretch cause I'm now thinking I should've gone even a half to full size smaller than this. I got the moonstone color and I love them but I can already tell that getting any stains out will be a bummer. I may get the black in a 7 1/2 if they go on sale again. Ha, never thought I'd be a 7 1/2 again.

Cute but big - Very cute shoe, moderate-good arch support. Def order *at least* 1/2 size smaller than usual-- I am usually a 9-10 (depends on style b/c I have widish feet and like my shoes a little roomy--sensitive big toe) and ended up getting them in an 8.5 (after much hassle--not from zappos though!).

Really comfy shoes - These are really comfy, and not too clunky. I actually like the Keen 'look', so usually that's not a problem. These are on the dressy side, for Keen. The only problem I have with them is that they are kind of long for the width. Since there is no 10.5 size, I needed to get a half size up, and they are a little too long. Otherwise, they are great.

These need a better insole - I own a pair of old Keen mary jane style shoes that are extremely comfortable. These are just not. The insole has no arch support and not much cushion, but, it does pop out easily and accommodates better ones. I am using "happy feet" insoles currently, but plan to go to a running store and buy some others that really would give me all day comfort. I am sad to think that Keens no longer have great insoles, but that is what I am reading in many reviews. My feet are a 7.5, with a high arch and a little wide.

These shoes look sick but, I noticed after I had them for awhile they hurt the heel of my foot. I don't know if it was just my foot or if the shoe was just an uncomfortable shoe.

Slightly Disappointed :( I was dying to buy these shoes for ages and then I finally found a pair in my size and color. I tried on two sizes and both felt comfortable in bare feet, but the sales lady suggested I go with the larger size. I got them home and wore them out (barefoot) for ten minutes and by the time I got back inside my ankles were torn to shreds! Three weeks later, the cuts still haven't fully healed and it is still too warm to go without socks, so the jury is out on whether they were a major waste of money or not! I really hope they work out- they are SUPER adorable!

Not quite - I ignored other reviews and ordered my size. It definitely felt at least a half size larger than marked, and is a very wide shoe. The closure is elastic and non adjustable. Although I thought it was really cute, I decided not to order a smaller size because I felt it would still be too wide and loose.

Keen needs to work on quality control - I ended up trying several pairs of these shoes in the same size (different colors) and each one fit differently. I think Keen needs to work on that. I don't find the shoes to be amazingly comfortable - maybe I just didn't hit the exact perfect pair (the one that was the wrong color fit the best, of course!). I wore them on a trip and had to buy a couple different sets of padding inserts before I got them to not rip up the back of my heel. With the extra padding and more breaking-in, they've gotten to be better, but I don't know if I would buy another pair of Keens - I would definitely allow time for size exchanges if I tried it. The look is a little bit earth-motherly to me, but can be cute with the right outfit.

Not my favorite. I was very disappointed with these shoes. One reviewer said they had a sloppy fit - I completely agree.

Really cute shoe design, but... ...not as supportive and comfortable as the other Keens I own. These are okay for me if I'm not going to spend a lot of time on my feet (work and straight home). These are good looking though and look great with my skinny pants and capris. Otherwise, it's back to the wonderful support of my other Keens. Zappos’ service is the best...always!

Not much substance for a shoe so expensive... I guess I was expecting something a little more substantial but I found this shoe a bit on the flimsy side and not supportive enough at all considering the price. The materials were clearly very nice, however, and the design is very cute, but they felt a bit like slippers to me and would never do the job for me being on my feet all day. Definitely avoid if you need something other than just a little play shoe, and definitely not if you pronate because I was rolling a lot in these.

Break in and enjoy - The strap across the arch of the foot is a little challenging for the first few wears, but the elastic gives after a few wears and makes this a great alternative to running shoes for casual footwear. The rubber toe can make me feel a bit pigeon toed looking but they are great for travel, walking, easy on and off at the airport etc.

Not my favorite - I have lots of Keens, my primary shoe source. Love the way the Barcelona looks, but they feel sloppy when you walk in them. The strap across is pretty lose. Really cute, but I would not buy another pair of this style.

Don't love it... I went ahead and ordered a half size larger based on other reviews and the fact that my left foot is swollen due to a broken ankle a few months ago. Even so, the shoes are definitely too large. I, too, find the arch support greatly lacking and it just feels like there's no support of any kind. Can't recommend this Keen.
