If there is a finer-made mens sandal shoe out there I am not aware of it. This is my second pair of Keens. I bought the same model/style 3 years ago. The first pair is still in good shape but out of fear that, like in so many cases when we find something we like, the style changes, I purchased this second pair and sure enough it's as good as the first. All-around comfort, style, and durability. These shoes have soaked in the cold waters of the Salt River in Arizona, walked along the wet, sandy, salty beaches of SC, endured muddy, rocky terrain. They take the abuse like nobody's business. Highly recommended.

I bought these for my husband for our trip to France and Italy. He has long toes and high in-step. These fit just right. He loves them. He wears 11, I bought 11½ and they fit perfectly.

Great sandals! Husband wanted open toe to keep cool and also comfortable. These are a winner.

Compared to previous Keen sandals I've had, I really don't care for the footbed in these sandals. Even with minor sweating, the soles your feet makes a suctioning noise with every single step. It's as if your foot is stuck to the sandal and is pulled off loudly with each step. I've always loved Keens, but this new footbed has me looking elsewhere for my next pair of sandals.

My husband thinks these sandals are comfortable and the fit was good. He said he'd buy another pair if he lost these. His foot is very difficult to please!

I tried some women's Keene's in this style and they were far too short in a size 11, which I can wear in any other brand. So I got these in hopes of them being longer. They are slightly longer but the shape of the toe is rounded to the outside where a person's big toe should fit. My toes are not crooked or rounded, they are straight. And as a result, my big toe hangs off the inside of the shoe, even though the rest of it fits reasonably well. If you have the shape of foot that would fit this style, they would be comfortable. But if you have long straight toes, they will not work unless you upsize a full size.

I really wanted to like this sandal. I've thought Keen's were on the ugly side, but this one actually looked sporty on my feet. It has a cork footbed with a top layer of leather that I thought would have a soft feel to it. It actually felt very hard under my feet, with little "give" to it. I have a lot of foot pain and need more cushioning. One reviewer said that the footbed eventually conformed to his foot, but I don't think I could have waited for that to happen. There is also very little arch support for my moderate arches. Fortunately, Zappos makes returns so easy.

I bought a pair of these sandals to replace an identical pair I bought two years ago. The new pair was made totally different and not near as comfortable. Although I like Keen shoes, I was disappointed in these.

My son has worn the solid toe Keen sandals but they wore out after three months. Tried to get the right size of this sandal for him as a replacement, but all were too tight.

This is the second pair of these that I have owned. The first pair was great and lasted about five years before they started to stink so badly that my wife threw them out on me. So I bought another pair of them thinking that I would get the same durability from them, but they only lasted 2½ years! The footbed on the right sandal dried out and cracked causing it to be flat out painful to wear. I am not sure why this happened, but it did. I love the look and feel of them, but I am unsure as to whether I will be buying a third pair. Especially since the price has jumped and my previous color (bison) is no longer available...

This is my first time wearing sandals. My old Asics running shoes completely disintegrated over the years and I was looking at getting casual shoes that had plenty of airflow. These are not as comfortable as I had hoped, from the reviews. They are at least half a size larger. The straps around the toes can rub if your toes are not properly aligned (I broke my small toe long time ago). With no option for an insole, you are kind of stuck with the arch support and shock absorption that the sandals provide. Which was not enough for me, after standing and walking in them for 9-11 hours a day.

I like everything about these sandals except the glossy leather inside soles that stick to the soles of my foot. This isn't from perspiration. The leather used for insole surface is just too hard and too glossy. I had hoped that this stickiness would end with some break-in, but after a week of wear, the inside is still sticky and I find this to be really uncomfortable. Since the return policy requires returns to be in as-new condition, I guess I'm stuck with them.

Stylish, but a heel tab ripped loose, and they are less than 3 months old, used sparingly. I expected better quality for the price!

These are comfortable with one serious drawback. These sandals only come in one width. Unfortunately I need a wide shoe. As a result I developed a large callous on the inside of foot. Just at the widest part of my foot where it constantly rubs against the sandal

These shoes are not very comfortable. The leather insole feels dry and sticks to the bottom of my feet making a squeaky noise when I walk. After walking 15 minutes in them, I put on my Rockport sandals and it was a night and day difference. I could appreciate even more my beloved Rockport sandals! From the Keen reviews I read, I was expecting a super comfortable sandal, but I was very disappointed.

I really wanted to love this sandal; it fits great and it looks great. Unfortunately, the whole experience has been a nightmare for me. Both sandals have that little loop right at the back to help you pull the sandal's heel strap on and over the heel. But inside of the strap where the hoop loops around they have made it a bulge with a bit of hard plastic string or polyurethane. This rubs like crazy against the skin of my heel. I've tried pads and now am resorting to duct tape. Too much duct tape and it creates pressure against the skin, too little duct tape and you can feel the hoop strap rubbing. I'd return this but am in Asia right now so the shipping would make it not worth it.

These shoes are a full size smaller..i bought a 12 last year in the other color and this year these tan versions are too short. tried two times and sent both pairs back. big mistake or poor quality control Keen are suppose to be good shoe.. very diapointed.
