I bought a 2 pack of water filters. Installed the first and tossed the old one. Discovered 2 days later that the replacement filter leaks and filled the vegetable drawer with water. Luckily the 2nd filter does not leak. How can I get a replacement for the quite expensive filter?

I'd love to order this for my oven but there isn't enough information. What are the dimensions? Is it supposed to sit on top of the grates or be used instead of one of them??

Within 5 minutes of wearing, determined these were not the boot for me. As I am flat-footed, the lack of any arch in the boot, brought me more discomfort than I care to deal with. The overall look and design of the boot is quality, and weight is lighter than heavier.

This is probably my 5th purchase of a pair of Bogs Classic Mid. I have been wearing this model for years. Love the boot for yard and farm work. Comfortable and warm with good foot support. Waterproof too. This latest pair is larger and bulkier than my previous pairs in the same size and style. I wish Bog had not strayed from the sizing and bulk of their original Bog Classic Mid. Reluctantly returning.
I'd also recommend:
I liked Bogs the best, so now I'll be using their rain boot as a farm boot. Not ideal.

I have used your products for the past 20 years, growing oysters and rehabilitating beaches on the Puget Sound. The fit of your product is great but the durability and degree of waterproof is sorely lacking. This statement applies to the classic high and urban farmer models. My last pair of classic highs gave me perhaps 10% of expected wear before the seams failed. I am trying the classic mids and Sauvie boot currently. You are very close to losing a customer who has spent a lot of money on your products. If these boots also fail then Muck, LaCrosse or Xtratuf will get my footwear money

Ridiculous looking. I wear a ladies 10 and these made me look like I should be out working power lines in the countryside. My husband laughed out loud when he saw them on me. So big around the ankles/lower leg I can't imagine they would stay warm. Super clunky. Immediately returned

As far as keeping my feet warm and dry goes, I would recommend. However for me, because I need a EEEE width they are too narrow and after a couple hours I need to get them off my feet. Also the rub on my achilies to the point of making me literally bleed from them.

I bought these boots for work on days where I would be working in the rain in the field and on pavement. The boot is well made, durable and built to last, but the style rubbed my shin raw everytime I wear it. I tuck in my jeans to give additional layers between my skin and boot. I wear layers of socks. I duct tape around my leg where they rub. Pain and disappointment are the only thing I get from this boot. A waste of $110.00. I tried contacting customer service after the first time I experienced the problem with no response from Bog. The pain is so intense with this style that I have a hard time justifying trying another style to replace my boots. I am sure a low style boot will work for me but my brain tells me otherwise.

I have had a pair of the "Classic Mid with Handles" boots for the past four years. They looked the same, except they were olive green instead of black and not quite so shiny. I wore them every day, year round on our small sheep farm and gave them a glowing review. Alas, my beloved boots started to get holes, so I ordered the exact same item... but the new ones are *not* the same. I have a narrow heel and a narrow-average ball of foot. I would have had to wear these boots with nylons or a dress sock. (Not appropriate for winter.) There is no way I could fit a boot sock under them. I can't imagine these boots fitting anyone if they won't fit me. (My feet are basically skin and bones.) And these new boots are super shiny -- like a rubbery version of black patent leather. That would seem awesome, if I were a 6 year old. I have exchanged them for the Bogs Classic and hope that fits better. Very bummed out about this because I like the version with handles.

I'm 5'2" and wear a size 5.5 shoe I had to order the size 7 in these because they run so small. I found these to be klunky and awkward, I felt like I was walking around with tissue boxes on my feet. I wanted so badly to like them but I ended up returning them. When I found a size to fit my feet I looked and felt like a child with moon boots on my feet.

I purchased these boots to use as an outside winter "workboot" based on their representation. They met their label as far as being easy to get on and off, fit great, are warm. but they are like wearing ice skates. They have no traction or grip on snow, ice, water, grass, pea gravel. All of which we have on our farm and in parking lots. They are NOT a work boot and would only recommend them to be worn in dry conditions.

Got these boots last year towards the end of the season and really didn't use them until this year. I do not like this boot, especially if you have to be in it for any amount or time. It is very stiff, unforgiving & uncomfortable! Plus in the snow it isn't warm.

As other reviewers have mentioned, these are a bear to get off. It's as if my foot is suction-cupped into them, so in order to remove them I have to sit down and tug and pull until they pop off--not what I want to do when they're wet and muddy. Part of the problem is that I have thick feet and larger calves, which make these boots impossible to wear since they're so snug they actually put my feet to sleep.

They're comfortable. They're warm. And they're just. so. ugly. I just can't. Also, there appears to be a flaw in the pair I received -- a soft, uneven spot in the molded rubber. Tough to get off too. These are going back.

We are very disappointed in this product. We purchased new in January 2023 and have had to replace the front panel and floor panel technology on the unit as it was not working. It just stopped running 100% off.

We have always used these EPTWFUO1 Pure Source Ultra II genuine filter for our refrigerator without any problem. However, this time after replacing the cartridge we noticed a frozen pool in the back of refrigerator and a rivulet of frozen water headed toward the door. (We had been away for a time) and thought we had a problem with the refrigerator (which is not that old!). After using a blow dryer to melt and remove the massive chuck of ice; we replaced the cartridge. After 3 hours it is still dry. Therefore, we feel it was just a bad cartridge! (fingers crossed) Still they are costly items and we rely on their quality. We will chalk this up to a one-time issue and cross our fingers.

Have ordered two replacements waited 30 days between them, and they both leaked after installation. Easy to see. have door open, fill glass at dispenser, stop and they see water leak at the back end of the refrigerator and drip down to shelf below.

Freezer shelves and drawers fall out. Seems as if the cabinet of this refrigerator is too wide to hold its own drawers in place. The rail for the bottom refrigerator drawer snapped in the first month. This is not what we expect from a "Gallery" line of products.

Bought in April 2023. In early June, freezer is fine but noticed problems with the fresh food side not cooling properly. Had to throw away eggs, chicken, vegetables that spoiled. After 3 months of service calls (June-Aug), replaced the mother board, user interface control board and damper, finally got authorization for replacement. Received new unit in Sep 2023, same model GRSS2652AF3, made in Mexico. One month later, we got same issue with not cooling properly. Set at 37F, the actual temperature is 45F, even after replacing the mother board on this second refrigerator. Service technician scheduled to return tomorrow, but called today to say too many clients scheduled for tomorrow and he won't get to me. Earliest appointment for reschedule is in 2 weeks. Hope it doesn't take another 3 months to get resolution.
