I hate being unable to wear 3+" heels but been there done that... so at 70 yrs old comfortable low heels with a dressy look are always on my mind. I absolutely love the black white combo and the neutral is truly a nice color also. Zappos is my go to for narrow widths. I love the customer service, free shipping and 365 returns. Selection is also key in my size. I'm dedicated to Zappos.

I ordered the black metallic croc in 9.5 A. The fit is great. They fit my narrow feet without any gaps and the round toe is comfortable. Because of the sling back heel I don't worry about my heel slipping. The color and style looks dressy. I am going to order another pair in a different color.

Love this show - have had many colors and always in style. I have to remember to order 1/2 size smaller since the heel is open. They look classy and are perfect for work.

Love this little shoe. Went with my standard 8 1/2 after reading other reviews and it is perfect. It's a very attractive shoe. Love the combination soft leather/patent leather. Another review stated that the little elastic in center top is very helpful for comfort with width. My feet can be very painful at big toes and this shoe is a wonderful fit for that. An excellent choice!

Very comfortable shoe. I can wear these shoes for a 12 hour day and they still feel as comfortable as when I put them on. Wore them to my son's college graduation and walked all day over the campus, up and down hills - they were amazing.

Excellent summer shoe that is quite comfortable and true to size and width. Nice styling and low heel adds to the comfort of the show. I have only worn the shoes two or three times and I hope the strap is not stretching. It feels a little looser.

I bought these in navy to go with a gown for my son's wedding. I have a very wide foot and fallen arches. These were very comfortable out of the box and I was able to wear them the entire day. I will now buy them in other colors!

Adorable shoes. I am 68 & no way would I wear the stilettos in style, yet I wanted to have a flattering, dressy pair of "heels". These fit the bill perfectly. Nice cut, make my chunky feet look good. I have the black patent leather in EE and it is very comfortable. Cloth strip across front gives a cute detail and a little class.

I have ordered shoes from other websites and when I got them did were not what I thought them to be and di not fit. I spent a lot of money to return them. I have been hesitant to order shoes for that reason, but I have found that Zappo's were exactly what I wanted, they fit perfectly, and best of all, I did not have to pay postage. I will order again when I need another pair.

Trotters carry size 5 that fits my small narrow feet perfectly. I have several Trotters shoes. The material is soft inside with a thin lining that cushions my feet. Great "nude" slingbacks.

I love these shoes - this is my third pair. I wear a slim and was worried these might be about to be phased out. Please don't! They are easy to walk in, with or without stockings, look very polished and are great for travel both because they are very comfortable and because they pack up small.

This is my first pair of Trotters and was surprised. I have a thin foot but wide so needed to put a pad at the ball of the foot. Also my heel does not have much of an indent so my shoe maker put strips on the strap and it now does not slip at all and I am quite happy with the fit. I and my friends love the appearance and I bought it specifically to wear to a rehearsal dinner at a June wedding. I am over 80 years old and needed style and comfort/safety.

Awesome shoe for my hard-to-fit feet (size 10 3A/4A, low instep)! Of a dozen dress shoes I tried, these are the only ones I kept and they are super comfortable, stay on my feet and are much more useful than strappy sandals.

First, I have to say I appreciate the ease of shopping for shoes online. I was a little bit skeptical about shopping online for shoes, but since I have a disability which affects my feet, I usually can't find shoes in the stores, unless I custom order them, which is quite expensive. I have to say, I found this shoe to be just what I was looking for at the right price and a perfect fit! I need a large shoe that is wider than usual, as I am flat-footed, have a very high instep, and tight heelcords. More than that, I have to say that the customer service rep I had was the most personable, friendly and helpful person that I have ever encountered! Kudos to Zappos for their "quality insurance" and kudos to Lyvia - the nicest, most understanding, and most helpful representative that I have ever dealt with! Thank you Zappos and thank you Lyvia (sp?) This was my first time shopping with Zappos and definitely not my last! You rock! If I could, I would give Lyvia a bonus! Thanks again!

These shoes are so comfortable! I wore them to a wedding and they looked stylish and dressy for the occasion.

These are lovely shoes, and they fit me very well. They are beautifully crafted and instantly comfortable. I am delighted to find Trotters, since the shoe stores in my city do not carry them anymore. They are perfect for my narrow feet. This style can be dressed up or down and the sling back stays in place when walking. Great shoes at a great price. In Canada, of course, we have to pay duty, but it's worth it to be able to find the shoes I love. Carol-Lynn.

I ordered Trotters Dea on Wednesday afternoon and the shoes were on my porch Thursday when I got home from work. Keep up the great work Zappos. I love these shoes! They are comfy, classic and just what I wanted. I wear an 8M and they feel very true to size. The picture online doesn't do them justice. I ordered the patent toe in black leather. The heel height is perfect for the office but I will pair them with twills and jeans or a skirt on the weekend. I am on my feet a lot at work and needed something that looked good but would be comfortable all day long. Do your feet a favor and try this style of Trotters.

Very pretty shoe, it fits well and is comfortable for all day wear. Colors are true to picture. The leather is nice and supple. The buckle strap has plenty of room for adjustment. Very glad I ordered them.

Comfort in Style - These shoes are just great especially for people with big feet and one foot slightly larger than the other! You can adjust the strap and they are very comfortable. I bought in two colors.

Nice Dress Shoe - A really nice dress shoe with a comfortable heel height for my 10.5 N foot with bunions. Wish it was in dark brown and navy.
