These are really pretty shoes but unfortunately were too short.

I love these shoes and was so pleased when they arrived. Perfect I thought,until I tried them on. They fit okay over my pesky bunion but my hammertoe was their undoing. So back they went. I love Zappos and am so pleased with their service, so I'll try something else. The shoes are perfect but, alas, my feet aren't.

Generally, my left foot is a half size smaller than my right foot, making it difficult to find the right fit for both feet. I ordered this shoe in narrow, too tight in toes. Returned and ordered in medium, fit my right foot, but was too loose in the heel for my left foot. Consequently, I have to return the shoes. The style is very attractive, and no blame to Zappo's for my fitting difficulty.

I like the look of these shoes, although the navy color is so dark as to appear almost black. Just wish they had better arch support. I have a very narrow heel, so slingbacks fit me the best. I went with a size 8 1/2 N. Typically, I wear between an 8 and an 8 1/2. I’m happy that the length of the slingback strap is adjustable. I needed to tighten it by 1 hole.

tight......order up a size and wider nice color though....low toe box.....higher toe box and rounder toe box would be great......

I have these in just about every color. I love them. My only problem with them the elastic band by the buckle wears out over time, I have taken each and everyone of mine to be replaced at the shoe maker shop. this is not worth it for the price of these shoes. I wear them spring, summer, and fall.

I love zappos they run a great business! I have very difficult feet to fit . also their are very few truenavy shoes the back strap is a little loose even on thetigh est adjustment . but---they are a perfect fit in the toe area over my hammer toe.

4 years and still going strong! I love this shoe! It still hasn’t lost style and continues to be comfortable. I will re-buy this brand in the future..they are comfortable and durable.

I loved the look of this shoe, and the quality was excellent for the price, but the toe box was extremely narrow. My toes were squished. And I have neuropathy so really need wiggle room for my toes. All in all though, a very good-looking shoe.

I bought this shoe for a wedding and it worked out great. That said it's a pretty shoe and I didn't have any trouble keeping it on my size 11 medium foot, but there really isn't any support to it. I knew that though and it's OK to wear for short periods of time, but not something you could stand in your feet in all day.

I usually have to buy much more expensive shoes because of my hard to fit feet, so these were a treat. If your feet are wide but your heel is not - these are great. I am pleased. A solid shoe, especially for the price.

This is a very nice shoe, however I found a better color match for the outfit I bought them for.

Very pretty shoe. I usually wear 9.5 so I ordered 9.5 wide and it was indeed wide. But the shoe was also very large. Very pretty, but way too big overall. I would have just returned it and gotten a smaller size, but felt the sling back was too thin for the weight of the shoe. It really slapped my heel and kept slipping down, and I don't think it would have stayed up with the smaller size. Maybe a regular width might work.

Nice looking and would be great if sides were more narrow. Sadly I had to return for that reason

Extremely well made shoe. I am returning the shoe due to my heel slipping at the back. My heel is very small/slim. There is nothing wrong with the shoe...sadly, I just simply can't wear this style shoe.

I really like this shoe.... bought it in black patent and navy. THey are both very attractive and will work well with dresses and/or dress pants. They really are not a casual shoe. The toe box seems a little tight, but haven't worn them yet so it may loosen up. It's not enough that I would return them bc of it. They seem to run true to size and width. I have bought many many Trotters over the years.... I wish they made half sizes in the larger sizes. Overall, would recommend this shoe.

I have very bad feet and normally wear Naot shoes (when not wearing sneakers with custom orthodics), and recently even found a couple Naot pairs with heels that are very comfortable, but I also really wanted/needed a pair of closed toed pumps or heels that I could wear to dressy occasions when sandals are not appropriate. None of the pumps I tried on (2 from Naot, 2 from Soft Style) were comfortable enough. I had never heard of Trotters, but it came up on a search of comfortable brands so I decided to give them a try. Plus I LOVE the design! To my surprise they are actually quite comfortable! I wouldn't wear them often, and I imagine my feet will probably be a bit sore after wearing them, but I am extremely protective of my feet, I would never wear something that causes real pain, and I think these will be totally fine to wear a couple times a year when I have a dressy occasion and it's not the right weather or season for sandals (which generally are much more comfortable for me). I am very happy to have found these and looking forward to not stressing about what shoes to wear next time I am invited to a formal occasion!

Very disappointed this very handsome shoe didn't fit well. It was too tight across the toe but too big in the heel. I left true to size and width because other choices didn't correctly answer either.

Beautiful shoe. Wish it'd fit well. Just enough too short and too big in the heel. Disappointed to need to send it back.

Fit was perfect but when i walk the shoe flaps around too much - at least as much as a flip flop. Also, there is little to no cushioning on the insole.

This show was very short. My heel extended at least 1/s inch. If it fit I would have kept. Didn't know to order a 10.5 or an 11.

An ok shoe but too tight no way it was a wide which was what I ordered. I'm a 7 and this felt very snug all the way
